We liked the location for restaurants, shopping and skiing, loved watching the wildlife and skiers on the slopes, enjoyed the fireplace and parking right outside the unit. The kitchen had all we needed plus a supply of oil, pasta and teas!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this roomy condo, especially with its first floor level. The fireplace was delightful and the bed was very comfortable. It could be in walking distance (about 4 blocks) to the Warm Springs lift but we chose to drive. The outdoor hot tub (with lots of towels from the condo) and a warm sauna dressing area were nice at the end of ski days!

Very clean, as advertised, easily walkable to main ski lodge (2-3 min). Would definitely stay here again. Easy check in and check out. 20/10 on everything.

Nice, large condo with all you need. Close walk to chairlift and lodge, not too long at all. Chairlifts were never very busy. Warm Springs lodge was a opulent place to eat and drink. When can get back I’ll stay at this place again. PS Try Grumpy’s bar in town for great food beer at a cheap price. It’s a blast

My sister and I came to Sun Valley for a girls ski trip and we wanted to find a place that had a kitchen and was walking distance to the lifts. This place could not have been more perfect! The kitchen was small but well equipped and perfect for our needs. We had excellent communication with our host. We walked to the lifts and were able to walk home for lunch most days and to Apples for Apres. It was a 7 minute drive to town. We did rent a car but if you don’t want to, there is a free bus that goes to town. The hot tub was so nice and basically right outside our door. We really liked having the washer and dryer in the unit. If I come back to Sun Valley again I will definitely look to see if this place is available.

Great 1BR condo within a short walk of the lifts on the Warm Springs side of Sun Valley. Very nice unit that is bigger than it appears in the photos. Would like to stay here again on my next visit to the area.

This property was in a great location. Just as described, quiet area and very close to town and activities. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. Check in and directions were very easy and helpful. It was warm at night but the 2 small fans helped. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent location off of Warm Springs Road. Quiet, yet only minutes from downtown Ketchum. Close to some great hikes with beautiful fall colors. Aspen, cottonwoods , and willows were all gorgeous.

This is a great little place for a couple to stay at if you don't mind being a couple of miles from downtown Ketchum. The owner was attentive and came and fixed a heating situation and actually took the time to drive us to the downtown area that night for a rehearsal dinner which was very impressive to us!

Was sad we didn’t get to use the hot tub, it was dirty inside and slimy. We enjoyed our stay, just needs a little more TLC.

We contacted the owner and requested a fan to help move the air. Barrett was there with not one but two fans to help us with our comfort level. Thanks again Barrett. The unit was cozy and quiet! The setting was awesome with a view of Warm Springs ski runs. We enjoyed being able to walk around the area with magnificent surroundings. The sounds of the Warm Springs River were very relaxing. This property hit all of our expectations and we would visit there again!

I’m giving this a five star rating because it was a great value and just as advertised. The location was quiet, beautiful and fabulous. It was just what we needed for my husband and I and our twin 7 year olds to hike and bike for a week. There are just a few simple additions that could make for a much more enjoyable stay. A usable frying pan as the two provided were in very bad condition and barely usable. Regular drinking glasses as there were a few coffee mugs and wine glasses and a couple tall glasses but no regular sized drinking glasses. More decent towels and washcloths as we were only provided two good bath towels and one wash cloth for four of us staying 5 nights. There were extra bath towels in the bathroom closet but they were very worn and old and what I would use as rags to clean my house or car. We were hiking and biking and wearing lots of sunscreen every day and it was a downer not to have more washcloths to scrub my kiddos off. 2 ply toilet paper- nothing worse than 1 ply. These things aren’t a deal breaker but wouldn’t cost much to make a big difference in the stay. All in all we were very happy.

The place was nice and clean. It was also close to Bald Mountain and in a convenient location. We really enjoyed it. The only complaint was lack of bath soap. We recommend renting this place.

My friend Allen and I really enjoyed the condo in the warm springs area. It has a comfortable pull out couch for sleeping and nice bedroom that my friend slept in. The condo is walking distance to the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts. Just make sure when you walk to the lifts to follow the direction of the sign above the door. The condo is priced nicely for the area. I would make one suggestion to owner, please purchase a cheese grater. Other then that, it was a five star experience. Thank you Barrett for the great place!

Property is very clean, quiet location, comfortable. We will stay here again.
