This is a perfect house for a large family! There is space for everyone to spread out and enjoy! You’re steps from the beach which is great with little ones. It’s also beautiful decorated and very well equipped. We will be back!

Superb. We wanted for nothing.

The houses were amazing! The owner thought of everything! The kitchens are well stocked (even olive oil) and the space and additional amenities (games, bikes, coolers, to-go tumblers, and even garbage bags and paper towels) perfectly provided our family with accommodations like we have never had! The proximity to the beach walk over and the 12 beach chairs made our vacation nearly perfect! The pool at the house was the perfect size for the kids, and the provided beach towels and comfy outdoor furniture was the perfect post-beach hangout! Kim’s hospitality was unparalleled! We have been renting on the Emerald Coast for 20+ years, and this was by far the BEST experience yet! We have already booked for next year!

Why deal with all the people and traffic of 30a when you can get so much more at Carrilon. This is the second time we have stayed here and honestly it’s the best house on the best beach. The house is immaculate and is steps from the beach. The beach isn’t crowded and the house comes with chairs and umbrellas that are set up on the beach daily. This is the perfect vacation home. It’s got great amenities and the kids and go as they please without concern. Kim is always available and willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay perfect. This will be our only place to stay when we go to the gulf. Don’t delay and just book this house.

Beautiful home in storybook gated community; excellent beach access; fun pickle ball courts (2); cozy on-site pool (heated nicely due to the cooler weather) and access to community pools; the home was beautifully decorated and furnished and allowed our group to spend wonderful quality time together.

This home was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and complete with everything you need for your stay. The beach was just a short walk away and having the pool at the house was a great addition. Communication with the host was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here! Still Waters is a great house for families with children. Lots of room, great pool. Located near the beach walk over. One of our favorite houses for family vacation.

We have been vacationing on various beaches for too many years to count. Several years back we landed at Carillon Beach and it quickly became our favorite. This was our first year to stay in Still Waters and it was perfect for our family. It is a beautiful house that is nicely decorated and was impeccably clean on our arrival. Our host Kim called shortly after our arrival to make sure the house was acceptable and to review everything we needed to know about the property. She was very helpful.

Still Waters is now my all time favorite home in beautiful Carillon Beach, Fl. We’ve vacationed in Carillon since 2006 so that says a lot about this incredible home. The owner is awesome to work with. We opted to put a temporary fence around the pool after Kim reached out and offered us that option. With two very fast toddlers on the trip it made for more relaxed vaca for sure. Everything about Still Waters is absolutely stunning, the furniture, the decor, comfy high end mattresses plus the home was super clean which is a must for me. The pool area was large enough for the whole family to gather and swim. We enjoyed every second spent at Still Waters. We will be back.

Excellent property for my daughter and her husband with their twin girls under 1 and their 2 year old son as well as my 5 and 8 year old grandsons. The cottage was home to the other set of grandparents who joined us. The pool was great for the kiddos! The soothing ocean breezes and lull of the ocean worked its magic again this year and Stillwaters was a wonderful home away from home!

Perfect accommodations for our family of 13 ranging from 2 to 67. Everyone had their own room and bath. The extra cottage was great and 2 kitchens helpful for preparing meals. The kitchens are well stocked with everything you could need. Still Waters is so close to the beach - taking young ones back & forth was very easy. Management checked on us many times to insure our stay went well. I highly recommend Still Waters!

The property was in excellent condition when we arrived. We loved everything about the house. We were able to rent baby beds and a high chair that was very helpful. The pool though small was such a great retreat for the grandchildren. We would definitely love to return some day. Thanks to Kim for all your help and quick responses to any issues.

The house is stunning, it feels brand new and we couldn’t not have had a better experience. The property manager was easy to reach and was always available. We have rented many beach homes on the gulf and Atlantic and this home was by far the best experience we have had! The location is incredible, the beaches were not crowded, there were chairs and umbrellas already set up on the beach everyday for us which was such a blessing. The location is convenient to Panama City and Rosemary. If you haven’t been to Carillon before it’s truly a gem and this house is the perfect landing spot for your vacation. Just book it!!!

