Large open space across the beach side with wonderful direct access to pool, and beach views. Renovated space, good bathrooms, etc. Made it easy to keep up with two small children and for everyone to enjoy the pool and the beach and the condo. Just a few minor maintenance items to keep up with; and we will stay here again given the opportunity.

Loved the condo was exactly as described on the listing. Very short walk to the beach which was wonderful for our small kids. The walk in pool was also wonderful for our small kids.

We only stayed 1 night luxury it is not , worn it beds , heating hit and miss. Fridge freezer so noisy , had to turn off power at night . Why would you put cheap foam on a mattress that already has a built in topper . Cheap trick to cover up worn out beds , small bedroom next door to plant room so noisy all the time . Don’t bother

I'm not going to give a negative review on the property (Seaspray West 105) because we enjoyed the location and the overall facilities. However, there are some things that need addressing and I wanted you to know about them first hand. Here goes: 1. The toaster does not work properly. 2. We had three garments get grease on them from the dryer. Your maintenance man said it was rust from the dryer door, but it wasn't - it was black grease streaks. 3. Twice we saw a roach crawling across the floor. 4. The toilet in the hallway runs periodically. 5. The refrigerator will not hold the temperature. Your maintenance man came and reset it, but it will not hold. Also, it makes so much noise when it's running that we had to close the bedroom door at night so it wouldn't keep us up. I appreciate your quick response to my email while we were there. The location, pool, etc. for this property are great but you need to be aware of these issues. Thank you.

Girls Weekend
We had 6 girls stay for a weekend. Unfortunately it rained so we didn't get to enjoy the beach or pool very much but we did enjoy the company. Very close to Florabama. This may not be an issue with everyone but they only allow 2 parking passes. We had 3 cars coming from different locations and they would not waiver to give us a 3rd parking pass even though the parking lot was half empty the entire time. We were told the car could be towed if we left it there. When you call you get someone that is not located there and unfamiliar with area. Great place for a family to enjoy the pool and beach!

Pool and beach side
Great location and we loved pool right outside the door. Short walk to beach which made it easy to get our feet in the sand. We will come back in the near future. Thanks for having us

Wonderful location
The location is wonderful; easy access to golf beach. Furniture needs updating, especially king bed mattress and clothes dryer. Overpriced compared to other comparable units in building for our timeframe.

Labor Day weekend
Really great place. The only negative is the hide a way bed is bad, like don't plan on using it bad. We had an air mattress with us and that worked out fine. The location is nice, we could refill our drinks and still watch our tweenage children in the pool. Also the market across the street came in real handy for the stuff you forget to bring or food items.

If you have children, teens, love swimming it's the place for you. Open the door and there you are. Not to mention the super easy access to this beautiful ocean.

Clean, convenient and great location
Clean and updated. The bed was comfortable which is always a concern. The kids loved being able to walk out and be right at the pool. I would definitely go back
