While we vacationed on Kauai for 12 days, we were exploring the island from one side to another. With a short walk we didn’t miss one sunrise or sunset. This home has everything you could need while vacationing in Hawaii. It’s fully equipped with beach needs, Chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment and children sand toys. The way the lanai is set up is perfect with four different seating areas. The interior pictures of the home don’t do it justice, its perfect and filled with beautiful art work and very comfy furniture. The only down side was the exterior pictures are old and the hedge that separates this home and neighbor is mostly gone, and its on the pool side. That house is also a rental and the guest while we were there didn’t realize the outside light shines right on our patio and you really don’t get to see the stars on this side of the home or want to sit on this side of the house. Something we got use to. Each and every time I contacted Chad his response was very quick. The cleaning crew did a great job. We hope this will be available once again for our family. Mahalo

The house was even better than expected. The lanai and views are beautiful. The AC was a treat. The leftover spices etc were appreciated

Our stay in Poipu was wonderful and the house was awesome. Had everything we were looking for - location, size and the pool was great! We would definitely stay here again! Chad was also great. Extremely personable and his communication was prompt and professional.

Our family had a great vacation. The home was perfect, clean, and close to local amenities. The beaches were a short walk away from the home. We will definitely be returning someday.

Place was great, comfortable, close to shops, restaurants, grocery store but not easy to get to the beach as indicated in description. Mostly used pool on property

House was close to the beach, restaurants, walking paths, turtles and a lot more. The house had EVERYTHING we needed for 6 adults for a week’s vacation & beach gear. Would definitely book this home again!!!

Property was in a great location. Easy to get to restaurants, golf, beaches and other activities.

This property is perfect for families or large groups. The kitchen was well equipped and the knives were actually sharp! We appreciated all the extras—beach items/toys/coolers/umbrellas/towels/sunscreen and also pool toys games and books. Perfect location in Poipu and the wraparound lanai is absolutely amazing. Clayton and team were so accommodating and we couldn’t be more pleased. Will recommend to friends and we will return!

Great location! The house sits on a lot that is quiet and peaceful, but it’s just minutes away to restaurants, beaches and stores! Layout of the house is nice. We had two teens and a preschooler and there was plenty of room to spread out, but still enjoy “togetherness”. One of the days we stayed, the area had heavy rainfalls and thunderstorms. The house was perfect for enjoying the storm on the patio and the next day when it cleared off we all enjoyed the pool. Really an ideal house for a family!

Great family vacation! Lots of extra amenities made our stay really enjoyable. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella available to grab as we headed out. Lots of beach towels! Kitchen had lots of condiments and spices. Would definitely stay again.

The house was clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great you walk across the street behind Hilton property to see an amazing sunrise everyday, walk down street to right to watch a sunset nightly. Close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice and so quiet I'm still missing the quiet relaxing vibe. The house was big more than enough room for a family to spread out. I love the beach gear in garage used it everyday. I will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The beds were comfy, bbq was nice, having our own pool was the best! It was a comfortable house and a good location. One of our party is a runner and she really enjoyed her daily runs in the neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property again.

This home was perfect for our family of 5. We walked to the beach, swam in the pool and cooked a lot of our meals. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is the second time we stayed at this house. My family loves it here and doesn’t want to stay anywhere else. The house has everything you need and more. Chad the property manger is great and accommodating. Thank you Chad see you next year.
