A spacious and comfortable NEW condo that was perfect for our group. A great location - quiet and convenient. Secure building. I wish we had more time to spend there.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay on the Sun Valley area. We skied, shopped, visited with friends and frequented many restaurants. The Condo home was an excellent location in the center of Ketchum so we walked everywhere with ease or hopped on the free bus system to get to & from the hill. The condo is nearly new, lots of natural light, and with a group of women three bathrooms with 5 sinks were really nice. We will stay there again!

This property was perfectly located and the interior was even better than the pictures. Sleeps 6 comfortably, and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to SV.

We stayed here for a long weekend in February. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere in town - to get groceries, grab dinner, enjoy a drink or visit the shops. Matt was super easy to work with and the condo is beautiful. Comfy beds, nicely appointed bathrooms and a wonderful open kitchen/dining/living room space with floor to ceiling windows in the dining room. So many windows with views of the mountains! The deck was covered and had a lovely outdoor fireplace with lots of comfy seating. The kitchen had everything we could ever need, including spices, olive oil, etc. and we used the fireplace in the living room daily. Would highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Perfect downtown location—we walked everywhere! The views are spectacular and the deck was perfect in the afternoon sun. My only feedback is that there was no hand soap anywhere to be found. We ended buying some from the grocery store so we could wash our hands! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at this condo! We've been coming to Ketchum for 20 years and have finally found our go-to condo. The views were amazing and location can't be beat. You're walking distance from all the restaurants and shops in Ketchum. Highly recommend.

It’s a well designed, beautiful space with walking access to town and short drives to skiing/hiking. We appreciate the light in there & the views. Matt, the property manager, is awesome and very responsive. We love our visits there.

Views in 3 directions including a spectacular vista of Bald Mountain along the length of the condo. One block from Main Street. Some of the top eateries in Ketchum less than a block away. Very good layout inside the condo.Matt is very helpful and responsive.

Fabulous property, very comfortable for all six of us. Great location! Walking distance to bike trails, restaurants, bars, and shopping.

My husband and I enjoyed a 5-night getaway in Ketchum/SV, and this beautiful condo served as the perfect jumping off spot for all of the activities this great little mountain town has to offer. Matt was super friendly, responsive and easy to deal with! This condo features a mountain/contemporary style with huge views of the mountains/hills to the west, large windows with pano views and an easy walk to all of downtown Ketchum. The entire building is a true gem on this corner lot. Thanks Matt, for a great visit to this special little town.

the other reviews cover all the highlights, but I wish to take a moment to echo them... this is a really spectacular property in an equally spectacular location.

This is the perfect condo for someone who wants to stay in town and walk everywhere (restaurants, galleries, shopping and to the ski bus). Nicely designed and appointed with great views of baldy.

The condo is the perfect place for a ski weekend with family and friends. It is beautiful with very high end finishes. The views of the mountains are amazing and the covered patio provides a fun outdoor gathering place. We greatly enjoyed our time there and will stay there again whenever we can.

We loved the location, walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and shops! The minute we walked in we felt at home. The view was beautiful and the condo was nicely furnished. Looking forward to our next visit!
