My boyfriend and I booked this condo for our February anniversary and loved it! Great location to breck and frisco and the keystone spa was an amazing place to get a relaxing massage and hang in the hot tub. also great that there are two restaurants in walking distance and easy parking. Very spacious condo, we HIGHLY recommend!!

The property is close to Keystone Ski Resort and was right in front of the ice skating rink and we enjoyed the views from the large panoramic windows, the built in heaters under the window seats was also very nice. The property was exactly what we wanted and more and we will be back in the future.

The condo has a great location on the lake and a real fireplace with wood. Unfortunately, would not stay in this condo again unless some things are corrected. Both shower heads leak and do not work properly. The coffee pot is an old stile and does not keep the coffee hot. Both of these issues were asked to be corrected 2 years ago when we stayed in this condo. Obviously the correction never happened.

At times, the unit above can be noisy with footsteps, but that is the downfall of a first floor unit. The upside is we walk right out the door onto the walk/bike path. Huge plus for us!I will say the unit was not in the cleanest condition this year. Minor things like popcorn under the couch and accumulated dust/debris on the floor and coffee table. The big leather chair smelled like smoke, but that could be from a smoker and that's just on their clothes. Quick remedy was we didn't sit in that chair.All in all, we will probably be back again next year.I truly appreciate SCMR and their staff. I requested a box fan and one was delivered that day.See you next year! (unless I find my own place there :-))

We enjoyed our stay and the easy access to the lake. The kids loved being able at walk out the patio and play in the snow and ice skate. We made the short walk to the lift with our gear and it wasn’t too bad! Would love to stay again!

My only constructive critique would be to provide a bath soap bar for the 2 bathrooms. The condo is well appointed with an excellent full kitchen. The views of the lake through the panoramic corner window are a treat! The condo was quiet and overall clean. However, we did find the pull out couch mechanicals to be in need of some cleaning. The location is great to ski at both Keystone (2 minutes away) and Breckinridge (20 minutes away). Our only recommendations to enhance the condo would be to replace the aging dishwasher which is still functional but quite aged. The rest of the kitchen is fantastic. We would recommend this condo to others and we would choose to stay here again.

I choose our unit because of the view….. it was a prefect rental for our family of 4. The king bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed we ever stayed in. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful, clean and big condo, but the best part is the location! Walk to restaurants, around the lake or on the trails! We loved it! A little hard to find. Don't trust GPS. Use the directions they give you! Hope to go again!

The property and location was lovely. Everything was great except that for the price you pay checkin is very late at 430 pm and checkout is 10 am. We had cleaning people entering our place at 944am while we were preparing to leave. Good thing we were dressed as they just came in. We did not hear a knock or announcement.

Absolutely beautiful views! Away from the hustle and bustle of surrounding towns but still near restaurants and shopping.

Difficult to find the place to get the keys. Street sign hard to find. Other than that it was a very nice place. Neighbor upstairs walking around until well after midnight which was annoying.

Really nice place with great view. Updated kitchen with newer appliances was a plus. The only negative with this specific unit is the main bathroom. The jetted tub appeared to be clean until I was able to get the jets on in the tub. First off the controls don't work very well to turn on the jets. Once on clumps of hair and black gunk came out of the jets. It was pretty gross. Caulking and grout is a mess all around the tub also. Luckily there was a second bathroom with a much cleaner stand up shower. Other than the tub a really nice place!

I came here to attend a conference and loved the short walk to get to the center across the street. Beautiful area!!!! I rented a bike and loved the ease to the pathways. The shower heads could be better in the master bath- but it did the job! The staff was helpful to assist me promptly when needed.

Was the perfect spot for a week of summer relaxing in the cool mountain air. Easy walking distance to River Run Village and 5 min drive to Dillon. Only drawback is having to use communal washer/dryer. Tip: close all the curtains and blinds from about 3:30 to 6:00 to keep afternoon sun from heating up the unit.

He loved the built in window seat, and we enjoyed walking around the lake and stopping by Nowhere for pizza and drinks just a short walk from the condo. Dillion lake is only 15 minutes away too if you're looking for a lake to go fishing in. We'll probably stay here again the next time we want to spend the weekend close by Dillion and Breckenridge.
