The Cabin itself was very clean and tasteful amenities. We just loved sitting outside for our "happy hour" and enjoyed the hot tub. Could not be more impressed and we plan to stay here again and hopefully soon.

This cute little cabin was the perfect get away… the views are spectacular, the cabin is quaint, and the host’s hospitality is impeccable!! The hosts checked on us (via text) just to see if we were ok or needed anything. That extra care and attention makes me wish I could give a much high rating! I will be coming back! Definitely a 10 out of 10!!

It was our first time in broken bow and this place made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and made our vacation so relaxing! We had a flat when we were about to leave that was leaking air at a rapid pace. The owner of the property let us borrow their air compressor so we could make it to the tire shop. We definitely wouldnt have made it there without it! Were already planning to come back next year and definitely staying here again!

For sure our favorite place to stay in Broken Bow. This will be our 4th time here in Broken Bow and we love this area. This cabin is in the middle of everything even just a drive away from one of our favorite areas on the lake. The cabin was very well stocked and very clean. The bed could be more comfortable it had a huge dip in the middle at least it wasn’t hard. Very pet friendly place do need a little more green area for dogs but that is to be expected in an area with lots of trees other than that we enjoyed our visit every thing was great.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the cabin was well stocked. It was raining most of our visit so we didn’t get to utilize anything outdoors but still a tremendous experience. Will definitely come back.

The property was perfect for our Anniversary trip. The view was simply breathtaking. The management was amazing as well, they kept in touch to ensure our needs were met.

This property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a romantic getaway! The property manager was easily reachable and even snapped photos for us when we arrived. The cabin's location was perfect, we were able to watch the sunrise every morning from the front of the cabin and sunsets from the back porch of the cabin. It's close enough to town to be able to secure supplies easily but far enough out that you get to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. All in all this was the most wonderful stay!

This property was awesome! No oven was a surprise but the toaster oven worked. Very clean and loved the hot tub.

We had an amazing time! Everything went seamless. This little gem of a find was perfectly thought out. Everything was provided. All we had to do is show up and bring a few sets of clothes. A washer and dryer was even provided. There was a hot tub and fire pit outside. They even provided wood for the fire pit. The location was excellent. I cant say enough about the view. Such a relaxing few days. Location was close enough if you wanted to go into town for dinner or entertainment. As soon as we arrived i received a text asking if we needed anything. All we needed was more vacation days to enjoy this beautiful little cabin. Lol We will be back.

Though our stay was short we enjoyed our visit. The cabin was well appointed with everything we needed (towels, sheets, utensils, dishes, etc). My wife especially loved the views on both sides of the cabin. We were just down the road from the state park and minutes away from dining and other activities. Regrettably, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the fire pit or the hot tub, but was glad they were available. My only complaints were that I found the bed a little uncomfortable (But that's just a matter of preference, it was too squishy for me. I prefer a firmer bed). Also if you want to be a little more secluded, this is not the place. This cabin sits between another rental cabin and a residence. However, we never felt a lack of privacy and no one bothered us. None of these issues were deal breakers. We were quite happy to stay there and likely will again. The views and proximity to things we wanted to do made it all worth it. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved this place as it sits on top of a mountain. So peaceful and amazing views. Accommodations were great and Dennis was always available to give recommendations or directions. The amenities we perfect for our stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to our next trip here.

Absolutely beautiful to see the sunrise across the horizon behind the trees. I couldn't ask for a better location for the cabin, for what I needed to enjoy my stay. The cabin was really clean. And comfortable to stay in.

This is our second year to stay in this cabin. The view is like no other and it is close to other things to do as well.

My family had so much fun and loved relaxing in the hot tub at night! The beds were so comfortable and the owner of the place was so nice! We loved his dog Buddy!! I highly recommend!

This was a perfect little place for my daughter and I. It has an amazing view and no more than 10-15 min away from anywhere you would want to go in Hochatown. The owner was very friendly and easy to get in touch with. The only "issue" I had was figuring out how to turn on the shower. I had to YouTube the faucet model or I never would have figured it out. Just pull down on the faucet. Lol I would highly recommend this place for 2 people. It would probably be ok for a family of 4 with young kids because there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. We did not need it so I can't say how comfortable it is.

This was our first time to stay at Sunrise Cottage. It had everything we needed except for a stove. But we knew that when we booked it. We had family staying next door, so we used their stove when needed. Upon arrival, I unpacked and was bummed to realize there were only 3 hangers in the closet. I purchased a 10 pack from Wal-Mart and left them behind for the next people to use. That evening when showering, I noticed the clear shower liner was ripped and torn in many areas causing water to run out onto the floor. I also noticed the shower curtain holders beginning to rust, the bathroom heater bulb missing and numerous light switches throughout the cottage that need replaced. I also noticed a few areas where exposed wiring hung (closet, bathroom) that could use some attention. The next morning while using the stove top burners, I noticed that the off/high/low/med dial was not attached for the smaller burner. Of course, it’s no biggie, but this is a review and I want to be honest. I love that this place is dog friendly. We were able to bring our two dogs and though they didn’t care for the on site, free roaming dog Buddy, Buddy was as sweet as they come and very laid back. Although there were numerous areas throughout the cottage that could use some tlc, we enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing, the location is great and our host was exceptional (bringing us extra toilet paper when we almost ran out). I do recommend staying here despite the improvements that are needed.

The cabin was better than expected and an absolute gem. The views and the accommodations were perfect. I hate for everyone to know about it because I plan on bringing my husband back asap!

The property was great. Had a small issue with the hot tub which the owners rectified immediately. Only small thing I have to say is that the photos online aren’t quite what the cottage is now. Photos need to be updated. The couch is now a sleeper bed that is worn down and mostly uncomfortable. But the property itself was great. The view is amazing.

The home is located off the beaten path yet a close drive to “ things”. Stunning views from the front of the home of the National Forest. The back of the home faces a pine tree area as well. There are three other homes on this land. And the cottage sits between them. Despite that, we still felt as if we were the only ones there. The hot tube is excellent! The grill on the deck worked perfectly. The shower pressure and hot water temperature was amazing ! Highly recommend this rental 😊

Enjoyed our quick trip to Broken Bow, picked this cabin thinking there was space around it! I t is on to of mountain with cabins on both sides. Be sure to arrive in day time as google maps do not get you there. Signs hard to see at night . Owner very nice and lives 2 doors down! VRBO list it too look secluded! It is not. Older house but good for 2 people

Great cabin with a beautiful location. We had hoped for a much better experience though. We were not told beforehand that the hot tub was working but not to it's normal capacity. There was a sign apologizing for it and tons of parts sitting around. We booked the cabin because our 10 year old wanted to "swim" on his birthday trip so it was somewhat of a downer. The tub is still usable but most of the jets don't work. Our biggest issue during our stay is that the main house about 10 ft from our cabin. The pics online do not show this. The main house has someone who stays there and likes to listen to super loud music in a red 4 door Hyundai elantra between midnight and 2am. We didn't call our support person for the cabin the first night it happened hoping it was a one off but it happened again our last night. The car parks about 15ft from the window above the sleeper sofa in the cabin so it's was impossible to sleep. We won't be using this particular cabin again unless we know the hot tub and music issues are dealt with.
