This is a great property for proximity to the ocean. Easy to get in and out. Property was nice and appliances/kitchen were great. Worked well for our purposes.

This was the second time we stayed in this unit and it is still our favorite! We have been visiting Perdido Key for 11 years and have spent the last 2 summers in this unit! Perfect spot; convenient to great restaurants and the Surfside Shop across the street. The condo has all the amenities and enough for our family! Definitely booking again!

This was our first time staying in the East building, we have stayed in the West building over a dozen times in 12 years. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect for our family. Our only complaint is the TV's. The TV's were so small for the sizes of rooms. They were also very dated with cable as the only option. With rainy days and teenagers, a Smart TV would have been suitable to stream our shows. We would definitely stay again!

Bachelorette Get-A-Way..
Was a great bacholoette weekend for my daughter and her friends. Being the mom in charge, I made sure the girls had a great time without getting too crazy😉. FloraBama is a quick Uber ride. Nice beach area, lots of girl-time, and made life-long memories. This was a great location was awesome owners and A+ communication 👏. Now looking to book for family trip next summer.

Amazing!!
We brought our three boys and two friends down to enjoy the beach and ocean! Our expectations were met and exceeded! Plenty of dishes for cooking in and seating for all. Would have enjoyed another couple days of water weather if the tropical storm hadn’t come in…but that’s life near the ocean I suppose!
Beds were so comfortable. And there were even a couple lingering beach chairs and toys (skim boards) for us to take advantage of!

Was a beautiful condo. Everything you need is in the condo
The only thing that was a negative for me was no regular tv in extra bedroom. They did have a DVD player.

Excellent view!!!
The property was in great condition. Very clean. Beds were excellent. Sufficient linens. Kitchen needs were met. Great washer and dryer. Plenty of common area seating. Quiet. Pleasant stay for our family. We loved it.

We had a great week stay! The condo was wonderful And pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful. We cooked at the condo every night and always had everything we needed! Well, crab crackers! But that was an easy fix!
There was a crockpot, blender, vacuum, decent pots and pans, plenty of utensils and silverware. The beds were super comfy. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The beds were comfortable and the beach crew was great.The building and condo balcony needs some TLC (walls beat up and balcony door track very dirty) and parking can be tight if you have more than 1 car. If you plan to do your own cooking, utensils are light so be prepared to bring your own. It definitely sleeps 8 but 2nd bath has no racks or hooks so not sure where owner intends bath towels to be hung. Small problem but limited small towels from mgmt company so it does create an issue.It's a nice place but not a 5-star as advertised.

Enjoyed staying in Sea Spary at Perdido Key
We really loved and enjoyed living at Sea Spary, Ocean view. Have left behind many good memories and moments and would love to go back to renew those memories and moments !!!!!!

The room was perfect, but the floors felt like they had not been swept and had sand all over them and the key hardly unlocked the door. We fought with the door more than anything.

Awesome view from balcony!
Property met all the essential needs. Comfortable and clean. We didn’t cook even once but everything was available that we would have needed. Location is great. We always enjoy finding new places to eat. Thanks for a great stay!

It was very great.
Me and some friends stayed for a week, it was very clean when we got there. a few of the drawers in the kitchen were broken when we arrived but nothing to bad. It was nice that they provided a fee items to get you started that helped a lot. Overall it was a very nice and quiet place for a vacation.

The condo was beautiful and well furnished.
We loved this property! It was a great place to spend a week on vacation. The only thing I would request is that the cleaning crew do a better job cleaning the floors. Our feet were black moments after walking in :(
