Lovely well kept condo with great ocean view! Easy access to most everything. Very comfortable for 2 couples.

The property is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need, perfect location! Wonderful food all within walking distance! Can't wait to come back!

The unit was very clean and well cared for. Checkin and out was the easiest we've ever experienced in our travels. The communication between Terry and us was prompt and concise. We just wish there wasn't a road between the condo and the beach.

This is the perfect condo. Six steps from the sand, jyst cross the street. Even with the huracan I felt safe. Great comunication with the property manager. Kitchen with all you need, plenty of umbrellas and beach stuff. I will be back. Thanks Terry for all your guidance during the storm

Right across the street from the beach. The updated showers were very nice. They had usb ports. The location right by the bridge was so easy getting to and from Bradenton. We loved watching the sunsets from the porch. Lastly, communication was very fast with the owners!!!! Heads up that infants not potty trained cannot use the pool.

We had a great stay here. The location is great. So close to lots of the beaches, across the street from our favorite restaurant on the beach and walking distance to a ton of places. The condo was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

The unit is great, and the location is practically perfect. I might have missed it, but should probably note that there are only stairs, which could be a showstopper for some people who would normally require an elevator.

We fell in love with AMI. Lovely property, clean, close to Bridge St fun and amazing sunset views. Would love to stay here again.

Needs towel racks, hooks in bathroom. Was some tiny bugs on kitchen counter. Vertical blinds need replaced, slats were missing. Was listed that I would get 100.00 gas card when I checked in or credited to my card. Been a week haven't heard anything.

We have lived in the area and are back visiting old friends. We were looking for a place within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. This location was perfect! The apartment itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen well stocked with cookware, though we did not cook. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The bed was comfy. The apartment faces the beach and has an outstanding view. There was traffic noise on the patio but quiet in the apartment. The beach is literally just across the street and close enough if you need to run back for anything. Terry was fantastic and readily available. Checking in and out was a breeze. Premier parking on the ground floor with 2 spaces, which is wonderful if you have guests. Several great restaurants just a short walk away and there is a free trolley stop right out front! We would love to return to this sweet spot on our next visit here. Thanks Terry, for a wonderful stay!

Immaculately clean condo. Lovely modern updates throughout. Kitchen is very well equipped. View from the living room is spectacular. Quick walk to the beach and many restaurants. There is a somewhat busy road between the condo and the beach which isn't obvious from the pictures. Traffic noise can be bothersome early morning/late evening if you are not used to living in a busy location. Overall it was one of the best most relaxing vacations I've had and the condo was a lovely home base in a very convenient location! Would definitely come back!

This is a beautifully decorated and fully stocked unit with the most amazing sunset views from the living room and balcony. It’s just a short walk across the street to the beach and conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The down sides to this condo are 1) it is at a very busy intersection so the traffic noise can be annoying 2) there is no elevator so you have to haul your luggage up two flights of stairs 3) the pool has absolutely no shade until late in the afternoon. The owners provided good information about the area with things to do and food recommendations. There is a great golf course, Manatee County Golf Course, just 15 minutes drive away. I found the owner a little rude when asking about any hurricane damage just after hurricane Ian went through south FL. I also had one issue during our stay where I felt the communication was lacking. Other than that our stay was outstanding and the property is very well maintained.

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island but it won't be our last! The location was perfect with just enough privacy on the beach but within walking distance to shops and dining. The atmosphere was great and the accommodations were on point!

