We have been guests in this house several times now. Also this time everything was to the fullest satisfaction. Also, the host is a very accommodating and helpful. We will be back again!

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) had a great stay when coming to the area for our vacation. The place was clean, tidy and felt right at home. Zion National Park was less than 30 minutes away and a direct shot from La Verkin.

Property was awesome. Better than advertised. Clean and provisioned. We have been visiting the area for the last ten years and LaVerkin was a great location for Zion, Kolob Terance, Cedar Breaks and the lakes west of Hurricane. Jed was great with prompt, helpful communications.

This was a beautiful and comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook our meals.

The family next door let us come over and hold their baby goats. It was the highlight of the trip for the kids.

Everything was as expected and as described. Very clean and new.

Everything was well done and the kitchen was well stocked. I wish the wood stove was still installed however the heating system did a great job. Perhaps a gas bbq would be a great addition. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house.

My boyfriend and I stayed here along with a couple friends while visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. The home was perfect and fit our needs. I loved the beautiful view out the kitchen window!

This house was the perfect set up for our family trip. The house is cozy, perfect location, and had everything we needed. Will for sure stay here again!

The property lists a pretty modest total square feet. It is really well designed, because it feels like it is a lot bigger. All of the rooms are very spacious. As a bonus there is a pecan tree out back. During the right time of year you get a supply of fresh from the tree pecans! My one complaint has to do with the kitchen. The knives are dreadful. There is no sharpening stone or steal, so they barely cut. Other than that, the place is terrific. The owner's communication and responsiveness are second to none. Overall a great place to stay.

It was close to Zions and the community pool that my kids had a blast in. The house was clean and beds comfortable. Would recommend 100% and will book again the next time we come!

Tidy spacious 3 bedroom close to Zion with all the amenities of home. We our extra long weekend stay in La Verkin that was in close proximity to my scheduled race on Gooseberry Mesa and gave us plenty of time to explore Zion NP, too. This sweet little home is in a quite neighborhood not far of the main highway. There is trail access to the La Verkin Monument just down the street and our local favorite cafe, River Rock Roasting is right across the way. So much to do and see in the area and I would highly suggest making this your jumping off point for adventures. Communication with the owners was great and the house rule were well spelled out and identified. Bonus: the neighbors had a few baby pygmy goats for entertainment out back!

This house was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Very clean and the bulletin board in the family room and the binder on the kitchen table had useful instructions.

I couldn't enough nice things about the owner of this property. He was so kind and good to with with. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the location is great if you are trying to do things in St George as well as go to Zions. Very peaceful location.

We had a great stay at this property for our trip to Zion National Park.

The house has everything your could need. There were lots of extra items (like plenty of spare pillows, blankets, charcoal, lighter fluid, laundry amenities, etc.). The refrigerator and cabinets were stocked with lots of goodies from previous travelers with a "take some, leave some" approach, that works well. The appliances are upgraded and modern and the combo Keurig coffee pot and individual pod brewer combo was awesome! They beds are comfy and nice. The location is right down the street from the Zion road and a major grocery store. The yard is well taken care of and very nice. We had a great time and would return for future trips. Thank you so much for everything!

This is a very clean house with beautiful yard. Its kitchen has good quality kitchenware and ample supplies to normal family cooking's need. And most equipments are pretty new. View is very good too (can see cows and horses directly from kitchen and dining windows). Neighborhood is safe and elegant. Owner is very responsible. We are very satisfied. Thanks!

We came to visit Zion and it was the perfect location. It had so many cute spots for coffee and food on our way into the park. The park was only a 30 min drive. The house was spacious and comfortable. The backyard was so charming and had a beautiful view of the sunset. We were definitely happy with our stay!

Great location. Got into Zion and Bryce. Enjoyed the local hikes as well. Loved watching the goats, cows and chickens with our morning coffee on the back patio. Thank you so much for everything!

Good location to access mountain biking, ATV, Zions NP, and other attractions. It has a country atmosphere and attached garage to put the toys. If you want the total farm experience, close to restaurants, hiking trails and outdoors, this is the place. Pick up the pecans from 4 trees.

The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted adequately for all of our holiday meals and other meal prep. We enjoyed the use of the fireplace each evening after drives through Zion NP and especially all day Christmas Day while we shared family time. The neighbors do have chickens that came into the yard and the roosters challenged us to not sleep late. Besides the chickens, we enjoyed bird watching with several varieties visiting the pecan trees in the yard. Beyond the property, La Verkin and neighboring Toquerville provide excellent Christmas light viewing opportunities. We did not take advantage of the notes provide by the owners for local recommendations mostly because we already had planned activities and wanted to limit our time in public establishments this year. In short, this property was a comfortable gathering point providing for all our needs while enjoying a Christmas with family and taking in the natural beauty of the region.

The property is in a great location if you're looking to do many of the classic bike rides in the area. House worked great for a group of guys, and it was clean, but its a bit dated so I'm not its the place I'd take the wife. Garage was great to have for the expensive bikes. A gas barbeque would have been handy.
