Enjoyed our stay for 4 nights in May. The location of the apartment cannot be beat. We were within walking distance to Harvard and MIT. Short and easy public transportation to downtown and back bay. Evening stroll to Charles River was pleasant. The apartment has all we needed. We didn't cook because there are many good food options in the neighborhood. The apartment is clean and quiet. Fast internet for our work needs. Would recommend.

The room is an efficiency apartment in a quiet street located a 5 minute walk from the main road which has coffee shops, Metro line, stores, restaurants and grocery stores. The room had all the utensils for basic cooking, a big comfortable bed and large shower. The hosts answered all queries within a very short time and were extremely helpful and patient.

I stayed here during the Boston Marathon and the room was exactly what I needed. It was well-equipped and everything just worked. Quick host responses were appreciated and the mattress is above average! Thank you for a great stay

comfy bed/firm (although high and somewhat hard for us to get into and out of... especially since 1 side is very near the wall); nice shower with lots of hot water; tv did 'blink' off often... a little irritating, but then came right back on; everything we needed - extra t.p., p.t., and body wash & shampoo; generally, owner seemed very accommodating, we didn't get a response to 1 text but may well have been our fault. Not the most charming neighborhood in Boston but at this good price, of course, not expected. With the locks at fence, house door and apartment door, felt very secure. Loud party 1 (Saturday) night; otherwise, quiet.

This studio did not disappoint with it's central location, just 3 short blocks away from the Red Line and buses. This unit is on a second floor and you must go up the stairs but the space and bed are clean and comfortable. The shower might be tight for some people but the water pressure is great! The street is fairly quiet at night despite there being a local nightlife. Target, pharmacies, fast food, and unique dining options are all nearby as well. I also appreciated the clear check-in instructions before arrival and I truly enjoyed my independence here. No issues with WiFi.

Well equipped and well situated studio apartment. Ken and Carrie were available for questions and replenished sheets, towels and other items over our 16 day visit. Laundry facilities were available right next door. We walked to numerous restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

My husband and I really enjoyed this apartment. It was close to the metro and was easy to access. A perfect place to stay while we were in town for the Patriots game.

The location was great! The accommodations met our needs, although a little on the small side. Heavy-set people might find it difficult.

This is a perfect little studio in a great spot in the city. It is definitely small but truly has everything you need and was so easy and comfortable to get into and out of. With the amount of things that are going on just outside of the apartment you'll barely spend any time there anyway!

This place is exactly as described and it’s so close to everything! Perfect stay for our first trip to Boston. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again next time

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft für zwei Übernachtungen gebucht. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen abgeschlossenen Hof, wobei sämtliche Türen mit Zahlenschlössern gesichert sind. Im Haus sind ca. 2-3 weitere Wohnungen, die sich aber geräuschseitig nicht bemerkbar machten. Am Zimmer selbst gab es nichts auszusetzen; seitens des Eigentümers erfolgte eine kurze aber vollständige Einweisung. Parken ist nur auf der Straße möglich. Seitens des Eigentümers wurde ein kostenloser Parking Permit zur Verfügung gestellt; jedoch ist auch damit nur das Parken über 24 h an einer Stelle erlaubt, danach muss das Fahrzeug bewegt werden. Jedoch sind durchaus Plätze in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine Wäscherei, die uns sehr gelegen kam. Die nächste Metrostation ist fußläufig binnen 4-5 Minuten erreichbar; selbiges gilt für Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The hosts were tentative in answering any questions. Had basic amenities needed for our limited time in the apartment which was great. The bed was AWESOME! The convenience of the laundry mat downstairs was a plus!

I enjoyed my recent stay in Cambridge at this property. Everything was as described, and was very clean and felt like home. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. The location was ideal for me as it was centered in Cambridge, 2 short blocks to Mass. Ave. and subway access. Communication with the owner was great as I had a couple of questions, and he responded immediately. I will stay again when back in the area.
