Loved it

The cabin was very clean. The hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived. The pool was a little cold for me but the kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again! :)

The cabin is beautifully situated on a hilltop with beautiful views!! The kids loved the hot tub. The cabin was very clean but I do recommend bringing an extra pillow if you sleep with more than one pillow. Also, if using the hot tub, bring extra towels because you only get 4. Within about 10 minute drive to Hocking Hills attractions. Would stay here again!!

Perfect place for our getaway trip, We enjoyed the cozy space and the hot tub on the rainy days, and it seems to be pretty close to all major attractions!

Perfect little getaway

Cute A frame at ideal location between Logan and parks! The area was quiet and back porch had a nice view of wooded area. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. Only thing that would have made it better was a larger fridge and maybe laundry facilities available at the office, at least. It was perfect for my son and I!

This was the perfect get a way for Anniversary. We very much enjoyed every bit of our stay. The A frame was beyond our expectations.

Our chalet was amazing!! Everything was very clean and well maintained! We will definitely be back!

wi-fi did not work told the office they never sent anyone to fix it was with out service the whole time could not find information on attraction with out wi-fi or phone service.

Our A-line cabin was just the right size for a family of 4 and our medium size dog. Great campus ans so close to Old Man’s Cave and the hiking trails around it. Also within 30 minutes of Zalewski State Park/Lake Hope. Cabin was clean, contemporary, quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was just the right temperature and will be sure to check out the sauna pods next visit. Definitely recommend this style of cabin and The Chalets at Hocking Hills!

Overall clean and enjoyable stay! Would recommend and be back! No oven and small fridge :(

This was probably one of the most disappointing experiences that I have ever experienced on vacation. I had booked this weekend getaway with our two doggies for my boyfriends birthday, me finishing a surgery travel assignment out of state and finally being back home with him, and me graduating with me bachelors to celebrate together. When we got there around 7:30-8p, the back door was unlocked and the fire alarm in the living room was chirping. About an hour or so after we arrived, it seemed that the whole road had lost power and was not coming back on. Due to the area, we had no service to contact anyone as well. We had searched in and around the cabin for fire wood in the dark in hopes to maybe start a fire in the fireplace to give heat and light to make us more comfortable while we hope for the power to come back on but eventually just chose to stay at a hotel for the night because none was in sight. I sent a message to the property manager about the issue just to inform them and make them aware since I knew it was late and the office was not open to call right away. I received a message the following morning stating that they were not aware until they came in and that they could refund me the rent amount for Friday and Saturday but in gift card form because power would not be restored until minimum 10pm that day. I explained that we had to stay somewhere else to accommodate safety due to no heat nor service if anything were to happen and if I was being refunded all the fees as well and then was told that they couldn’t do anything for me other than a refund for Friday night and now MAYBE Saturday. So over 75% of our stay without power and a property that is unable to stay at. It was not the refund of only 50% of my payment but the change up after I brought up that I had to make accommodations for us late at night due to inconveniences that I completely understood were out of everyone’s control. And also just not caring about their guests having no power, heat, light, or service. This is not how you treat guests in my opinion and truly would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could because I was then paying almost 700$ to a cabin we couldn’t even stay at and then 300+ for a hotel room for two nights. Luckily, the hotel felt sympathy for our situation so they discounted our king suites to help out. Shout out to holiday inn express in Logan, OH.

Our first time here my fiancé and I Own a restaurant so it’s pretty nice to get a small get away! One think I would have to say maybe wait till we’re actually gone to send maintenance!

Easy rental. Clean property.

We love our time at The Chalets. The staff was helpful and the location was perfect. We enjoyed a nice cozy fire and time in the hot tub while snow was falling. We only wish we had booked more than two nights! We will be back for sure!

This was just what we needed to escape from our busy lives! It was exceptionally clean, cozy, quiet, and serene! Check in/out process was a piece of cake, everything was provided aside from food and beverages! Located closely enough to Walmart etc if you need to pick up last minute supplies! This was beautiful and we will be coming back again in the future and referring many friends!!

My wife and I stayed here for our 25th Anniversary and it was amazing. There’s plenty of hiking and sight seeing just minutes away.

Easy to book and check in. Great communication from the rental property via text and email and they called to ask if we needed anything. Terrific experience all around.

The property was very clean and comfortable. With the hot tub out back in a private setting was perfect after a long day of Hiking. Would highly recommend, My girl and I will defiantly be back.

We only stayed one night. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The stove doesn't work very well and there is no oven, so be prepared to grill or microwave. There is a store at the bottom of the hill where you can get some supplies you may have forgotten. The view from the back deck looks into the forrest which is dense, peaceful and relaxing.

Check-in process was as simple as can be. Received a text that unit was ready with the appropriate info needed. Amenities were perfect. Quiet, clean had no issues. Recommended to friends and family.

Nice place but if you like to cook and that is part of your plans te A frame is not the best choice. No oven and the 2 burners are marginal

Super easy to book. Property manager was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I also received a list of items I should bring prior to this trip, which I found very helpful. Overall, highly recommend to stay at Chalets!
