The property was alright- the house was dusty and didn’t seems like cleaners went through it. The pool was great, and so is the location which is very close to the beach. The sliding door is in very bad shape and extremely difficult and noisy to open. Overall a good experience.

Absolutely loved the house and area. Hounds enjoyed it too. Very secure for the dogs and was happy that the dogs can be inside. Just down the rod at Coolum there is a great off leash area on beach for the hounds. Humans also enjoyed the holiday in a quiet part of the coast.

Good place to have holiday. Suited us very well as our daughter's wedding was just down the road at Surf Air where we couldn't have our furbaby. Close to the beach and cafes and other places to eat. The pool looks more inviting and bigger in the photos. Was too cold for us to use it while we were there

The property was in a perfect location. The beach just a short walk away. It was a beautiful beach that was well patrolled. The property overall was good. Smaller than I expected, fortunately two of my guests couldn’t come. It would have been quite cramped if they had.

Great place to stay in a great location. Our kids loved having the pool each day to swim in and even better it had solar heating. There was only one slight hiccup and that was fixed asap with a very quick response from Alison. Would happily stay there again!

We rented the house as overseas guests for an 11 night duration, to accommodate our daughter and her 3 dogs.
The location was perfect for us, as, close to beach for dog walks with a great coffee shop within walking distance, surf club and Italian pizza (Weds-Sat). Street food market (Fri) and food market every Saturday

A lovely location, everything is local , just a short distance to everything that you need only walk to places. The house itself is quite nice, it had everything we needed and I most certainly will be looking to going back there for a longer period of time. Very fortunate to have found this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marcoola House. The house was so homely, we instantly felt comfortable. The location was brilliant. We were only there 5 days, which definitely wasn't long enough. My main aim was to find somewhere comfortable for us and that our dog would be welcomed. She is a Kelpie (ex show dog) and we live on acreage. There was enough yard space for her to have a run around and we walked her to the beach everyday and visited a local off leash dog park. We all had a ball. Thank you for making this home available for families and there pets. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Tracey, Chris and Dior.

We loved staying here, perfect location beach, walking tracks, coffee, restaurants and night food markets all a stroll away. The house is well set out and has a great outdoor space we spend a lot of time around the pool. Lots of extras push bikes, table tennis, outdoor bar fridge all got good use. Would definitely stay here again

The perfect relaxing holiday for a family of six, great outdoor area, great pool, 20 second walk to the beach and surf club, 2 minute walk to a great little convenience store, playground, excellent coffee and pizza. Easy drive north or south, and close to the airport. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Marcoola House suited our family perfectly and absolutely recommended.

Great house, great location. We had everything we needed so we could relax and enjoy our stay. The dogs loved it and so did the grandkids with that beautiful pool and such a short walk to the beach. Hope to return soon. John and Ros
