The kitchen and living room are very nice and modern. They were equipped with everything you could need. Great and spacious shower, everything was clean. The location by the lake was very nice with beautiful sunsets. You have your own free parking behind the chalets.

You have pay for bed linen. I do not understand why is not the price included in the over all cost for the accomodation. It does not help the fact that, pillows, blankets and beds in general were really small and uncomfortable. The bedrooms were also consederably small.

Beautiful quiet area and very convenient

The view over the canal. That we had an issue, called someone and then someone came and fixed the issue.

The cold. Central heating first did not work but had to be turned on by someone working there. The radiator in the bedroom was seemingly broken so the nights were very cold. I got sick, which might have been due to the cold or something else tbh. But the cold did not make the nights easier when already struggling with sickness. The noise. The parc is next to the highway, easy to reach and to get to and fro, but especially during the day there is not much quiet to be had with the constant stream of cars passing by. After heating got turned on, we couldn't really use it at night because the radiators made so much noise that we couldn't sleep. The kitchen was usable but I don't understand why it was not equipped with some salt and/or pepper. Using small sample packets of soap for everything instead of just having a soap dispenser ready seems environmentally unsound.

Excellent location and accommodation

Accommodation definitely had not been cleaned. Several windows had bird mess on them which spoilt the view, the shower couldn’t be used for long because the water would not drain away and so would flood the bathroom, the large living room clock had no battery in it and the ceilings had not been cleaned of cobwebs because there were trapped flies everywhere. Also, we had to Google how to use the extremely complicated mini oven/microwave unit that we don’t have in the uk - there should be instructions on its use. Adverts also suggest that you are going to be by the water however there are three rows of apartments around the edge of the water - needs to be made clear how close you will actually be. Hope these points help - we didn’t raise these issues on our break because we spent most of our time outside so we found ways round them rather than waste our time complaining or having to move apartment. We hope to return next year with our children this time!

Our house was NOT on the beach. - there's little to no ventilation, so we had to leave the windows open during the whole stay. And there's a lot of insects and noise from the outside. - TV barely worked, and over half the channels are in German? - terrible terrible beds. Slept on the couch instead. - the nearby beach has dirty murky water. You have to walk at least 15 minutes for a good swim.

Lovely location, comfy sofa and outdoor setting. Staff were lovely.

Tiny bedrooms, tiny shower. Also, they only provided a single sheet set for a double bed (actually two beds pushed together), and the provided towels and sheets were scratchy and awful.

It was very clean quiet and relaxing just what you need for a rest

super located right at the seafront, clean nice intereur-short ways and parking lot was close to the house. Friendly staff and it was really peaceful and Quiet.

wish the properties were a little more private, fences around would be nice, the seashell gravel was very sharp on feet, new logo would be great.

The location was perfect very close to other main cities like Utrecht and Amsterdam .We stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin by the beach. We loved the sunsets, very quiet, very clean.

The third one was very small for 2 people. Every morning there was a fight.

Room fully equipped. Direct access to the lake and the sand beach. Quite zone. Neighbors are also paying attention to quietness. Staff welcoming and doing their best to help. Excellent stay.

I don't have anything to complain except maybe in hot temperature, there is no airco. Which means the rooms get warm pretty quickly. Also, there should be a net at the windows, to prevent mosquitos and fly from entering...

The bathroom was really small but manageable

The view is great and the bungalows are nice.

Loads of dust under the beds and dishes and dishwasher were nasty. The restaurant was closed unexpectedly so there was way to grab a bite to eat at the property. The front desk service is outdated in the way that you have to pay a deposit for the key but the front desk is only open between 8 am and 5 pm. We wanted to check out in the evening but there was now way to drop off the keys so we had to return the next day just the return the keys.

Our house it was not clean. I had to request from them to clean the toilet, and I found a sock in my bed, that was really disappointing and disgusting. The pillow are not great, we had to take 2 from the second room to try to make 1 good pillow. They almost had no fill. The covers had bloodstains. We had the feeling they gave us the house exactly how the previous people left it.

The location is great. We could enjoy the beach and the walk in the nature nearby.

Each cottages are very closed each other so we do not have much privacy. In order to secure it, we will be happy if they can provide the curtains all the rooms including the kitchen and the front door. And the front door of number 28 is a bit broken so it was not easy to open and close.
