very nice and freshly renovatet Hotel. Superb and nice room with a fantastic bathroom. I slept very well in a real comfortable big bed. The room and even the entire Hotel was very clean and the owner is super freindly and he gave some very helpful information about the entire region.

Very nice place. Very nice, stylish room with seating outside (you share the outside space with others). The whole place is very nice, quiet, boutique style and size (only few rooms), very nice pool area. If you come with your dog, the dog can go almost everywhere on leash. Breakfast was excellent with very wide selection. The location is good, but the beach is far if you wanted to walk there. However, you can rent a bike.

The double room is a bit small for family of 3 (2adults + 6years old) for longer stay.

Location, surroundings, excess of mosquitoes: we killed approx 20 in one night! Although not the staff's fault but for that price I would expect to get the conditions for a good night sleep

It is a pretty new place, very clean. Very good beds and nice and clean bathroom. It seemed that everything was made of expensive material.

The prize did not match the location, as it was on a flat mark in the Marche region wedged between 2 noisy motorways and a trainline. There was no atmosphere, despite the obvious efforts to compensate with a clean garden and some smaller trees. The pool was of a fair size, but again the whole garden looked quite naked. All credit to the hosts, who tried to compensate with friendliness and attention. We were looking forward to a spa resort but were quite disappointet. The word 'spa resort' is clearly an overstatement and the admission fee of 45 € per person for 2 hours use of sauna, jaccuzi and 3x2 meter pool is again totally overprized. Sorry, but the name of the place is not justified in my view.

Pool is really nice and premises is taken care of really well.

The hotel is very small, so it feels like a lot of people are crammed together. The surrounding area is not that beautiful, with a high flat right around the corner. You have to go to the park to get into the nicer area. In hindsight the beaches were not for us.
