Convenient location to Parris Island for our sons bootcamp graduation. Food Lion and restaurants close too. We walked to the waterfront for shopping and lunch. I was impressed with the house amenities especially the kitchen. The TV cable was lacking with no way to log into Netflix etc but didn’t deter from a great week.

It was a perfect location and great house for family and friends. The open living area was so comfortable and great for socializing and having meals together. Beds were VERY comfortable. The only downside was that the dishwasher wasn’t working and the management company was not proactive at all in getting it fixed. Arrived on Friday afternoon, called Saturday and didn’t get it fixed until Thursday evening when we were getting ready to leave. We had to keep following up with them instead of they following up with us. I

We chose this location for its location and its screened-in back porch. Both were great--but we enjoyed the comfy front porch more! We walked everywhere--hardly using our car for a week. The house has everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped, and the decor lovely! Every morning began with a walk to the waterfront, stopping for coffee along the way, and sitting in the swings to watch the boats! We wish we had discovered Magnolia Bakery Cafe earlier for breakfast or lunch; though not in the waterfront part, it is a very close walk with good food and great service and outside seating with a view of water.

Great location and owner provided everything one would need to enjoy their stay. Would definitely stay here again. Beds very comfortable.

My family stayed at this lovely home for a few days while visiting family in the area. We enjoyed the updated home and the comfy beds. The nice walk to the water front and shops was very pleasant. We'd definitely stay here again.

This house is very nice. It fit our needs completely ❤️. Short distance from downtown shops and short trip to lots of restaurants and drive throughs.

I was very pleased with this home. Perfect for our family as we attended Marine Corps graduation in Paris’s Island. The house layout was perfect with a large open plan where we could cook, play games and hang out as a family. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and eat. House was clean and provided all we needed. The furniture and decor was very good. Super easy check in and out. Street parking was easy, no issues finding space at the house. Short walk to downtown to enjoy shopping, restaurants and waterfront park.

Great home in a great location

This home was extremely clean and a great location. Linens and towels were clean as well. Home supplied dishwasher soap and detergent which was fantastic. Would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Renting was easy and the stay was excellent. I would recommend travelers to check out this B&B. I really did love it.

We stay in Beaufort a lot. This is the first time we rented a house and we picked a winner!!! Great location, awesome communication. The house is beautiful. We went shopping the first day and felt like we were home. A couple of mornings we sat out front with our mimosas and waved as the horse drawn carriages came from the stable for the day. Truly a wonderful time. Can’t wait to stay again!

I had never been to Beaufort so finding a place to stay was a shot in the dark. Fortunately for me (and my family) I found 901 Charles! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. The house is a cozy little home away from home. We walked to most places (except when we drove to Port Royale (we needed some beach time). This was definitely the right place to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday! I would stay here again and again. Thank you!

Beaufort had been our home away from home for about 27 years until my father in law got sick and had to move to WV. I hadn’t been in Beaufort since 2016 and renting this house made it feel like we were coming home again. It’s in a great location, only a few blocks from Bay Street. The house was super clean and decorated very nicely. We felt at home as soon as we walked in.

We stayed in the Old Commons property with two other couples. The house was very clean and had been very tastefully updated. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. The house was within walking distance of town. On street parking was a little awkward , but worked out ok.

This was a perfect house for a family weekend trip with adult children. Good location, very clean and the kitchen is well equipped.

The house is very nicely decorated and roomy. My husband and I stayed during the Christmas holidays...there was plenty of room for family to stop by and eat with us or spend a little time. The 3 queen beds are very comfortable. The location is great as we were able to walk to town easily.We would definitely stay here again.

Love the open concept kitchen. The layout worked well for our group of three (husband, teenage daughter, and me). Very clean! Nicely updated and decorated.

This home has a great open floor plan. Great for conversation, cooking and relaxing. Was a close walk to downtown. Only negative as other reviews stated was lack of extra parking and maybe have extra washcloths/towels. But, overall it’s a lovely updated home.

We loved out stay. The home has been renovated and looks modern with granite counters, cool grey tone paint, stainless steel appliances and subway tile. Everything was fresh and new and cozy. The home was neat and clean and had everything you would need. We were right in the heart of historic district. Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at the The Old Commons over Labor Day weekend. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We did have one challenge during our stay. The hosts informed us that there would be one set of towels per guests; however a couple sets of towels were stained. When we went to wash them in the washer, there was no washing detergent available. Small detail; overall the stay was great.

The property was very nice, close to town, and provided incidentals as described on the website. Easy access checking in, as it was dark and after hours when my family got there. Beautiful place and location.

Truly a great location. Plenty of street parking, very quiet and lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Flat, nicely updated house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Highly recommended, loved this place!
