We had a set of grandparents and three families of four in the villa. All enjoyed the villa and the experience. The children played in the pool. A large set of pool toys, floats, etc were put to good use. The stairs down to the seaside were great-good for exercise with a secluded area for rest at the base. The views from the villa are fantastic with multiple outside areas to sit and read in private. The kitchen was well stocked and supplied with everything we needed to prepare meals. The villa is close to Redhook so access to St John was easy. Sapphire beach is ten minutes away. Fifteen minutes from grocery stores. Lisa, the manager, was accessible and helpful with all things. Would highly recommend this location and its management when visiting the Virgin Islands.

Peace of Mind was an excellent place to stay, would highly recommend to anyone. We had a group of 15 and we all fit just fine. Lisa was excellent to contact with any questions. The view was amazing. Anything you could want to use they had in the house.

We had just the best time in St Thomas staying at Peace of mind Villa! It is such a gorgeous house with every amenity you would need! We loved having the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and towels to use. The house is breath taking and feels like you’re in a spa right when you walk in. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space for all of our family to come together. One of our favorite things was having our tea and coffee on the pool deck looking out at the view! Lisa the property manager was also amazing helping us with any questions we had about the islands and helping us get all checked in. Overall great experience and would highly recommend booking this property!

We were a family party of 13 people ranging in age from 2-82, and the home was a perfect fit. There was room for all with enough space for all to be together and have privacy. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of sun, allowing for down days at the home overlooking paradise. Every detail was thought of, and our host was very responsive with any questions or needs. Lisa went above and beyond to help make this once in a lifetime trip with family a great success.

Our family absolutely loved the house. The view and outdoor space is absolutely amazing! It is also centrally located so to visit all the beaches, restaurants and local attractions was within 10 or 15 minutes. The property manager, Lisa, was so helpful prior to our arrival. We were able to arrange groceries, boating day, dinner reservations etc all before we got there. I would highly recommend this house.

We had the time of our lives at this property. Lisa was attentive to all of our needs. Our stay in st Thomas wouldn’t be what it was if not for this villa and Lisa. It looks even better than the pictures!! Felt like a dream. All the recommendations with a chef taxi and the grocery shopping was also very helpful! And was so great!! The house was absolutely amazing and my family loved it there. We highly recommend booking!

Ok. Don’t let the drive up fool you. The driveway is a bit rough, but it did not bother us at all. The views are breathtaking. The house was clean and the pool was perfect for our family. We normally stay at upscale resorts but this was even better. Located only 10 minutes from Red Hook which is where we spent most our time for dinners, nightlife and groceries. 25 minutes to Charlotte Amalie which is the cruise ship port and much larger city. Close proximity of best beaches. We even cooked out at the house one night on the huge grill. It sleeps 17 but there were only 8 of us so there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. All of the amenities are supplied - cooking utensils, soap, shampoo, beach bags, towels and double washer and dryers! I didn’t want to write a review at first because I didn’t want to let the secret out on this gem so it would be available for us to use yearly!

This house and view was amazing!! We felt like the only people on the island from our view!! Lisa, the property manager, was quick to answer questions, and had the house well stocked with anything you might need. I would definitely stay here again.

We had our 50th anniversary celebration in St Thomas with our kids and grandkids. We stayed for the week at POM Villa, and it was awesome! The view from POM Villa looks like a picture in a magazine. The property manager was attentive when we had any questions or problems. Thanks for a great vacation!

The property view was breathtaking. We were there for 30 days and it never lost its amazement! We had different family members come in at different times from our kids and grandchildren to our siblings and friends. The home has everything you could want, comfortable and different places to hang out and relax. The pool was awesome along with the dozen of beaches to explore. Lisa , the property manager was always available and helpful. We did many things from the in home chef services, in home massages, the car service (rather than taxi), charter fishing, parasailing, lobster diving, snorkeling, ferry to saint John’s, water island and the floating bar Lime Out. We travel a lot and this place was definitely a gem!

The property is absolutely beautiful! The manager does an amazing job making sure everything is perfect during the stay. They have extra items - hair dryer, curling iron, iron, etc., that make it so much easier when you forget things. The road leading up to the home is a little sketchy, but I promise it's worth it! I can't say enough good about this home for family vacations. The separate outdoor areas to allow everyone their own space if they want it. The walk down to the water is gorgeous. There's a gorgeous beach maybe a mile away that we visited. Just a lot to do at the home and also close by.

