The 3 bedroom condo is very spacious. Each bedroom had a TV, and AC. This was nice so friends could adjust their own AC temps. Condo had nice front loaders and even provided laundry soap. The balcony was spacious as well. We would set out there at night,with a cocktail and enjoyed the view of the ocean and mountains. I will rent this condo again.

Not contable bed at all or pillow, well not contable place.

The condo was perfect everything you could need was there, besides the food.The kids loved the pools. The different beaches were close by. You may want to have a rental car to get from place to place. Overall experience was great. Snorkeling was a five minute drive. But the rainforest was about 20-25 minutes.

Great safe condo and area

The condo is centrally located within a short drive to restaurants and beaches. It offers access to three pools, gym, beautiful mountain and ocean views. The condo is well equipped and tidy. This is definitely a place we would stay at again.

The property was beautiful and our host was attentive and responsive. The check in went smoothly as well as the check out. The pictures do not do the apartment justice! It is roomy, well-kept, spacious and cool! Rooms have ACs, the balcony has an incredible view and it was overall a wonderful time. The pools were also great! We enjoyed the slide! Will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!

It is just as described. It has tons of sand and water toys. Its in a great location. My only complaint is the bathrooms were not clean. The showe walls had old shampoo and soap scum all over. It was nasty but only the showers, the rest of the condo was pretty clean.

Our family enjoyed staying in Farjado, visiting Culebra and El Yunque and Luquillo beach. The location is central to this area but you definitely need a car to get around and do anything. The condo was great for four adults but has some deferred maintenance especially one bathroom where the shower was unusable. We loved our trip but would not return.

Great condo for the 7 guests staying. Easy to get to restaurants within walking distance. Beaches close by.

Pena Mar is a beautiful place and a great location. The condo has a great view!

The location and facilities are exactly as pictured. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals for your family. The owner, Ziaoming, was very easy to work with upfront and throughout the stay. We needed a high chair and he ensured that there was a new one there prior to our arrival when a previous renter had broken there last one. There was also a portable playpen and a crib available. We appreciated the security of the location so we felt confident our rental vehicles and our personal belongings were secured in the condo. The one issue the entire stay occurred upon arrival and the owner was apologetic and made right by us despite the fact that it was not his fault. The complex lost our details for the security office and would not let us in for a bit. It was frustrating as we had an overtired toddler in the car but as I said the owner was kind and responsive. I would encourage future renters to be provided something if possible from the owner saying that the complex confirms they have all details -- I had sent everything and Ziaoming had done his part but the complex did not seem to know it had been sent-- following this one incident we had an amazing stay. There are lovely beaches nearby and El Yunque is close as well. The restaurants near the complex were very treats. The owners of other condos we met by the pools were lovely people as well. I would recommend this location highly.

This house comes stocked with almost everything you'll need besides food & water. It has dishes, toiletries, extra bedding, games, beach gear, sports eqt. Clean very nice! 10 out of 10 recommended!

It was exactly as shown or better!!!! All the amenities, cleanliness and every detail made us feel like stars. Totally recommended. Definitely we'll come back!!!!

We had a great stay! It was 2 adults 2 children and our nanny. Owner was extremely accommodating and responded quickly. There’s 3 pools and a gym I felt safe at all times (security is VERY strict). There was condiments, beach supplies including towels and beach shoes and toys for kids. 10/10 great price view and accommodating owner thank you!

We all enjoyed our stay. The home and property were exactly as described. We did go through Fiona while there and never lost power and we’re still able to enjoy our stay.

It's bigger than it looks in the pictures. Balcony us to die for. Everything was easy to use and clean. There were some tiny ants here and there, but not bad at all. Loved our stay. The only bad part is that there are a LOT of rules on the property. Read the rules carefully because they do follow them.

Amazing place!! Clean, quiet, comfortable with all you can need and more in case you forget something. We like the views, the pools and the place in general.

This is one of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed. Beautiful and well equipped condo with amazing views and great location. We loved it so much we are planning to go again in a couple of months. I highly recommend it. Millie

Very comfortable condo, beautiful views, great location near the Marina and Cabezas de San Juan beaches. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Fajardo is a favorite destination for an active or relaxing time in PR.

Conveniently located 10 minutes away from town and beach. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Beds were comfortable and overall quality of furnishings were high. The pools were great.

We stayed in this same condo back in 2019 when it was owned by someone else! And it was BEAUTIFUL!! This time we were quite disappointed with the way it was inside! The curtains were filthy, the door to the deck was not closing properly! The bathtub in the bathroom off the hallway was clogged up and my husband removed a HUGE hair ball from the water drain! Last but not least i went to put my father in laws clothes away (mind you he has dementia and Asthma) in the closet and there were cushions in there that were molded up and it stunk BAD!! I Immediately contacted the host and he did apologized and offered to come remove them b/c he stated they should have been tossed out. I did send him multiple pictures so he can see that that place is in need of fixing and more CARE!! Although the staff were awesome! Place felt safe and hallways were clean! Not sure if we'll ever stay there again! Unless they do some renovation. The owner send me a message stating he would refund me $50 if that made me happy🤷🏻‍♀️ SO SAD! Maria

Nice quiet property. My only issue has zero to do with the condo or management but the resort itself was being painted, washed etc and we were distributed several times to move our cars, opening the security shutters and scaring the heck outta us. But a 9.5 for the apartment and management.

The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay.Excellent security in the gated development.The area is more on the quiet side which was nice and the Marina across the street was nice to see too.Communication with the condo owner was excellent from the start. We really loved it there, and would recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit Puerto Rico.I already recommended it to a family member when they visit. We’ll be back for sure !

Location and view were excellent. Really close to El Yunque. However, the condo is in desperate need of upgrading and is filthy. A cleaning service had done basic cleaning before we arrived (floors bathrooms and changed bedding), but the rest of the condo doesn't look like it has been cleaned in years. Even had broken furniture on the patio.

Nice property that was as advertised. Kitchen was more than adequate in terms of dishes, cooking needs and appliances. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom was perfect for our group of 7. Pools and exercise room were nice and having gated community with security was a nice piece of mind. Close enough to Walmart and grocery store to be able to cook some meals at the apartment and save on going out for all our meals. Enjoyed our stay.

We have rented this property before, because it's a great location, safe and clean, and the owner provides many amenities, such as soaps, shampoos, cleaning products and paper products, to make the visit easier. He responds quickly to any requests and is a great host. We would definitely return to this unit.

The property was even better then the pictures. The host has thought of everything and there were boogie boards, tennis equipment, basketball etc…. The veranda has a terrific view and is a great place to relax. The TVs worked great including Netflix. The condo was spotless clean. A couple of pools to choose from and the gym had barbells to 50 Lbs and some nice Smith machines. 5 minutes to Seven Seas Beach. The host was quick to respond always. We could not have had a better time and hope to be back.

From the very start with communication from the owner to communication at the end everything was fantastic here. This was an amazingly equipped rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, cereal boxes, George Foreman grill etc etc. Entrance is through a keyed entry which makes it very easy. Beautiful patio to enjoy sunrise. I would most certainly stay here again and again.

We were very satisfied with our stay there. Apartment was fully equipped with daily used supplies. Balcony view was outstanding. Very peaceful area and the kids loved the different varieties of pools and amenities. We definitely recommend this place and are looking forward to staying there again in the future.
