The back patio opens to the pool and beach! So easy to go back and forth. The condo itself is so well kept and decorated. We had everything we needed for 4 nights with adult kids.

My family and I had the best spring break. We were able to relax without worry and walk out of our condo onto the beach. Love this condo and will stay again!

We were happy with this condo. The property wasn't crazy like some of the others during spring break. Being on the ground floor gave us very convenient access to the pools and beach. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for our needs.

Excellent room. Close to the kids pool, beach, and restaurant. DVD player didn't work, and cable had very limited channels - but wasn't a deal breaker cause we have that stuff at home! Would definately recommend staying here.

The sun hits the patio, so you can catch some rays, and it’s nice when it’s chilly out! Nicely updated, and the location is perfect for sunsets, and so close to pool and beach! Just couldn’t be better! The food from the swim up bar is really really good! HUGE BONUS! Probably one of the best units you could possibly get....although the complex is older, this building is closest to beach, and you can hang out on patio, and be at the pool area, and super close to beach, all at the same time!

We have come to Rocky Point for 4 years, and stayed at the Sonoran Sea. This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in.

The Sandy Beach location was great... nice complex, really enjoyed this unit because of it’s ground floor... open the slider and walk right out on to the grass overlooking the pools & sea!

We have stayed in 3 condos at the resort now and this was by FAR the best experience . It was clean, well maintained and comfortable which is hard to say of our prior experiences. It truly makes a difference when you are vacationing and your surroundings are clean and inviting. Which was the case with this place. The decor was more put together and the kitchen was overall pretty functional. It was missing cutting boards, but other then that, it had everything that we needed. The location of the condo is perfection given it's on the lower level, right next to the pool and a very short walking distance to the beach. You really can't get better then that. Lastly, the internet was super fast which for a tech family was a huge plus. We were able to plug our XBOX in and play games with the kids without any issues. I would definitely be recommending this condo to others!

Everything was excellent! The distance to the beach & pool is just steps away. The location of this room is everything! I will definitely stay in this location again. Room was clean and well equipped. The resort restaurant is really good and, the Starbucks cafe is a plus.

My family and I had a fabulous time at the Sonoran Sea this past weekend. The condo was even nicer than we expected. I suggest the photos be updated because it truly it beautiful. Very comfortable beds and bedding, new couches and newly decorated. Perfect ground floor location to the beach and pools. Cannot wait for our next visit!

Once again, we had a fabulous time, and very much enjoyed staying on the bottom level. It really enhances the whole experience. Since visiting the condo in January, we noticed all of the renovations: new paint, bedding, appliances, etc. and really liked the decor selections - very beachy and comfortable. Such a relaxing trip! The condo was perfect! Perfect location. The electricity was not on when we arrived, but after calling the housekeeper, someone came over right away and it was quickly turned on.

This is a great property where you walk right out to the pool or beach! Nice furnishings, very comfortable.

The owners did a great job painting the condo blue, it looks beautiful!! They got new couches, a new refrigerator and all new bedding! The guest room was a huge improvement!! Very nice condo!

We are 2 couples from Canada who absolutely loved this condo. The location was spectacular for walking the beach, the condo well-equipped for cooking, very clean and nicely decorated. The Wifi worked very well and the 3 TV's in the condo all good TV's. Everything went smoothly upon our arrival after an easy drive from Arizona. The king bed was very comfortable, and the 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were OK, but a bit soft for my liking. The pool and beach were literally steps from the condo. Being on the main level made it handy for trips back to the room, and for loading/unloading the car. My only real complaint is not with the condo, but the restaurants and the pool. The pool was not heated, and the bay was too cold to go in, so we weren't able to swim at all. We were there Monday thru Thursday and there were very few restaurants within walking distance. Two of them were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The prices were reasonable, but the food mediocre. We took a taxi into town the last night to eat at El Capitan, which was fabulous and had a beautiful view of the sunset and the entire bay, along with a Mariachi Band to entertain everyone. But the taxi was expensive for 2 ways ($30US). There is no entertainment nearby either, with the exception of a n outdoor "disco" which was not age-appropriate for us. So if you want a quiet spot and like to walk the beach, this is the location for you. If you are wanting lots of good restaurants and entertainment, this location is not for you. We were told that anytime after the first week in March is not quiet though, due to Spring Breaks the rest of the month. I would certainly consider returning to Michelle's condo next year during the same time frame.

A great relaxing couple of days after a hectic weekend.

We loved this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious! The best part was the location! We have stayed on the 9th floor of this same resort and did not have near as much fun as we did on the ground level! No shlepping your belonging up and down an elevator! Just walk in, put your stuff down and enjoy! We spent a majority of our time out on the large patio going to and from the beach or the pool area! We we most certainly be back! Worth every penny! Thank you!

The condo was so clean with beautiful views of the beach! We LOVED being on the bottom floor and shared this condo with 6 adults and never felt crowded. Michelle was awesome and easy to get in contact with. Great trip!

Great place. A couple of little things needed fixing but they were handled right away, such as lightbulbs out in second bed and microwave was on the fritz. You really cannot beat the location. Walk out the patio right to pool and beach. Great amount of space in the condo, and very comfortable. Michelle is great to work with and damage deposit was refunded in a very timely manner. Will stay again.

When we arrived the room was ready, clean, and cool (the a/c was on). The condo was great and the views of the ocean are fabulous. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a nice, clean condo at a supper convenient location (no hauling bags to upper floors). The whole experience was hassle free. Thank you Michelle! Condo 106 was one of the best that I have stayed at in Rocky Point. My family and I visit Rocky Point every year and this time we decided to stay at the Sonoran Sea Resort. Our stay here was great; we enjoyed the comfortable beds, clean linens, full kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy your own meals. The kids took advantage of the fast internet connection at night on their tablets and the adults took advantage of the awesome patio overlooking the ocean. Being that the condo is located on the bottom floor, it makes everything much better. We walked out to the pool or beach with the easiest convenience or to the on site market and restaurant. The owners where very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Rocky Point.

Stunning condo! The decor is beautiful and it's just steps away from the beach/pool. Be sure to pack your own paper towels and toilet paper. Also the kitchen sink doesn't have a garbage disposal which makes clean up a little difficult but not impossible. Our stay was so relaxing - we had a great time! We will definitely be back!