I can’t say enough about the beauty and tranquility of this home. Every room is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Sitting on the pool deck watching the pelicans glide by was a daily favorite for all of us. Easy walk to Coki Beach, Coral World, and Margaritaville. Short drive to Red Hook for restaurants and groceries. Customer service from the property manager, Lisa, was far and beyond the norm. She even brought me a curling iron when mine broke!! New owners sent us a very kind note. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to see all the extras and love the new owners put into the property.

We stayed in the villa for a week with a large group of family and friends (14 adults) and 6 little children (ages 1-6) and had a really great and unforgettable experience. First of all, the villa is very convenient for large groups with ample of space at two different levels and two added bonus rooms which were perfect for the kids. Almost all rooms have amazing views of the islands. The villa has 2 pack'n'plays and a high chair for babies which was perfect. There is plenty of common space indoors and outdoors for gatherings and common meals. We celebrated my birthday and had private Chef catering services with outdoor seating with amazing views which worked great! The villa is fully stocked with anything you may need for holiday and has a large infinity pool which was very enjoyable. We loved having plenty of pool and beach towels, many lounge chairs, various pool floats and board games! The villa is situated in a very convenient location, ca 25 min drive from the airport and 10-20 min drive to all of the best beaches on St Thomas, as well as 10 min drive to the ferry to St John. There is plenty of parking space for at least 3 cars, we had 3 minivans for our large group and it worked very well. Some other comments stated the road was rough to reach the villa but it's really nothing extreme, just a bit of a gravel road that is easily doable with any car (no need for an SUV or a 4-wheel drive). We also loved the absolute privacy, you do not see any other house or hear anyone else once you are in the villa, just beautiful water/nature views all around, that was super special! The self check-in and check-out process was very easy with just a code that the Property Manager shared. It was also very practical that the villa supplied all the basic staples such as shampoo and body wash, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, napkins, basic spices etc. It has an iron, hairdryers, plenty of towels for all purposes, good AC and fan systems. The Property Manager Lisa is fantastic and super responsive. She helped us plan the trip months ahead and answered all the questions we had very timely. Lisa helped with grocery and baby gear rental delivery ahead of check-in, Chef services, boat rental and so many other things we needed before and during our stay. She truly helped us organize this amazing unforgettable trip and celebration. I have not yet encountered a better Property Manager during years of extensive international travels, thanks so much Lisa!

Our stay at Peace of Mind was wonderful, very clean, beautiful views, the service Lisa provided to keep us satisfied, and the answering of questions was exceptional. There is only one issue with the property, the roads leading to the property are poor, very poor, but once you see the views you will accept the poor condition of the roads leading to the house.

What a lovely view across the islands and cays, excellent accommodations to set the stage for a family vacation! Lisa was very responsive and timely in providing what we needed. The home accommodated our family of 12 with separate rooms. The location was convenient to beaches and the ferry to go to St John’s. We appreciated having a jeep for the roads. Thank you for sharing a piece of paradise with us!

The property is very nice. The road to get back to the property is in bad shape but a lot of the roads on the island are the same way. I would recommend this place to anyone that has a large group. It is very spacious and has a lot of rooms. Couple things we wish it had was toys for children. We had a 2 and 1 year old with us and it did not have any indoor toys or books. We also wish it had a baby gate for the stairs. Not much for games at all either. The property has a very small living room so when it is raining not a lot of space to congregate indoors except in bedrooms. The property manager was very helpful. Overall nice place just needs maybe some updated items.

Peace of Mind villa is the most beautiful house and property that I have ever stayed at. It was perfect for our party of 12 (3 families) as there were plenty of areas us all to be together or to have privacy. The views from the property are amazing. I always worry that the photos from online booking sites are deceptive. If anything, Peace of Mind is much better than the photos! The kitchen/dining area and the Master suite are much larger than I expected. The family suite is also very large. Be aware that bedroom 6 (with the separate entrance) is designed for a single person or a very close couple as the shower and toilet are right in the room. We rented 3 cars for our group which we could easily park within the gate at the villa. Driving in St Thomas is not for the faint of heart, however. The road to the villa is extremely rough and most roads have hairpin turns that are pretty scary IMHO!. Finally, manager Lisa is wonderful. She gave great recommendations prior to our arrival (Amalie car rentals and Pangea restaurant) and always answered any questions promptly. She even told us of a source for fresh caught tuna, picked it up and delivered it to us! I truly hope we can return to Peace of Mind someday!

