Ortley Beach family vacation First floor of the house, very spacious and clean, The grill worked well, walking distance to the beach was a big plus. only complaint was the pictures advertised in the Vrbo was for the second floor with the view of the ocean. The first floor does not have an ocean view at all because of the Dunes

House was great! Right across from the beach entrance and lots of parking. Home was super clean with lots of light. 2 bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. Wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. Great vacation!

Location is amazing and definitely great for families with children. Beach is right there, beautiful views! super close so when you pack up all your beach stuff, set it all up and the kids want to go back after 20 minutes, you’re right there! Close to everything else too, restaurants, barnacle bills. House has plenty of room and an awesome deck area. House is packed with so much that you would need for cooking, laundry, etc. although we didn’t really use much of that. Rosemary was very responsive and booking/check in/check out was very easy. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! It was so close to the beach, boardwalk, and town - perfect for a family looking for a little NJ getaway. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised; the host was organized and responsive.

This was our second year at this property - we absolutely loved it here - it is right across from the boardwalk entry to the beach. The house had enough room for the adults, and one grandchild to be able to play. Parking under the house was a bonus - cars were never baking in the sun, plus it made it so easy to store things in the car. It is a good thing that the building material and windows are quality because unfortunately, on the weekend evenings, it seems that the young adults and teenagers gathered heavily and loudly at this particular corner. One evening, someone had to stay in my grandchild's room because we were afraid the noises would wake her up. But that was just a tiny speck of our family time together - it was great. Homeowner is quick to respond to questions too.

This was the perfect location! The condo was clean and spacious, directly across from the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. You can bicycle everywhere. Jerry’s Farmers market was the next block over with the BEST HOMEMADE BANANA BREAD a must try!! It was a perfect week for us!!

This was our second year at this house. We enjoyed everything about it. Great location right across the street from the beach, plenty of parking, complete kitchen amenities, badges included and plenty to do in the area to entertain the kids.

This property caught my eye when I visited Ortley on a previous trip. I love the location, the house is nice, and the deck was a great place to be when we weren't at the beach. Homeowner very quick to reply with a couple of questions.

We loved the location of the property. SSOO close to the beach. Plenty of space in the unit for everyone to rest comfortably. Close to grocery store and close to boardwalk. Rosemary was great to work with. Always quick to answer any questions we had.

Great place to stay the most importantly, clean! has everything you need to prepare a meal if you want to and the Beach is two minutes walk. I will be back for sure. Rent it; you will love it.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay during the last week of August. Rosemary was extremely responsive throughout the process, providing clear instructions well in advance of our stay. We were immediately impressed with the location of this property, which is on a quiet street but easy walk to restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. The unit was exactly as depicted and immaculate, which made us very comfortable immediately. Beach badges were included, which was a plus!! It was so convenient to walk back and forth to the beach. We also enjoyed relaxing on the deck. A fabulous time. Life is better at the beach!!!

Rosemary has done a great job . The house was perfect, very clean, neat and well stocked with everything you need for a great shore getaway. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms immaculate. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the Ortley Beach boardwalk and surf. A short 1/2 mile walk down the beach and you’re at the boardwalk in Seaside Heights. Restaurants and supermarkets are all a short distance away. I’m looking forward to future stays.

Location - as shown in the photo, this condo is right across the street from the beach. Although there is no direct ocean view (blocked by the boardwalk), we enjoyed the sunshine in 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and the living room have big windows facing oceanfront). The owner provided beach tags so that going to the beach is included - it's just a 10 second walk. The condo is ~0.8 miles north to the Seaside Heights boardwalk and amusement park. We can see the dazzling light at night at the beach but we don't hear any noise from it. The beach is VERY CLEAN with pristine sand and sand crabs (note that sand crabs are lovely little creatures which only live in absolutely clean water). The beach is well maintained, with rest rooms, life guard, cleaning staffs. (We don't need the rest rooms as we are literally right across the beach). The condo is new, very clean and well equipped (only except that we need to bring our own soap, shampoo, towels and linens, which the owner told us in the welcome package far before our trip). Three bedrooms with a bunk bed in one of them is very convenient for us - a family trip of 5 adults and 2 kids. Parking is very convenient under the shade of the house - which is pretty nice (not under the hot burning sun). Check in is easy. The owner responded very quickly to every questions that we had before the trip - we do not have any questions/problems during our stay. Everything works (wifi, in-unit washer/dryer/dishwasher/coffee maker/microwave, digital thermostat). There is a shower room right outside the condo which is very convenient to wash off sand after returning from the beach. There are nice restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood.

We will be back. Rosemary has thought of everything. The kitchen is wonderfully supplied and the bedrooms and living room are comfortably appointed. As for the location...what can I say? The beach is right across the street, and the life guard station and boardwalk offer ideal people watching from the porch. In fact, my parents spent many hours enjoying the view on the boardwalk and out on the ocean. Thank you, Rosemary, for such a memorable place to share.
