I would say this did not meet the value. It's old. There are mouse traps around the house. The water heater was inoperable twice. There weren't enough fire starter kits for more than two fires for five nights. The smart tv's aren't configures with the remotes so you can't use netflix, etc (we never figured out how to use the main one with a computer connection/hdmi). We set our computer up to the main one which had it's own issues. The positive is that the location is good. It's a walk to canyon but carrying poles and boots its a long walk. Young kids will need a ride.

We liked the downstairs bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The only upgrade I'd suggest are the shower heads, not the greatest but I did appreciate the height as opposed to many in this area that are short. We cook all of our meals in and found everything we needed (except a ladle). The location is great for skiers. We come to Mammoth regularly and this has been our favorite rental so far. We loved the fireplace and the provided firewood. The fireplace really heats up the living area and kitchen nicely. The only drawback for the condo is the parking situation. You do have to walk up a hill after parking your car on Canyon Blvd. The parking is set aside for the complex, so there is no problem finding a spot to park. However, you can park in front of the condo to unload and load. The hill up to the condo is quite steep, so chains are important if there is any snow on the ground. We attempted to drive up the hill without chains and couldn't make it. From the condo window we watched many others do the same. The property management company is great to work with. They were super responsive and answered all questions/problems in a timely manner.

Washer/dryer were really helpful. Downside was that back patio window is directly to pool, so you can hear pool noise. The location is very close to Canyon Lodge, but not to the Village. There is a bus stop which is very convenient.

It had no support at all. After the first night my lower back was so sore the subsequent nights I slept on the floor. We had some minor problems in the unit and the management company was efficient in fixing them.

I think the location was great and the condo was clean and comfortable. Sometimes the pictures here don't do justice as I found it better than the photos online. Bus stop out front for bus to town is helpful plus walking to gondola is super easy. Plenty of wood for fire and lots of pots and pans in kitchen. TV's were great. Restrooms a tad small but clean. Overall, very nice 12/21/19

Check-in process was seamless (key pickup from the management company), the apartment was clean and well-stocked. You're required to park down the street about 1/4 mile downhill from the apartment, which is inconvenient, especially with ski gear.

Enjoyed our stay by Canyon Lodge, we were able to easily walk to the lifts. The condo was as expected, the common facilities were nice and condo was clean and well stocked (including coffee).