If you are looking for a true getaway from hustle & bustle, Peace of Mind is that. In fact, it is rather remote. None of my group felt comfortable driving, but if you decide to rent a car, make it an SUV. Otherwise, you'll want to set aside a very healthy taxi budget, as there are no activities within walking distance. In exchange for navigating the tricky logistics, you will be rewarded by endless views from multiple outdoor seating areas, a true gourmet kitchen, and in Lisa, a helpful and always-responsive house manager.

This property was perfection! Clean, amazing views, great communication with property owner.. nothing but wonderful things to say about this experience. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Peace of Mind Villa. From the moment we booked, Lisa, the property manager, was a stellar partner to plan our trip with. There were 13 of us total- 9 adults and 4 children. I planned the trip for us all and had never been to Saint Thomas so I had a lot of questions. Lisa was always very attentive and helped to coordinate different services that we needed on our trip. This included taxi services, stocking the villa with groceries before we got there and referring us to Ultimate Chef Services which was beyond a fabulous experience for our surprise anniversary dinner. We had a few questions throughout our trip like if we were working the washing machine correctly. Although they were not emergent or super important, Lisa responded very promptly and tended to all of them without hesitation. We are a big extended family but 6 separate groups of smaller families/individuals. There was plenty of room for us to spend time together but also to have our own alone time. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. The trundle twin being separated from the master was absolutely fantastic for our 10 year old and she was able to “invite” her 10 year old cousin over for girls night and sleep overs which didn’t impact my husband and I in the master. The sunrise and sunset views are second to none. There was so much outdoor space that we could all spread out. My sister in law enjoyed yoga every morning watching the sunrise. Every one of our family members kept saying how much of a dream the property was and how amazing Lisa was. We even left two necklaces that Lisa said she would mail back to us. I am sure I am missing a ton of other amazing details because truly everything was so organized and so amazing. I could not recommend this property more. If you’re on the fence about booking it, just do it! It truly was the best experience.

We had such a great time in St. Thomas and this property was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. It has AMAZING views and is so well stocked we wanted for nothing. Our kids loved the pool and all of the pool toys, and the board and card games were a hit. We were 2 families of 4 and the house was a perfect blend of big “together” spaces, and private “alone” spaces. We are used to rough dirt roads so the driveway to the house was not a big deal for us, but we we’re glad we had a jeep. I would would recommend this property to anyone that’s looking for a place that’s private and relaxing mixed with some fun family time.

We were a family of 12 staying for a week. The property had everything we needed and was by far the best stocked kitchen and rental that we have stayed at. It is in a great location and a short drive to everything. Lisa was very responsive and helpful to any question we had.

Besides having a hard time finding the villa at first, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our large family, very clean and comfortable. Lisa was awesome. We loved the view and just everything about the villa.

We loved our stay here! The entire group was very happy with the house. We were very convenient to almost everything we wanted to do. This includes grocery stores and daily excursions. Coki beach was one of our favorite restaurants places to visit, which the house actually overlooks. Our host, Lisa, was very responsive and gave us multiple tips on the “island life.” We definitely hope we are able to come back soon

We really enjoyed our stay, the view from the house was spectacular. There were also steps you could go down to see the ocean. Watching the sunset there was great. The big table outside was our favorite place to gather, you were covered from sun or rain but could still be outside enjoying the view. The property was clean and large enough for everyone. Lisa Butler was a amazing manager, she was there if we needed her for any thing. She was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The listing is what sold us and it was even better in person. There was more than enough room for our 2 families of 4 plus in-laws. The views were breathtaking and the house had everything we needed and more. Lisa, the property manager was so accommodating and responsive. The house was one of the cleanest houses I’ve stayed in. ALL of us were commenting on how clean it was, there was not one bug or cobweb to be found! To say the least we enjoyed every minute of our stay and the house was close to some of the best beaches, Coki and Magen’s Bay. Peace of Mind is what you get when you stay there.
