Breathtaking view of the mountain! Beautiful view of the forest in a spacious comfortable real feel cabin. We saw 5 moose right outside our window! Thank you for an unforgetable family vacation!

Great house for our ski trip. We were three families and the house had plenty of room for everyone and tons of entertaining space. We were all able to eat together in the amazing dining room and sit by multiple fireplaces. Close to the slopes and town. Perfect vacation spot!

Beds were very comfortable (other than the bunk room, rather small beds in there). Four families converged and had a perfect week in the mountains. The home has great privacy, but is only a couple miles out of town. Plenty of space for our four families to spread out and do their own thing. Highly recommended!

Although, I would like to share some constructive criticism that may make the place better for future rentals. 1) The place describes a 2 car garage but the owner occupies one of the spots. That should be in the decription and it would be nice if they moved the car to the outer side of the garage so that renters can acess the space.2) One of the coffee pots was missing a filter. Would be nice to supply a washable filter.3) It would be nice to have some Tupperware in the place.4) One of the rooms upstairs doesn't heat well. It took 2 nights for the couple staying there to figure out there is a portable heater in the closet. Maybe worth putting in the description or leaving it out.These are minor issues that we thought may have improved our experience.

Reviewer Comments: We take our family to different resorts as a Christmas gift each year so we have a lot of experience in renting homes. We also rent each Thanksgiving. We have rented Mountain Majesty 2 times in the past through your company when in Breckenridge. We loved that home. The main floor bedroom had dirty sheets that needed to be washed before use. They spent their 1st night sleeping on the sofa because we did not have the time that night to start washing bedding. Bathrooms on the lower floor were not clean with used bath products in showers. The kitchen was a real issue for us. We have some great cooks and the small size, old items, lack of items, not fun. The house is extremely dated. The maids had to be happy as we had to purchase so many items for that house with lots left behind. Numerous room sprays and fabric sprays to try to diminish the septic smell. The outside was beautiful but the inside was rough.

Overall a spectacular property that was excellent for three families and three generations. Not close to ski lifts but a much more private feeling than a ski-in location. Furnishings acceptable for a rental property but carpet in less than stellar repair, stools at kitchen counter saw better days two decades ago. We were there over Christmas for which the price was quite high. Again, it is a lovely property overall but certainly not a value for the price.

The property was exactly large enough for our family. Tons of room and had everything we needed. It was not as new as the pictures suggested. It was also not very clean. Dust was everywhere. The kitchen hood was dirty. Pills were left in a bedroom which was a concern as we had young children with us. Dog hair on bed comforters although they said no pets were allowed. Downstairs bedrooms smelled of mold The large window that had a wonderful view of the mountains was so dirty we couldn’t enjoy the view. On the other hand the property managers were wonderful and very responsive. Ok place to stay if it was in better shape and clean.

Fantastic property for our family reunion in Colorado. This property is everything you can want in a Colorado vacation. We loved the massive log structure, the moose in the yard, the fantastic mountain views from the living room and the proximity to local trails and town. This property was very clean and comfortable - everyone enjoyed their stay.

We loved the Bear Lodge! It was roomy for our party of 14! We saw lots of wildlife from the house and were able to enjoy the outdoors. The downstairs provided privacy from the kids & grandkids. The house had all amenities available.

We had an amazing time @ the cabinet! The altitude is no joke as some of my family members caught hell with the stairs 🤣🤣 Overall, we had a great time.

The Cabin was perfect for our group. The large dining table and the outdoor fireplace were great places to gather. The cabin had everything we needed. The booking and check-in process was easy and communication was proactive and thorough. Very professional!

The property is so pretty..

We had a wonderful family gathering in a home that had plenty of room for kids and adults. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we cooked all of our meals. Also, enjoyed watching 3 weasels that roamed around on the property.

My family and I ( 5 over 70, 6 in their 30, a 4 year old and a 2 year old) stayed here for my son's wedding. The place was amazing. Much larger and nicer than the pictures show. There was plenty of room, very well stocked, and so much to do, hot tub, pool table, darts, games, ring toss, I can go on and on. We were greeted by moose in the drive way and saw other animals. The play scape for the kids was awesome. I can definitely say my family and I have rented places for many years and this was the nicest place we have stayed.

We have been renting in Summit County for over 30 years. This rental was great. Our 3 adult kids and 6 grands loved it.

The pictures don't do this home justice. It is beautiful. The location is perfect. Away from everything but close to everything we needed. Lots of space for multiple families.

Well constructed log home with large rooms, lots of space for a group or just a couple as in our case. Definitely setup for a large family, full baths in every large bedroom. Comfortable. House sits at approximately 10,100ft so if anyone is extremely sensitive to altitude, consider that.

We had such a wonderful time at this lodge for a week long family getaway. Plenty of space for large families and the kitchen was well equipped for making meals. We enjoyed the large outdoor fire-pit seating area and the children's playscape was a plus. Everything was spotless and the check-in process was very smooth. We will be back!

We had an amazing ski trip in big part due to this amazing property. we have been doing this for many years, and this house truly is amazing. the layout, the feel and the ambiance. we had a maintenance issue and it was addressed right away and despite the snow, the repairman showed up within less than an hour. there are a few things that could be touched up though. 1. the mattresses seem like they could use an update, this was something most of the people with us brought up. 2. showers, a bit low for the taller ones of us, and the piping seem to be leaking around the shower heads. 3. kitchen needs an update, mostly things like, blender (which exists, but leaks because its 30 years old), dull knives etc. this last thing, may be a dud, but if the hot tub could be on the bancolny and not behind the garage....WOW