We stayed here with family friends, 4 adults and 5 kids ages 5-12. We didn’t even use the guest house, the main house had more than enough space. Very clean. Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen very functional. Pool in back was heated which was perfect when the beach got chilly. Loved sitting on the porch for coffee and wine. Rented a golf cart but really didn’t need it, everything is definitely walking distance. Beach is 3 houses away, SO close. Perfect accommodations and loved the neighborhood!

Our extended family made up of 3 families met at this property for our yearly reunion. It was perfect space for our 3 couples and 4 teens. The downstairs bedroom was great for the grandparents. Very clean. Short walk to beach. Great location. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to Covid, but the owner was great to work with. Highly recommend.

This is - hands-down - the best beach house rental we have ever encountered (and we have rented many beach houses in this area over the years). The main house, and the back house, are well-designed and tastefully appointed for comfortable lounging, gracious dining for twelve to fourteen adults, and quiet sleeping. The Hosts have supplied just about every kitchen appliance and convenience you can imagine or require, including ample cutlery, glassware, cookware and tableware. These items were all clean and of the best quality. The Hosts also thoughtfully supplied ample rolls of paper towels, garbage bags, soaps and detergents, and coffee and coffee filters (the absence, or very limited supply, of which have been a source of irritation to me with other high-end rentals). The beds and linens are first rate, and the complementary Turkish beach towels an unexpected luxury. The private, heated pool in the rear courtyard is ideal for adults who merely want to soak, and for children who are just learning to swim. The pool door alarm - loud and insistent - was a comfort for us because we had a three-year-old in our party. The upstairs recreation room was well-stocked with games, and the Hosts have installed large, modern TVs with numerous streaming options in each bedroom and gathering area. The Hosts furnished us well in advance with copies of clear and sensible house and pool rules, instructions for check-in and check-out, and a box of cupcakes on our arrival. The Hosts also contacted us via phone and text during our stay, inquiring if we required anything. Finally, the location of the house was perfect; the beach walkover was less than fifty yards away. This beach house has the look and feel of a 5-star hotel; beach house rental accommodations do not get any better than this one.

We have stayed in this neighborhood many times and Still Waters was our favorite place so far! The layout is perfect for a large family or multiple families. Super close to the beach and the small backyard pool was a hit with the kids. The property manager was wonderful to work with throughout the reservation process and during the stay. We will definitely be coming back to Still Waters!!

From the timely communications with Kim, to the warm welcome and accommodating our family - we had the best vacation stay at Still Waters. We have stayed at various Carillon properties every summer for 20+ years and this home is our new favorite. The homes is immaculate, the décor serene, with high end finishes throughout main and guest house. There are thoughtful touches everywhere (well stocked game room, beach chairs + pool toys, a chef's kitchen... I could go on) that make settling into paradise very easy. The guest house was perfect to accommodate our extended family with kids and and you simply cannot beat being less than a 2 minute walk from the beach. This is our new standard for family vacation - A sincere thank you, see you next year!

We always get excited about our beach trip each year and have enjoyed Carillon for several years. Still Waters has been an outstanding experience. The house is very well designed and stocked ! The location is great. The pool was wonderful for our younger children. Many wonderful memories have been made at Still Waters. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to share this treasure.

Still Waters was a great home close to the beach. Our group has several chefs and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and we appreciated the pool alarm as we had an active 3 year old child. Kim called us shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and communicated well before we got there. You will not be disappointed with Still Waters.

From the initial booking right through the entire stay, we had a wonderful experience. This is the 8th home we have stayed in at Carillon Beach and in every way it’s been the best. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The owner was super quick in answering a question or two along the way. Will definitely stay at Still Waters again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Still Waters. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing time. The location within Carillon is great as well. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described, and the pictures are accurate. We had two families comprised of four adults and five children between the ages of 7 and 11. We had plenty of room, everyone had their own space, and we never felt crowded. We used both the main house as well as the guest house, but could have easily done without the guest house if forced or more people. We prepare every meal at the house save one without any problems. The location, amenities, layout and furnishings were perfect for us. Truly, our only gripe was the selection of drinking glasses. Talk about first world problems.

We had an amazing time at Still Waters. Not only was it beautiful it was a wonderful house that was able to hold 16 people, between the guest house and main house. We did have 4 children and it was great the kids having a loft to go play in. The pool is small, but cool on a hot day and the perfect size for cooling off after a long day at the beach. We will definitely look into coming back to Still Waters!
