Very nice room, bright and super clean. Calm environment, good for a relaxing stay. Friendly staff. The owners are amazing people too! Near the beach. Good size pool with pool bar. This was our 3rd time in Stalos, but surely we will go back to Gianthea next year too!

So welcoming and amazing , clean and nice place. Our ferry was delayed and Apostolos waited for us until midnight to give in the key, so nice of him. The place is just like picture , close to shops and beach is just walking 2 mins distance. love it and would highly recommend.

Great place for holidays - comfortable, well-equiped and clean studio with good view in a quiet area. It is just two minutes walk from the beach and the sea. In very close proximity there are, pubs, groceries supermarkt, shops with clothes and souveniers (I highly recommend Agapi's shop if you want to buy good quality greek clothes) and restaurants (also with playground for kids). The place has a very nice swiminpool with a lunch bar and separate area for small kids. All in all - there is everything here that you need to spend a nice time in Greece. Apostolos, the owner of the place is very helpful and hospitable. The cleaning lady was very nice and professional too. Each day we had perfectly cleaned up room. My kid and I will definitely like to visit Gianthea again.

We spend 1 week with my family and had a perfect stay. Apostolos was very kind, responsive and provided us with everything we needed. We arrived after 00.00h the first night but he waited us and offered us fruits, sweet things and a bottle of wine. On the day of departure, we stayed in the room extra time, without paying. We needed umbrellas and he offered us. The apartment was wonderful- spacious and very clean, stylish and beautifully arranged.I recommend the place and the host.

Great hospitality and cordiality! Due to the flight delay, we arrived at 3 am, the owner was waiting for us and met us! :) Nice and beautiful gift: wine, fruit, sweets, water. Everything to satisfy hunger and thirst after a long journey. Perfect cleanliness, cleaning every day, new modern furniture and design. Bright, sunny, spacious, cozy apartment with two balconies. Beautiful views of the pool, courtyard, palms, flowers. Everything is well-groomed! Quiet and cozy in the evening. To the sea less than 100 meters. Around the corner there is a grocery store and everything you need. On reaching the beach, there is an excellent restaurant Faros. Delicious Mediterranean cuisine, cocktails and friendly staff. Great prices, big portions, amazing chef! An excellent location for exploring the western part of the island and the Chania region. To Chania 5 minutes by car. To the port of Kissamos, Falasarna beach about 30 minutes. A lot of Thanks to Apostolis and Gianthea for a amazing Holiday! Crete and Greece in our heart forever! :)

There is no such thing

This was a wonderful apartment with lots of space, a nice kitchen and lots of light. The host, Apostoles, was very hospitable and welcoming. He was so kind to our children and the room was cleaned daily. The room has great AC, wonderful water pressure from the shower and had plenty of space for our family of 4. Wi-Fi worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed to service us. Our room had multiple balconies, which was nice and the pool was definitely a highlight for us. The location is just off the main street in Stalos and walkable to beaches, restaurants and shops. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in the Chania region.

No dedicated parking, but street parking was not a problem and it was possible to park right next to the building.

We really enjoyed our stay and Apostolos and Agapi were amazing hosts always trying to go above and beyond for our requests and questions. The location was just perfect you have the beach very close to you the supermarket restaurant or anything you need. Stalos is a quiet region next to Chania and we would definitely recommend it if you want a peaceful holiday. It is definitely not as busy and crowded as Chania city. The rooms are very nice, very clean and spacious and they are cleaned every day. It is very convenient to have the swimming pool for the days when the sea is very wavy and you’re not allowed to go in and swim.

I’d say the only improvement point is that the bathrooms are quite small, but everything else compensates.

Apartments are just as you see in the pics, very nice and super clean! Apostolos the host is a very nice person very friendly and kind, he gave us so many advices for crete and the last day we were supposed to check out at 10am but since our flight was at 8pm and the room was free for that day we kept to room till 5pm, apostolos saved our last day! Gianthea is 50 mts from the beach, 12 mins driving from the center of chania and a perfect base to visit the best beachea in the west side of the island. Parking is very easy here. Also the swimming pool is very nice. What else can i say, thanks Gianthea you made our holidays special!

We have recently returned from our vacation and already missing this place. The first and most important thing we'd like to admit about Gianthea is an amazing hospitality of local hosts Agapi and her husband Apostolos! Already before our arrival we noticed that they are very responsive to all our requests, like a late check in, additional crib, baby chair and a toaster. Our older son turned 5 years old during our stay and Agapi prepared a birthday surprise with presents from her local shop for him and his little brother! They were extremely happy and excited! The room was large and very clean. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We had two balconies and a nice view on a swimming pool and garden. And the most important - amazingly soft, comfortable and huge double bed - it could easily fit even four of us with our two little kids! Our older son also loved a smaller cozy sofa! The location is also great, it's very quiet because it's a bit aside of the road but still close to the Kato Stalos beach. Swimming pool and the area are also very nice, large and clean - our kids loved it. We rented a car and this location was very convenient to travel to different places. The area around is also full of shops and cafes. We highly recommend this place and would definitely like to come again in the future. Greetings from Stockholm!
