Family had a great time. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the deck! We also loved the quiet and how the house was nestled in the pine trees.

Our party of 9 had plenty of room and enjoyed the layout of the property. Easy parking, room to throw baseball with a 12 year old, used the firepit and played cards outside until 11 pm. Bugs were present but we had bug spray. Inside rooms were large and comfortable. Easy kitchen to use. Great washer and dryers-2sets- that served our family well. Everything worked and in good repair. Majority of yard is fenced in 4.5 ft high or so, has dense vegetation and trees. One morning I looked out the kitchen window and there was a moose and calf munching on grass and trees. Stayed in the yard almost 30 minutes, what a delightful experience. House was great would rent it again!

We loved this location. Close to Denali National Park and Healy had plenty of restaurants. House is very clean and spacious. The view is amazing! Owns communication was good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had such an easy accommodating stay. From the moment we entered the door until we left. We felt welcomed and the house had plenty of room and amenities for us. The bedrooms offered very comfy beds and room darkening shades (it was May when we visited) The house stayed warm we didn’t need to use the heat. Sometimes we opened windows for cool air. The kitchen was spacious and we were able to accommodate many cooks. Plenty of bathrooms as well. We had a couple minor issues which the property manager came out and helped us with. Communication was awesome. We loved our stay. We will recommend it to anyone that comes to this area to visit

Everything was excellent. We had 10 people and it felt like we had plenty of room to add more. The house was very nice and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend for anyone, but especially those with larger groups.

Quiet area and nice view of some mountains. 15 minute drive to the park entrance, town and rafting. Great restaurant close to the house. Great space in the house for our group. 2nd bedroom upstairs has only a half bath across the hall-no shower. We enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house in Healy! Plenty of room for all of us, space to spread out and be alone, or gather together in the huge, well stocked kitchen. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers available, which was an enormous benefit toward the end of our trip! After busy days enjoying as much as we could do in Denali it was perfect to sit on the deck and take in even more beautiful sites, enjoying beers from local breweries. David was fantastic about answering my questions and was spot on in his recommendations of things to do, see and eat. Can't recommend his place high enough, we loved it!

We had an awesome stay! The house had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner & everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There were some condiments in the fridge which was very helpful because grocery shopping is limited. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. We had a power outage and within a few minutes, someone had checked on us to make sure we were all ok. It was a great location for activities. Only a 15 min drive to Denali and some activity shuttles were able to pick us up in Healy. I wish I could give 6 stars!

This house is just as advertised. Nice quiet location and only a 20 minute drive to Denali. This house is surrounded by spruce trees and the views of the mountains were beautiful. Plenty of room for our family (6 adults) and we all had our own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is perfectly represented in the listing. All was as expected. 11 quick miles to the entrance to the National Park and tour operators. The kitchen was well equipped (could use some more drink-ware). Nice view to the mountains from the deck.

We're a big group of 14 people and had two-night stay in David's place. The kitchen is so spacious with full amenities. All bedding and bathing was well-prepared. We all had a nice and happy stay. Thank you David.

This was a multigenerational family reunion with people from the east coast, the west coast, and in between. We were well accommodated in this well situated house on the edge of wilderness.

This was a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was perfect for our family. We only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it.

We highly recommend these houses for vacations. Plenty of space and beautiful accommodations. We had 13 in our group with ages from 5 to 75. We were all very comfortable. The scenery was phenomenal and the kids were able to run freely in the secure back yard. Groceries are close by and the laundry facilities very helpful! Loved it !!

We spent several days in Healy on a family vacation - 7 of us in total. The directions provided to the house were spot-on and easy to follow. The house was clean and well-equipped upon arrival. It is incredibly spacious, and even with 7 people we never felt like we were on top of each other. The living space on each floor allowed for the "night owls" to hang out and talk without disturbing the early-to-bed crowd. The double washers/dryers were also utilized by our crowd prior to leaving. The location is perfect. Maybe 3-4 minutes to the grocery store and a restaurant or 2. Denali Park is a short drive, maybe 10 minutes? A very convenient location overall given the remoteness of the area. Overall, the property was perfect for us. Large, spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend for groups and/or families.
