It was a beautiful property. Location was great and convenient. Management was easy to work with and very accommodating. It’s a unique and fun property that we will certainly use again!

This was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving holiday. We had a family of 15 and there was so much space for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and arcade room. I especially loved that there was a dining table big enough to enjoy our meals together. Most importantly, the host is amazing to work with. Would love to return soon.

Amazing home and William was excellent to work with. Made in check in/check out seamless and made himself available during our stay. Location is great, right between Freemont and the Strip. Would definitely recommend!

We had a group of 16 women and the house accommodated all of our needs. Very spacious, clean indoor pool, fully stocked linen, tvs in each room and very close to everything we wished to do in Las Vegas. The owner was by far the best and most concerned person I have ever met with rental properties. 10 stars here. Choose this place!!

Overall great experience at this home. William provided us with a great stay at his property. Alot of amenities at this home to use for a big group and overall space was easy to enjoy for the 4 nights we were there.

This place is the perfect spot for a large group. House is in a great location not too far from the strip, getting to the strip or downtown Vegas was no hassle. Average Uber xl ride to strip $25-$35. The entire home is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Cleanliness was on point. Communication with host was fast and easy. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family for future stays.

We had 11 people staying at this property and there was plenty of room for everyone. Nice open floorplan, good sized bedrooms, fun game room, large indoor pool area and several outdoor nooks gave everyone space to spread out and have fun. For such a large home it was very comfortable and cozy. Close to the strip and Fremont Street this home made for a wonderful home base for our families getaway.

I booked this property in preparation for a 5 day stay in honor of my mother's 70th birthday. My family was also present and embarked on this experience. Initially I was disappointed to find out the pool photo shown in the advertisement did not match the pool located on site. In my mind I anticipated a very high end pool reflective of the photograph used. However, once I visited this property and stayed the first night, I began to immediately appreciate what this property and its Owner had to offer. This property allows for comfortability, indoor and outdoor experiences. The indoor pool and bar set up is extremely cool and the arcade, surround sound and set up of the bedrooms are nicely decorated and also very comfortable. My family and I had a blast and I told the Owner that I appreciated his vision and hospitality. The house sits on a quite street and it is pretty much enclosed. There is a gate on wheels which allows you to close off the public. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to explore this home and be a part of the Dean Martin experience. My family and I spoke highly of this property and also were very moved by the fact that its current condition is being preserved to reflect the history of Dean Martin and the rat pack. Cheers to you Owner....you gave myself and my family an experience to remember. I'm looking forward to returning soon :)
