rs I have rented this apartment three times now and found it offering great value and high quality The owners update the appliances and equipment frequently and rooms are maintained to a high standard. When we arrive the place is spotless with fresh linens and supplies all ready to use. The apartment contains everything you would need for a great vacation situated at the end of a quiet road (upstairs) with views of the lake and golf course. I would recommend this apartment for couples or small families or groups.

I was itching all the time I was in the apartment and found as soon as I left the apartment the itching stopped. Also found dead bugs in bathroom cupboard (I sent picture when we were there) I received an apology but no offer of compensation.

The condo was lovely and the location wonderful.....close to beaches and many good places to eat. The pool is very nice and all the people were friendly. Kitchen is packed with lot of utensils and it was like our home. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is really nice. It is a great neighborhood and we had no fear of leaving the door open and walk around the area. The carpet looks very old and dirty. The house was full of dust and we had to leave the doors and windows open the get all the dust out. The interior plastic plant were full of dust and my husband was sneezing first few days. We spent one whole day cleaning the dust. If the owners replace and carpet, the dust problem will go away. Except for the carpet and dust, still this place is a great place to stay and enjoy all the beaches near this place. Also, keep in mind that you will have to pay a 75 cents toll every time when to come to this area in both direction of the highway near this place.

It really is an excellent base from which to explore the St Petersburg area. Pass a Grille and Madeira beaches were just fantastic.

However the unit itself is best described as tired and surface clean only. The bed linens ie: the comforter and decorative cushions were stained and I had to launder the comforter in order to feel comfortable using it. The cushions we stuffed in the closet. The carpeting should definitely be replaced. We did love the location, the pool area and the grounds were very well maintained. With the exception of the students directly below us(which was addressed) the people in the units around us were very pleasant. Despite the negatives we will return. With a few improvements to the unit this rating would be much higher.

The apartment was fresh, the furniture and fittings were up to date and modern and the ammenities were excellent. The pool area was well maintained and clean. It is also close to local attractions, lovely beaches and the downtown area of St Petes. The communication with the rental company was always friendly and professional even when I was a bit ditzy and lost the parking permit and didn't know how to switch the shower on!...all in all a wonderful experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending this rental apartment to anyone.
