Great for kids and family. Room enough for 6 adults and two children. Very clean.

A wonderful home! Super clean and equipped. My daughter had a blast doing her baking in the great kitchen with large counters. Carolyn was easy to reach when I had a few questions. Location is fantastic! Perfect for family gathering and just a few houses from the beach without crossing any streets. Restaurants and Dollar Store (that has everything btw) just blocks away. Highly recommend.

Very enjoyable week. Great location. Our family enjoyed yet another stay on LBI. Very short walk to the beach, candy store, mini golf and food supplies.

We loved our stay - from start to finish. The owners were terrific and very responsive and the house exceeded expectations... so bright, roomy and comfortable.
Loved all the decks, the proximity to the beach and the bay, the well stocked kitchen, and beach supplies!!! Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach cart, etc.
Was great to have 2 TVs and the teens used the den on the second floor to hang out and watch tv. The second fridge was handy to hold all the drinks. Great grill out on the deck. 3 bathrooms - clean and new, and the big soaking tub. Loved the location and being able to walk to shops, restaurants and the dollar general for supplies. And only a 5 minute drive to Acme grocery. The weather was not all good for our week so we really appreciated the space and comfort of the house. And the beds are very comfortable! We highly recommend, everyone in the group enjoyed the house and the trip

Wonderful place for a family. Lots of toys and bikes for all ages., kitchen was fully loaded with everything needed for a family. It was great to walk right to the beach without crossing any streets. Great location for getting specialized coffee drinks and ice cream and candy. Very close to good restaurants. Parking was a plus also. Definitely will stay again

We just returned from a wonderful stay on LBI. This house was just as advertised--clean, spacious and close to the beach! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a few buckets and sand toys for the kids. We relaxed on the various decks, spent many hours on the beach and enjoyed the restaurants and ice cream in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The home is lovely. It has two kitchens and living areas on separate floors. Everything you ever want kitchen and beach-wise is there....and then some. The owners put together a house manual that includes all the upcoming events of the year on the island and truly everything you need to know during your stay. There are three porches and a Jacuzzi. The main floor is spacious with plenty of windows to brighten your day.

Thank you for the use of your house. We had a great week. I always enjoy spending time with my daughters and their babies. The house was nice and close to the beach so they could go back and forth for nap time ect.

Great place for family get together
Large home, close walk to beach, miniature golf and other conveniences. Three baths, extra family room and ping pong table downstairs are a plus. House has many windows. A very nice place.

Great Getaway Home
A week at 110 Ship Bottom was a great way to end the summer with family! Moderate sized house very close to the beach. The home was fully equipped with everything needed to have a wonderful week in the sun! Thank you to our host and hostess!

Perfect Distance from Beach and everything else!
My family and I loved this house. It had everything you would need for a week down the shore. The distance to the beach was perfect and we appreciated having complimentary beach badges from Carolyn! The rooftop views to the outdoor shower and large living room really made for the perfect beach getaway.

It was a perfect house for one or two families. Quick walk to the beach. Comfy beds which is hard to get. Super close to candy store, pizza, and mini golf.

LBI stay
Was very enjoyable. House was very spacious and comfortable. Guests had their own private quarters on first floor with bedrooms and living room as well as a kitchenette. Main floor had living room dining area kitchen as well as master bedroom bathroom and 1/2 bath. Proximity to beautiful beach was key as well as to main streets which had restaurants and stores. Extremely convenient. Hosts were very responsive and pleasure to communicate with when necessary. Highly recommended for expanded family!

Perfect LBI beach getaway!
This property is impressive! Carolyn (owner) was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. A lovely ocean view off the living room deck. A short walk to the beach, the bay, food, shopping, and fun. We will definitely be returning next year!

Idyllic beach house
Situated in a great area of Ship Bottom within easy walking distance to fine restaurants, pizza, ice cream, mini golf and a candy store, this beautiful home is less than 100 yards from the beach on a very quiet street. The owner provided a fully stocked home filled with amenities including large screen TVs, cable, internet and powerful Air Conditioning. I highly recommend this home to any family

Great property, everything as advertised!
Most important for us was how accommodating the hosts Carolyn and Bill were. The welcome Book was extremely helpful as well! The house had more than enough space for 4 adults and 6 teens! Would definitely book again

Perfect house for our extended family. Plenty of room (and rooms) to be together and when someone needs to go to sleep, they can without inconveniencing the rest of us. The location couldn't be better. We didn't use the car once except for a 15 minute drive to the amusements. Awesome restaurants within an easy walk. The beach is a few houses away. Perfect. Just perfect.

Renter's paradise!
What a house! All the beach chairs and umbrellas you could ever want, even a new ping pong table in the garage for rainy days. Communication with the owners was easy and effective, neighbors were super nice. A 2min walk to the beach. Close to pizza, pancakes and a liquor store. What more could you need! 5 out of 5.

Great Home! Wonderful & Spacious!
This is a great home with a ton of space for your family or group. There are multiple living room and decks to spread out. The main kitchen is well appointed and the extra refrigerator is a plus if your family cooks though out the week. We LOVED the location! Do not hesitate to book! We hope to be back soon!

We loved the house,it had plenty of room and everything that you needed was right there for you.The ping pong table, and nice big garage was great for the couple of bad weather days.There was plenty of restaurants and things to due in the area.The owners of the property were great and easy to work with,i would recommend this rental to everyone.
