We stayed in this home for 4 nights and loved it. The apartment was extremely clean and so cute. Beds were comfortable and Ruth was very helpful with directions in to town, information on busses to NY City and everything in between. Any questions I had were quickly answered via text and she made suggestions as to the cheapest way to travel to different areas. The “chicken busses” picked us up right out in front of the apartment every time. The drivers see you walking to the bus stop and just pull over and pick you up, it was great! The bus ride want more than 20 minutes over to New York City. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was convenient to get to. The apartment was clear and comfortable. There were a few small things that could be fixed. The lamps in the living room did not work. The back yard could of been more presentable in case someone wanted to use it. Thank you.

Ruth is a WONDERFUL host! The apartment is so cute and very well maintained. The location is perfect to New York City. The buses practically pick you up right at the front door, and run every five minutes to take you to the city. Ruth set up transportation for us to and from the airport, and made everything so easy. Directions on how to use the transportation into New York City, restaurant ideas, etc.... were all provided by Ruth. We had an amazing time!! Thank you so much Ruth! I have already recommended you to several friends back home.

Very roomy and comfortable apartment/condo. Nicely updated. Only 2 small complaints. Curb appeal is not great and we were just a little apprehensive until we opened the door and found a delightful little dwelling. The second is a curious sewer or other drainage noise that seemed to come and go at all hours. Finally got used to it but it was unusual. Renovating the backyard would be appealing during times when the weather would allow. Also, very convenient to bus lines into the city. Super easy public transpo!

The apartment is spacious and close to manhattan. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms - - it was perfect for our stay!

This apartment was a bit better than described because of the attention to details. It is in a very convenient location-easy and quick travel to NYC and other cool places. The owner provides you with very helpful tips on where to go and how to get there. The apartment itself is clean and cute. I loved that they give you a code you can remember so there is no key. The beds are comfortable too. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

This was a wonderful apartment, close to stores and places to eat. The bus was available for rides to and from NYC. The place was very clean and had all the conveniences of home.

Rental was great! The pictures are a true representation of the layout and accomodations. Ruth was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The shuttle to/from NYC was right outside the apartment. I will definitely stay here on my next trip!

Wonderful apartment! Very clean, updated decor, and excellent location (10 minute bus ride which picks you up just steps from the apartment and takes you directly to port authority). Ruth was very accommodating answering all of our questions and giving great suggestions, she even had the fridge stocked, and body soap/shampoo/conditioner there and ready for our use. Will definitely use again on all of our trips to NYC!!!!

I would come back without hesitation, apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped.Shuttle to Port Bus Terminal was simple, cheap and fast. Coming back was just as easy (just 2 blocks from Times Square). Plenty of options nearby for groceries and restaurants. Ruth was always around and very helpful. We had parking right in front of the building.

PROPERTY: The listing description was 100% accurate. Everything was as beautiful (or more) than the photos, well kept (fresh and clean), and and the location was a stone's throw from Port Authority/Times Square. The interior was all quite new and the memory foam mattresses were heaven to sleep on. There were 7-8 of us (mainly females!) and we never had a problem having to share one bathroom (which is quite roomy, by the way). Ruth, our host, apparently does all of the interior decorating, a true reflection of her vibrant personality. HOST: Ruth was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! There are not enough words. She is organized, an excellent communicator, accommodating, and on top of every detail. (We noticed that our hair dryer was not to be found in the apartment...one call to Ruth and she had a new dryer delivered to our door in no time.) We had all of the amenities we needed and more. Ruth even arranged our airport transport on both ends of our stay and these experiences went without a hitch. Manny, our driver, was THE BEST! Like Ruth, he is friendly, helpful, and fun--we already miss his company! OUR FAVORITES: Catching the "chicken busses" into the city (an uncommonly entertaining experience for Californians), visiting Hoboken (coffee at bwe cafe and walking along the river at Frank Sinatra Drive), walking the High Line in Lower West Village (NYC), riding rented bikes through Central Park, riding the Water Taxi from Manhattan's West Side over to Brooklyn (Dumbo) and then walking westward (city views) across the Brooklyn Bridge, seeing the National September 11 Memorial, watching traditional Chinese singers, dancers, and Chinese Chess players in Columbus Park on a Saturday, eating a romantic dinner in Little Italy, experiencing EATALY, riding the subways everywhere on the Metro Pass, and, of course, walking! Oh, and the coffee at Gregory's (several NYC locations) is the BEST! We had full days and always looked forward to coming "home" to relax in our own comfy and clean place. The large jacuzzi tub made it all the more wonderful. It was great to be able to stay all together and to have a nice kitchen. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY! WE ENJOYED EVERY DETAIL. :-)

We were a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) and we loved our stay in the apartment. It was as described. Ruth was very welcoming, always available and ready to give us little tips to visit Manhattan and the area around the apartment. The apartment was clean and neat. It has everything you need.The fridge even had everything we needed after our 7h flight. I would highly recommend this rental. Thanks again to Ruth Antoine
