This property had the most amazing views! It was set back in time and felt very cozy. Our Family loved and and would def consider renting it again!

Absolutely adorable cabin with amazing mountain view! Loved the decor, reminded me of my Grandma's house with all the cute knick knacks. Old TV,s but we weren't there for that although we did find a couple old VHS tapes to watch which also brought us back in time. Loved the fireplace and the lounge chairs out back and we played a lot of rummy as a family on the back porch. Thanks Jerry, we will definitely be back! Dave & Michelle

This property was exactly what we were looking. The home was beautiful, well settled on the mountainside with a view that was insanely amazing! It was like a home away from home. Can't wait to return and soak in more of that gorgeous view!

The outside of the home is much nicer than the inside. That deck and view are beautiful . But the inside of the house is stuck in the late 1980s. Lower basement area has strong musty odor. The washing machine has mildew where the owners or maid didn’t leave it open after using it to let the seal dry before closing it .The kitchen is super small with no counter space so cooking is hard and we had to figure out the portable dishwasher because there weren’t any instructions that we could find. The whole house needs better decor and the bathroom.had peeling wallpaper. The large TV is very old and was hard to watch because of the large windows(we love college football) The view and the location are the best thing about this rental. The driveway is scary and would be difficult if it had iced up. The arrival instructions were good and the heat worked well. The price was fair. I do think an”Super Host” should call or text to be sure you are OK upon arrival.

My boyfriend and I stayed 09/01/22-09/05/22. The drive up to the house was not as hard as we were expecting it to be. It was late at night and we took my sedan to save on gas. My car had no issues getting to the house. The directions say that MapQuest will not take you to the house so we already had the directions printed out that our host sent us. We got ourselves turned around but that is because my boyfriend "knew how to get there" as all men think they know everything. Come to find out google maps will take you straight to the house. The drive way is steep but my little car did just fine. It rained everyday except our fist day so we didn't get to see the views as much as we hoped to but when we did they were A M A Z I N G!!!! The house has a older décor but, that is what I loved about it. Made me feel right at home. Our host was quick to respond when we asked a few questions. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

A great place to relax and experience the beautiful mountains. The owner was very accommodating and the house had everything we needed for a group of friends to enjoy time together.

Loved the house. Wish there was a room with a couple twin beds. Driveway steep but overall a great place to stay.

This property was fantastic. They had everything we needed to stay for an entire week comfortably. Fantastic views and great location conveniently located to great attractions and destinations. We would love to stay again.

Terrific location for great hiking in the area. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at this price.

Great time in Franklin and at Heaven’s View. 3rd time staying at this property. Never disappoints. Everything is clean and in working order. Love the home’s decor and all the bird houses! Will be returning again. Kirk Family 2016 2017 2022 rentals

Pros- The house offered amazing views of the mountains. There was plenty of room for our group. Cons- tons of ladybugs, like an infestation of lady bugs. There were live ones and dead ones. Wasp flying inside. Every morning there were 4-6 half dead wasp on the den floor. Throughout the day, there would be some flying around inside. There were a couple of roaches in the kitchen (one on the table and one on the dishwasher).

Our month went too quickly. The view is better than described. Compared to our FL home in August the weather (temp) was wonderful -we ate on the porch virtually everyday.

We had a wonderful time. Cabin very comfortable with all conveniences. Owner very receptive and attentive.

1st the pictures on the site dose not do it any Justice you can't capture the view with a camera. Every meal we ate on the porch, infact Every moment we were there we were on the porch. The owner is wonderful and responded within moments of us asking a question. Love this place and planning on staying againg

We had a super vacation and stay with a view, grilled for Memorial on the deck, played games with our kids, and saved money by fixing many meals! Fantastic mountain home!

The view is amazing! It is even better than the pictures! You feel like you are in your own little slice of the world, yet you are near other homes and close to the city comforts of Franklin. House is well-built, spacious & comfortable. Many (not all) of the appliances, linens, and furniture items are older ...decor is quaint....dishwasher was out of order but everything else was in good working order. Bed in the master was super...supportive and comfortable. Fireplace was perfect for the chilly nights we had. Excellent WiFi and good selection of TV channels, if you decide to stop looking out the window long enough to watch TV. Outside deck is spacious and has plenty of seating. You can tell it is their second home as it is well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, games, dvds, books, etc...no need to pack extra items. Would stay here again.

The entire experience was overall quiet wonderful. Jerry is a terrific host everything was as described and we enjoyed every moment he has a beautiful home in the most perfect location the views are breath taking. We hope to be repeat guests and thanks to Jerry for a wonderful time.
