This was our third stay and we are already booked for future stays. The home is lovely and extremely well maintained. As repeat guests, we notice the care the host takes to keep the home in excellent condition. Over the past three years, we have observed new matrasses, new bed coverings, new hardwood floors to replace all carpet, and general attention to the overall condition of the home. This home has an excellent location within the Watersong community, which is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The home's lanai/pool overlook a protected greenbelt are which makes for a very peaceful and lovely view. Harold is an outstanding host. His communications are clear and thorough and he is extremely quick to respond. We have had only very minor reasons to call for assistance, but in both cases, he responded immediately and the issues were resolved without delay. Thank you, Harold for providing a beautiful sanctuary that makes keep coming for more!

Property was clean, pool was great beds were all super comfy, management company was easy to contact and helped with a few things we had come up. Neighborhood was gated and safe and super nice looking

We rented this house during Christmas break. It’s located in an area that is a little removed from the madness of Disney but still only about a half hour away. It was an excellent set-up for me, my adult children, and grandchildren. Everyone got their own bedrooms and bathrooms, the gathering space was large enough for all of us, and the pool/hot tub was nice. We did have an issue with the dishwasher and Harold had someone there the next day to look at it. In fact, all communication with Harold was prompt. I never waited more than a couple hours for a response. That was much appreciated. The only negative thing I have to say about the place is that I thought the cost of pool heat was too high. I heat my own, much larger pool in Michigan so know the cost. They charge $40/day. $40 would heat my pool at home for a week or more. I did discuss it with Harold and he gave me an explanation but I still think it’s too high.

The house was as stated online and beautiful. Beds were very comfy and house was immaculate. Contact with host was extremely professional and quick to respond.

Wife and i took the kids and grandkids to Disney. Total of 11 of us. House was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, bedrooms set up perfectly for our group. We were able to get up and out early everyday even with all the girls on the trip. Every couple had their own bathroom, which is key!! Property owner answered any and every questions via email almost immediately anytime i needed. House is a very short walk to the clubhouse with an enormous pool which we used one day. Not another person anywhere, we had the whole place to ourselves. Awesome place, close to the parks and grocery store as well. Would stay again 100%

We had a great stay at this house, very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again, the pool was our favorite part it was refreshing after a long hot day at the amusement parks.

The house was clean and in a great location. We had everything we needed, it was only a minor issue with the game room. Overall I would recommend and stay again if available.

The club house was nice and the volleyball area was so nice

We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a pleasure just to get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax. It was very quiet and peaceful The host communicated with me very well. I only have 2 negatives which are minor. The ice maker wasn't working and there needs to be some type of mat in the tub so you won't slip in the tub. All in all it was a fantastic trip. Will definitely do business with the same host again

Firstly I’d like to say that Communication with Harold is prompt and helpful. The Villa is very nice just like the pictures. We stayed here for 2 weeks. The kitchen is very well Equipped and the beds were comfy. There were a few issues such as the ice and water dispenser doesn’t work, and although we reported this on the 2 day it never got fixed, Also one of the beds upstairs is broken you lie on it and the headboard side collapses. My Son in law had to try and fix it. The mesh around the pool area has some holes in it and we was inundated with Flies every day, u cannot sit outside and eat as they land on your food. This was very Annoying. We also had cockroaches by the pool and inside the house. We reported this to Harold and on the day before we left they came to treat the hse. So a few issues, but in my opinion Harold the owner is very happy to help you with any problems, I believe the Management company does not do him justice as the people who did come to the villa were not very professional and didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Overall it’s a lovely Villa and we had a good time. I would stay again if the Mesh was fixed outside to stop the flies.

We stayed here with our 2 boys, and 2 other families who also had children. And this house was absolutely perfect for us! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The house was beautiful and so clean! The pool was amazing! The gate around the pool was perfect since we had 2 kids under 2 so it made it much easier to watch them. Harold was great! Answered all my questions very quickly! Even months before our trip when I had questions! He was so helpful and made sure everything went smoothly! I have zero complaints about this house and our stay! We even got to end our trip with our last day in the pool and 3 cranes looking for food right outside the pool and a plane writing in the sky! It was just perfect!

We recently stayed here as a family of three generations and therefore needed a good amount of space and this villa provided that. The villa is spacious, private and beautiful to look at but is showing signs of tiredness and in need of some TLC and modernisation. The carpets in particular need replacing. The check in process was excellent and we liked the idea of being keyless. The pool area is lovely and we enjoyed the conservation views and the herons that walked past every day. The community was tidy, well presented and felt very safe. There are some inconsiderate neighbours who play loud music until late, the gate house refused to help. The club house and pool is great. Harold responded very quickly with any messages and queries which we were grateful for. We have stayed at Watersong before and love the community itself but wouldn’t stay there again due to the sheer amount of traffic in the area which means that it takes well in excess of a hour each way to the theme parks which is unfortunate.

