What a nice house! This was the perfect accommodations for our group of nine. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. I recommend this for anyone who wants access to Park City and the surrounding area. Will definitely consider it again for our trip next ski season.

We absolutely loved this home and its layout. It was perfect for a large family getaway, it fit comfortably 3 families with 6 kids total. The space down stairs for the kids was beyond perfect. The Kitchen is well stocked and the convenience of having access to the two car garage was wonderful! We highly recommend this place and will be coming back next year.

Everything was great! They were only six of us (my husband and me with our two married children) so we each had a master suite… large room with a king bed and a great en suite bath. Yes, this home had THREE! The 4th bedroom had bunk beds and slept 6. The hot tub was roomy, could've fit eight so the six of us fit just fine. A few things that were not mentioned in the description was that there was a ping pong table in the garage and the pool table converted to an air hockey table. We utilized both of these a lot. The only thing I would change, and I am very picky, is they had two laundry rooms, and neither one had any laundry detergent. I had to go out and buy some, when we had some thing we needed to wash. Everything else was way above par, very clean, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. This place does sleep 14 people in beds if you include the pull down bed on the first floor.

We stayed for Labor day weekend. The views from the condo were perfect and it was very spacious. We had issues accessing the rental upon arrival, mgmt. was quick to communicate however we were still given wrong codes to access so arrival was a bit frustrating. The furnishings and items supplied are in need of updating. Many small appliances were broken or missing parts, ONE knife that was extremely dull, no cleaning supplies except dishwasher detergent and the cupboards are full of old or heavily used kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The garage door button/pad is broken in the garage making garage hard to close, lights in basement flickered, and light in basement bedroom would not turn on. All remotes (6) with exception of 1 was missing batteries/dead batteries/ didn't work. We purchased our own batteries for remotes and still had one TV we couldn't get to work which maintenance was patched out and fixed it for us. A little refresh would go a long way for this condo. Our family rented another condo down the street, same HOA, similar nightly rate that was maintained much better.

Lovely location, responsive owner/team, and gorgeous decor. Great layout for large groups. Would certainly stay here again.

The property worked well for our gathering.

The house is settled perfectly on the hill with beautiful snow cap mountain views. The kids had a blast sleeding down the hill.

Perfect location for skiing in Deer Valley. Our group of 10 had plenty of space in this great townhouse. It is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was easy and simple . Please don't hesitate to book this place..you won't regret it.

This is our second trip to this property and enjoyed once again. Lots of space and game room is great. Quite neighborhood also. Manger is very responsive with any issues.

What a lovely home! The quality of the furnishings, the comfiness of the beds, and the well appointed kitchen and accessories met all of our expectations! Did we mention the heated doors in the master bathroom?!! We had unbelievable vistas from every room! Thank you for all of the memories we made in our 2022 Ski Trip to Utah!

We all enjoyed our stay. The repairman for the dishwasher was there when we arrived but we still could not get it to work. Also the water dispenser in the fridge quit working during our stay. We did not try to contact the rental group as it was the evening before our departure. All really enjoyed the game tables & the hot tub.

This property is beautiful but you can tell it’s been used a lot. Beds were great, comfortable all having bathrooms either directly in it or right around the corner. The setting and location were great, 15 min to park city or 15 to heber city. Right next to the reservoir so real pretty view of lake and mountains. We had 3 kids 2-11, and 5 adults celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary. We made great memories. Here’s the cons: the biggest was the dishwasher wasn’t working properly. They knew that it wasn’t moving because I talked with the maintenance guy and said he had already ordered the part but no one told us till we tried running the dishwasher. They sent a person out to fix it but it still wasn’t working properly. Very frustrating to have to hand wash in a house that we paid a lot of money to rent. We got the dishwasher to work maybe 3 times inThe week we stayed. The ovens and the microwave also were worn but functional and the grills were disgusting. We were going to grill one night and decided to change plans after seeing what they looked like. I told this to the property manager and they just gave me a “I’m so sorry” response and that’s all. Oh well. The pool table although fun was rough.

Myself and 3 friends stayed at this Deer Valley Vista townhome in Heber for our annual golf trip. The place was beautiful and well maintained. We appreciated the 3 master suites, which is hard to come by anywhere. I live near mountain towns in CO so I know Air Conditioning is rare in those places so it was nice to have. What else can I say? The place felt like home, everything worked great and the team was proactive and responsive -- not that I actually needed anything from them because we had zero issues. I would highly recommend.

We really couldn't have asked for a more perfect home during our ski vacation in Park City. The home was just right for our group, and provided the ideal combination of common space for spending time together along with lovely private bedrooms and bathrooms that allowed each couple to feel like we had our own personal space. The owners took great care when planning this home, and paid close attention to many small details. Communication from management was great, with prompt and clear responses to questions, and an excellent message preparing us for our visit. When we return to Park City we will hope to stay here again.

Beautiful home and a great location.

Nice property but…not clean, kitchen not well equipped, HOA belligerent. Trash bins overflowing upon arrival. Unit not clean. Used diaper under master bed, smelled. Anyplace under something absolutely filthy gross! Dishwasher very finicky…hard to turn on. Kitchen limited pots and pans and only one sharp knife. Inadequate hot water for 8 adults…cold showers. Screamed at by HOA when putting trash out that was left when we arrived.

The property is exactly as it appears online and was perfect for this outing of 9. The location is perfect for those that ski. The gondola was right down the street and so was a place to rent skis. Park City is less than a 15 minute drive for shopping, dinner and of course skiing. I highly recommend this property and hope to go back. Dana

Such a wonderful place to stay!! So close to the Mtn, amazingly stocked kitchen, and what’s not to love about a private hot tub after a full day on the mtn!! Will definitely stay here again!!

excellent home close to Deer Valley and all amenities. Home was exactly as described, check in/check out couldn't have been easier and property management had excellent communication. For a trip with a larger group, I highly recommend this property!
