Loved the apartment, the ease of access, the neighbourhood and the proximity to the city. Communication was excellent and the owners replied to all my messages straight away. The apartment was big with all the amenities and a spacious bathroom and a comfy double bed.

Great apartment with all necessities and comforts, clean, recently renovated, beautifully furnished. The area is lovely, around 20 min walking to the central areas, and parking in the streets is free. We had everything needed for cooking as well, and there are supermarkets at 3 min from there. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever back in Seville.

Very clean and well decorated apartment. Comfortable bed. Good shower and everything you need in the kitchen. Well placed for walking to the centre to see the main sights. Rosa was very helpful.

Parking is a bit hit and miss as it is a busy street.

We really loved the apartment. Host was really nice, helped us with a issue outside the apartment situation. Location was great, 20 minutes by foot from centar of the old city. The neighbourhood was so comfy, lots of small places with tapas and drinks, and welcoming people. Would recommend it definitely!!

Close to city centre, but not actually within it (so a lot cheaper!). Area seemed safe, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is on a fairly busy road and there is some road noise even at night.

The apartment was very clean and organized. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Logical layout giving an impression of spaciousness with the high ceiling. Location was perfect for us, 26 min walk to centre, also being in a local community rather than a tourist area was great.

The apartment was modern, well decorated and absolutely spotless. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in seville. Rosa and Juan Pedro were great hosts and would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous modern flat, spacious and airy. The host was very friendly and helpful. The pictures don't do the flat justice, it's been recently rennovated to a stunning modern standard, integrated into an older, beautiful building. The location is not central, but for us that was a benefit. It was quieter and more spacious, and was in a local area where the food and drinks were a lot cheaper. It's only 20-25 minutes' walk to most of the attractions in town, so not at all inconvenient.

It was beautiful time in sevilla. The apartment was clean,clean and clean! We were with little baby and it was very easy to organised our time in Sevilla. Rosa is a great houst! If we come again in sevilla we come in the same place.

It's a superb place! Great location, the host was really nice (helped us a lot with navigation around the city, advanced lots of good places around to eat or have a drink, and of course what it's better to see and when in the city), the room itself is modern, clean, spare, better than just good, bathroom is also super ok. You will have even more you want or expected to have in this place. And you will definitely enjoy it.

It was clean and the person inviting us in was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and warm. The TV had the option to change languages (Original language). We could make the room completely dark, helps with long sleeping.

We could hear the street loud and our direct neighbor was slamming the doors. The room is not sound isolated nor warm. The kitchen didn't have any nutritional amenities, which doesn't invite to cook in this place. No oven just microwave.