The property was clean and just as described. The location and villa amenities were awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot

It was a great property. The place was very clean and safe. I will recommend the house to others. Very happy with my decision.

Communication with Harold and the OVRS Management group were excellent. The property is well located within the neighborhood and close enough for us to enjoy the attractions and access the airport. The Davenport area continues to develop as we return to the area each year. A few maintenance items that Harold said are being addressed will make this property even better than it already is. This house was perfect for our family and a big bang for our buck! Everyone had their private space, including washrooms. The pool and hot tub was fantastic! Glad I read the previous reviews as I was better prepared.

Enjoyed our stay after we got over the problem of parking. Not sure if the owner was aware or not but we were limited to the two parking spaces in front of the house. The assistant property manager informed us that no overnight parking was allowed at either of the front lots which we were told did not belong to the development or at the club house. After talking to residents that live there year round this was a new policy. The carpets were stained and need cleaning. The ice maker did not work and appeared not to be functioning from the previous guesses because the same ice we purchased from Publix's was in the ice maker. Game room not worth using, the air hockey table not working, pool table had hole in one of the middle pockets, so the ball ends up on the floor. We never used the room because the garage gets hot, and the door is locked shut so no air movement is possible. Better to use the club house facilities which were very nice. The beds are comfortable and the pool area is nice. plenty of room if you can live with only two parking spaces

We were in a convenient location and the property was perfect for family or friends to get together and enjoy. It was very clean and spacious. Great communication with the owner Harold. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. We paid to heat the pool so that was enjoyable. BBQ grill was pretty dirty so we didn't use it. The home was spacious and clean, but needs some tlc such as new carpet, new towels, bed linens. Harold was receptive, however management company never responded to our one request.

Had a great experience

I will start with what we appreciated about the property. -Spacious House -Bathroom on most rooms -Property management responsiveness What we did not appreciate about the property. The house is very worn/dirty. The carpet is stained on just about every inch. The walls are very banged up and paint is mismatched throughout. We had very worn/dirty bedding. Towels were very worn. The sink was partially detached. The fridge water constantly stopped working. The pool area was dirty with gobs of hair around. And even though you pay a daily pool heat fee, the pool will only be heated if it is above a certain temperature outside. We will say that the property owner tried to make some fixes. These included some new sheets, maintenance came and cleaned the pool, tried to fix the fridge water, and fixed the sink. Our overall stay at the property was just not what we had expected. The pictures in the listing just are not accurate with the current state of the house. While we understand some cosmetics of the house can change, like bedding/decor/furniture, they should still be comparable to the photos listed. That is after all why we decided to rent this “luxury property”. But, beyond that, the house is in need of a lot of TLC. We understand that some of this damage could have occurred recently, but upon arriving (the next day due to late arrival) I contacted the owner and made all of these concerns aware and that we did not want to stay at the property. Of course, we had no choice without receiving funds back which did not happen.This has been a family trip planned for a very long time, we traveled from Alaska and to not arrive to what we thought was disappointing to us.

This house was very spacious and the pool area was nice. The grandkids loved having our own pool.

5 female adults all provided this input. We all love staying in same house but enjoy having our own bedroom and bathroom and this place provided that. Cons: 1. First adult female to arrive alone found the alarm not set, vacuum cleaner left out in middle of kitchen, all 7 tvs were on, toaster upside down on island kitchen which seemed like cleaning crew left unexpectedly or that someone was still in the house 2. No extra roll of toilet paper was provided and some bathrooms didn’t even have a new roll. One toilet seat found with black stuff still on it 3. Second day there we noticed hot tub was not heating up and reported it. Management team came out a day later and just looked at thermostat when we were not there and said everything was fine. Had to call again and it was finally fixed on our 5th day. This was a let down as paying extra for the heat and wanting to enjoy the hot tub daily is a big deal for all of us women. No rebate was provided, only a discount if we return 4. A lot of the garage games are broken or missing pieces. Pool balls fall out of holes and directly to the ground, no net or ping pong balls are just a couple examples 5. Only one thin kitchen garbage bag provided and one dishwasher and laundry pod 6. Carpet upstairs is stained and should be replaced with flooring PROS: 1. Harold responded very quickly 2. Location is about 30-40 mins to everything if traffic is moderate 3. Nice neighborhood with a nice backyard view 4. Hot tub was great once it was fixed 5. Check in was easy 6. Pool towels were provided 7. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool as well as 2 tables and 8 chairs 9. We had enough dishes, glasses and pots and pans 10. Pool was perfect

House was just as described and pictured. Problem was management co. It took four phone calls to hook up to Wi-Fi. Early Wed morning the group tv began sparking. We unplugged it and called management co immediately. We NEVER heard back from them. On Thurs we realized water was coming in on that tv wall and had probably shorted it out. I then texted the owner to tell him what was happening. He told me to expect maintenance that day. No one ever showed up! We spent two days inside bc of hurricane and could not watch tv as a group.

Florida was a happy place and the accommodations were good very clean and close to everything we needed.
