Barnegat Light is our favorite spot on LBI! Beautiful beaches and dunes, Old Barney and the jetty walk, nature trails, shops, restaurants, Poppy’s ice cream , mini golf, bay beach, marina and so much more! Erin is great to work with and the house is beautiful! Just a short walk to everything in Barnegat Light.

A great house in an unbelievable location. Views of the ocean and Barnegat Inlet, including the channel and jetty (boaters will know how cool that is). The owners provided binoculars although I had my own. The walk to the beach is not long -- three minutes? -- if you take the direct route and not the cart path. Elsewhere on the island is just as long now that the beaches are so wide. The birds (and rabbits) were plentiful and interesting. The house is spacious and well-equipped, comfortable and clean and lovely unless you are expecting some super high-end "house beautiful" thing. Piano and rocking horse -- too cool. I definitely hope to return if my plans work out.

Great space in the dunes, close to Franks produce, Viking village, Whites market, and of course a short walk down the path to the reason you came, the beautiful beach.

Upon arrival AC was down and stayed out for the week which was uncomfortable. Also, kitchen sparsely equipped. That being said, the property was beautiful, and comfortable. I would come again with AC.

The location was perfect , however the house is showing signs of wear and tear . Second time around renting , owner is very responsive to concerns or repairs.

This was a lovely house just steps from the beach. The location couldn't be better. It made for a great family vacation. The host was very accommodating, as well.

Beautiful, secluded spot right on the dune overlooking the ocean. Property is right on the naturalized dune area and just a short 3 minute walk from the beach! The Tram stops right at the house if you prefer to be driven to the lifeguard beach a block further down. Convenient walking access to all the Barnegat Light shops, restaurants, etc. Plenty of space for our party of four adults and two kids (3 &5).

We loved staying here! The decks were peaceful, the view lovely, the trip to the beach was easy as long as you took the beach trolley, the house was comfortable, and the owner was responsive when we had to message them! Bonus was all the kids toys and games both indoors and for the beach. Highly recommend!

Had a great week exploring Barnegat and loved the house. Perfect location - you really feel like you’re the only house around. The views are beautiful too! Close to restaurants and stores. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. Would love to come back again.

We’ve been staying in LBI for years and decided to try Barnegat Light this year. We did a LOT of research on different homes and this home was hands down the best decision. The location is amazing - private, peaceful and so convenient. It feels like you have your own private beach with the sand and dunes surrounding the house. It was especially helpful with our toddler - we could stroll to the ocean (or ride the free tractor!) or play in the sand in the yard. The two porches are beautiful with great breezes and plenty of seating (two tables with umbrellas!). The Inside of the house is open and clean and so nicely updated. There is tons of light and you have walls of windows to enjoy the views. Kitchen was so well appointed and there were tons of beach toys and a wagon for us to enjoy with our son.The street is quiet and you’re a short stroll to a few great food options. We enjoyed two weeks here (the wifi was great for working remotely!) and can’t wait to return next summer!

The owners were extremely receptive to our requests and very friendly . Issues with repairs were handled promptly and resolved . The furniture and bedrooms were comfortable and each room was nicely decorated . The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed with regard to appliances . The only part that was limited was a pantry area to hold food . A possible cabinet for pantry items would be my only suggestion. Excellent rental and absolutely stellar location ! Thank you ! We’ll be back next summer for sure !

Property was even nicer than pictures portrayed. Private and quiet, but within walking distance to everything. Home was lovely with lots and lots of light and a fabulous view of the dunes and ocean.

House is at the end of the block with a beautiful view of the shrubs leading to the beach, very peaceful. You can also see the tractor go by so you can time your rides to the beach. We liked it very much.