We found the property very easily, ample parking in shaded area. Our property was on the upper level with no elevator (which wasn't a problem for us). Check in and check out went very smoothly. The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. One bedroom was a king with a private bathroom and one bedroom with a queen and twin bed with bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to make meals for yourself. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer for your use. They provided the dishwasher pods, dish soap and washer pods and dryer sheets, body wash, shampoo and condition (not quite enough for a week). Beach and shower towels were provided and aduqate. Linels (bedsheets and pillowcases) were also provided but no extras. LIghtweight umbrellas, beach chair and toys were found in a closet for use but some of the chairs were broken and needed to be replaced. The patio had a wonderful view of the beach and gulf water. We felt it was very quiet and a peaceful setting. The street can be noisy. The picture of the property makes it look like you are right on the beach but you have to cross a (sometimes busy)street to get to the beach. There is a private pool which looked nice but didn't use it. There was a trolley that you could jump on and view the entire area and get on and off at your leisure (free and coming through every 20 minutes). We visited restaurants each evening and there were so many choices. Restaurants were within walking distance. There is a Publix grocery store (trolley does stop near there) that we visited to get groceries. Prices at the grocery store, gas, and restaurants were expensive for those of us from the midwest.

My family had a great stay here and loved our quiet morning swims just across the street.

Condo was perfect. The cleaning crew tried to walk in 3 days early, they left when we said they had the wrong day. It was close to restaurants and the free trolley stopped right out front. A little noisy with the early morning traffic, but we’re early risers. Would come back, if we travel here again.

Our stay was amazing! The property was beautiful and the view of the sunsets from the balcony was breathtaking! The location was right across the street from the trolley stop which made it easy to get to the other end of the island, and it was close enough to walk to the shops on Bridge Street. It was also nice having the beach towels and chairs available for use. Would highly recommend this location.

What a wonderful vacation. Anna Maria Island is simply paradise. We couldn't have been happier with this condo. The location was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying essentially on the beach. I loved being able to wake up in the morning and walk directly to the beach and go for a long walk ... without ever having to put on shoes. How great is that? We rented a golf cart to get around for the week - which was great! We're glad we didn't decide to rent a car. The golf cart is so much more fun. We also enjoyed the proximity to the restaurants and shops in Bradenton Beach. We liked being able to walk to the restaurants in the evening without having to take out the golf cart. We really appreciated that there were beach chairs and beach towels provided so that we didn't have to come up with that for ourselves. It was also nice to be provided with laundry pods so we could throw in a load of laundry during the week. They really did think of everything. My husband and I would highly recommend this condo! It was clean, beautiful, wonderfully maintained and in a great location!

We stayed for a week at the beginning of October and are so happy that we did! You couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean. The apartment was clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We were also in a great location for walking to and from multiple restaurants, bars and shops. We would definitely come back again!

Overall wonderful experience. Condo was clean and met our needs just fine. The views of the beach were a delight all day and especially the sunsets! The downfalls were the stairs to the second floor and the very noisy street in front.

This condo has a great view of the beach. It's well appointed, with everything you need, including a washer a dryer. It has convenient parking under the building and is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We had a minor leak in the kitchen sink. Terry responded quickly to get it fixed. Wonderful place!

Everything was great about this condo except that it is located on the corner of a busy intersection and there is road noise 24x7. You are NOT located on the beach. You are located across the street from the beach. Do not except to sit on your balcony and listen to the waves. You will be listening to honking horns and truck mufflers. Everything else in terms of furnishings, beds, beach equipment, etc was great and overall we enjoyed our stay. We just prefer to be on the beach and not have to cross a busy street to get there.

This was a beautiful condo with plenty of space for my family to be comfortable. This is in a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and other entertainment! We would definitely come back!

Beach Sands is conveniently located across Blvd from beautiful beach. We really enjoyed the view and convenience. Could walk to many restaurants. A few upgrades needed, but very acceptable. Property manager was responsive to all questions.

This was a beautiful condo and met all of our needs! It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and it was so awesome that they had beach towels, chairs and boogie boards for the kids. From the pics I thought the condo was right on the beach. It’s not. You have to walk across the road. It’s a short walk. But it’s still a great location close to many restaurants and bars and we were able to walk everywhere or hop on the free trolley. We met a lot of other nice folks renting in the same building. The beach is private and was very nice. We didn’t mind walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs, it was good exercise everyday and we appreciated the view of the ocean from every room. The owner made check in and out a breeze.
