This condo was perfect for us. The balcony was great. The bed was comfortable. It had plenty of space. Our only complaint is that maintenance just walked in one day to change an air filter. The door bell is broken and the back bedrooms tub doesn't drain well. Also, check in is a bit late in the day. Other than that the staff was friendly and the amenities at the condo were terrific. The pool was nice, several hot tubs, and great beach access. If you like music you can here Flora Bama music playing without even going there. We will return! Only reason for 4 stars is bc of the above mentioned issues.

The property was clean except the master bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and a dirty towel was left behind. Kitchen utensils were worn and did not function well. Overall a great place and would stay again!

The appliances are old and some of the tile floor is broken and cracking. The hot water does not last for very long. Regarding the cleanliness, when we came in there was a vacuum in the middle of the floor as if they left mid clean. There were no towels hung in either bathroom and we had to find those. The counter tops and table were sandy and had not been wiped down. The pantry door was sticky to the touch. The master bath toilet runs continually as well.

Great place!! Right next to Florabama! Overlooking the beach! Absolutely amazing! Wasn’t too happy with the late check-in and early check-out. After checking in, the place wasn’t cleaned great and there was coffee still in the pot. Also would prefer that the owners did the premium towel service. All that said, we would stay here again!

I love this location and have stayed in four diff condos on this property. With a little polish this one could be a diamond. It has so much of what’s needed in a condo. I’d stay here again but it’s the little things that could use a little love that need to be attended to before I’d book again.

We stayed during “off season”. The condo was mostly clean. If you’re someone who is a neat freak or can’t stand dust or sand, you’ll be disappointed. Overall everything was put together. We had a few dishes that needed to be rewashed. The floors are tile so I gave the benefit of the doubt on how well they could clean them. The Wi-Fi was lagging but they also had servicing during our stay so that may be why. The complex is located right next to Flora-Bama which was nice. The beach was beautiful and it was easy to access. The indoor pool was warm. Overall we had a great time and would definitely go back!

Couldn't ask for a better location. Some minor issues such as light not working, hole in the wall (they haven't had time to fix due to bookings), cookware could use an upgrade (skillets were terrible) UT overall this is a great unit, perfect location, would highly recommend it for location, comfort level, etc We had the best vacay ever!

There’s no’s screen on the sliding door. This unit is in desperate need of a deep clean, paint and repair. Everyone in our group of 11 families said the same thing about all the units- NOT CLEAN! We’ve stayed at many Phoenix properties all were great we will not stay at Phoenix X again.

It would have been a beautiful condo. But, when we first arrived to the condo there was broken items on the counter and a hole in the wall behind the entry door. There was sand covering on the floors. I swept it up and we headed to the beach. When we got back we wanted to get a shower but when getting in them, there were shaving items from the previous guests, hair stuck to the walls, mold on the shower curtain, soap scum on the floor in the master bathroom. When pulling the master bedroom cover s down on the bed, the bed had very obviously been slept in before. Someone else’s hair was all over in the bed and it didn’t smell clean. The guest bathroom shower had hair on the wall and trash as well. The condo says that the condo sleeps up to nine people. They had extra pillows in one closet, but no pillow cases or extra bedding for the pullout sleeper…. So, I messaged and emailed the place that the front desk workers told me to at the front desk, and received no responses back. If I would have actually got a response it might of been better. Of course we didn’t find any cleaning supplies so we had to go to the store to get some because we weren’t comfortable showering in filthy showers. After staying for a couple days we noticed more and more stuff. The post says newly remodeled but it’s not. Patched over holes, water stains in the ceiling in the master bath. All the door trims and floors near the walls were filthy. Had to keep shoes on the whole time because the floor turned our feet black within minutes after showering. Desperately needs a deep cleaning. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 9 people for 5 days and one roll of paper towels. Most all of the dishes were filthy and needed washed, broken dishes and utensils. One roll of paper towels. Needs to be stocked to uphold the amount of guests they says the condo can hold. The beach views and location is absolutely amazing. But, we will never go back to this condo. My other family stayed in another condo on floor two and it was absolutely perfect, roomy, spotless and half the cost with all necessities and more living room. Please reconsider when looking to rent a condo for this location, as there are many better choices.

(1) Terrible WiFi: This may not be an issue for you, but we had two summer school students with us. Only one laptop could be on the WiFi at a time, otherwise the other would be kicked off.
(2) Mildew in the main bathroom - There was mildew on the shower curtain and some of the trim in the main bathroom. I understand this happens, but this has not been something I've encountered in other condos.

Aside from those two things, we had a great stay!
