The house was very cozy. There was additional snow gear and clothes for use. The owners were very friendly and responsive. We had a lovely stay!

This was a comfortable spot exactly as described. Yes bathroom is small but it didn’t bother us. Unit was clean. Extremely close to everything. We walked everywhere. Lovely spot next to creek. Perfectly dog friendly. Great communication with owner. We would stay again for the ease and proximity.

Great location in WP! Loved being within walking distance to restaurants and trails. Short drive up to resort as well. Cute condo with everything we needed. Diana was great to communicate with.

We have stayed at High Country Haus before. Loved the location near the Frazier river. place was perfect for us. Liked the new pool and rec center.

Our family of four plus dog really enjoyed this property. Diana, the owner, was extremely communicative and very quickly responded with our questions. The condo is well appointed. The rec center nearby is a newer building and we really enjoyed access to the pool and hot tub. Right out the front door there is a river and trail access which was great to walk the dog. The overall space isn't overly large, however, worked perfect for the four of us on vacation. The toilet area is small but obviously was made that way to accommodate the shower remodel which is really nice. Sometimes we could hear neighbors above walking around but it wasn't enough noise that I would call it a bother. There are a lot of trinkets in the home which give it a very personal feel. A big perk was how close this condo is in walking distance to town. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Diana was great to work with. Addressed all questions quickly. Very accommodating. Loction is literally 80 steps from the front door to the ski bus stop. Restaraunts and a nice grocery store -Fireside market, within walking distance. Restaraunts can get busy with extended wait times, so it is nice to have the well equipped kitchen. Cozy little spot, comfy couches, updated kitchen and bath. Not luxury, but very comfortable.

Nice little space for a small family, close to lots of stuff in Winter Park, including the bus. Nice shared rec space with pool and hot tub.

The property is in a great location and is on the ground floor of the complex. So that is a positive, however there are a few things wrong with the property too. On my next trip to Winter park we will be choosing a different location. The first issue we had is the small bathroom. Just like everyone else stated in there reviews it is so small you have to get into the shower to shut the door. If you are a larger individual don't pick this place because you will have major troubles getting in. the second issue is that the main light switch is next to the fridge. We had to have our kids turn on the lights because we could not get our hands in between the fridge to turn on the light. The third thing is the pull out couch. The mattress on the couch is so thin it is like sleeping on springs. I have never seen a mattress that thin before. So in conclusion in you don't care about the small bathroom, trying to get lights on and not going to have someone sleep on the couch this is a good charming place. However, we give it an average rating.

Walking distance to virtually everything. We brought our dog with us and appreciated all the hiking trails right outside the door and even more a short walk away. Walked to Deno’s (our favorite but make sure to make a reservation) for dinner one night. Nice being on the first floor. Only downside was the tiny bathroom and kitchen. But since there were only two of us it worked fine. Would have been tough with our kids fighting for the toilet and shower. Kitchen is functional for one person only..,our kids wouldn’t have minded that feature. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location is perfect. Place was clean, comfortable, TVs in every room, good shower. Highly recommend!

Expectation management is required. Small galley kitchen and you may need to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. It’s a small condo in a ski town. Good place to rest and relax though.

Clean, quiet reasonable, condo on the river. Owner replied quickly to any questions. Only drawback, bathroom is extremely small . Sinks are outside of bathroom. Kitchen equipped well but no place to put any groceries if you bring stuff with you except on the counter which is also the eating area. Loved the location to winter park area.

Overall great stay and would book again. Diana responds quickly to any questions. Can't beat the location right by the water and walking distance to many places. I believe it is still listed with inaccurate info about number of bedrooms/bathrooms. The 1 bathroom is challenging to navigate based on size. It is kind of the host to allow pets but unfortunate the some may not watch over their pets as there is some odor. However, this was a great experience and the 1st time we have ever stayed in a place thru vrbo. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space. Much appreciated.

I am very unhappy with this location. Expedia advertised 2 bedroom 3 bath condo. When we walked in the condo smelled like dog.The smell was so strong we had to buy air freshener to try and combat the smell.Which never went away. 2nd the condo had a small shower and toilet . It doesn’t have 3 bathrooms.Only a vanity in the master bedroom and one outside of the small shower. I paid for what was advertised and didn’t get any of that.The host was understanding after I called and texted her the information from Expedia. I also told her about the smell . She said she would get the carpets cleaned when we left.She was unsure why they advertised 3 bathrooms. She was polite but we had to stay because everything was booked in the area. I am very upset because I planned this trip in March. I won’t use Expedia again because they lied and every time we went back inside the condo it stunk. On top of having to share a bathroom that was so small you couldn’t just open the bathroom door and sit without your legs touching the door. Very disappointed and I have tried to talk to Expedia since we arrived Friday. And I can’t get a live person on the phone. It was the worst place I have stayed. The property is only for someone with a dog who doesn’t mind the smell. And not enough bathrooms for more than 1 person. I advised the owner to change the advertising and only rent to pet owners. And cleaning the carpet would be great. But of course she said when we leave which didn’t help us.

This property was a wonderful respite for those who desire to get away for awhile! Nestled along the banks of the Fraser River, we so enjoyed the sounds of the river! The property was just as described, and the owner supplied our every need! The only criticism is that the bathroom is pretty small, but the shower is great! Check in was easy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will seek to stay here again the next time we are in Winter Park!

Place was homey. Beautiful location with the sounds of Aspens, and a nearby creek. The bathroom cramped. Very hard to turn on kitchen lights as they are obscured by the fridge. Spring in sectional made you sink in. But overall priced well. Nice selection of pots, dinnerware, towels, shampoo etc.

This is a cozy condo in a fantastic location. Just blocks away from the main street. Walk to restaurants and grocery. Super easy to get to the slopes. We had a fantastic ski weekend & would definitely stay again.
