Condo was awesome and the beach was an easy trot across the street. We went the week of Labor Day so many of the food options in Mexico Beach had limited hours or were closed. Had to go to Port St Joe to eat every night.

A lovely condo with a great view of the Gulf. It also is a convenient home base for people like us interested in exploring the broader area. A+

I was a little nervous renting across the road from the beach, but this unit was closer and easier to get to & from the beach than previous places I’ve rented right on the beach.. The balcony is amazing! The couch is the best napping couch! Thinking about getting the exact one for my home. Would recommend to anyone heading to Mexico Beach!

This place is amazing! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The balcony and view is gorgeous and directly across from the beach with easy access. Beach is clean and not crowded. Very quiet and peaceful with a short 15 minute drive to Port St. Joe for dining, shopping, etc. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond with questions. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation that we won’t forget!

The condo is everything you see in the pictures! Very clean & beautiful! Very comfortable! Amazing balcony! Easy beach access making it great for coolers & wagons. Great people! Book it!

Photos of property do not do it justice. Impeccable taste and welcoming surroundings. Had a great visit and truly enjoyed our accommodations. We gave this trip to my parents for their Wedding Anniversary. Prior to Hurricane Michael in 2018, my parents visited Mexico Beach nearly every year for well over a decade. They really loved their return to Mexico Beach.

Only there for 3 days. Location and size of unit were very nice. Unit was clean and very nicely decorated. Would stay again if back that way.

To start, the pictures do not do it justice, it ended up being much larger and spacious than expected which was great. The owner was in constant communication and provided everything to make check in and check out go as smoothly as possible. The pool and hot tub are a great break when you don't want to go to the beach but still want to get out, we went in October so the pool was a bit chilly, but the hot tub made up for it. View from the balcony is great and the walk to the beach doesn't get much easier. Mexico Beach has a few smaller shops around for groceries, coffee, breakfast, etc. But port st Joe is close by with more, and Panama City isn't much further and makes a fun day trip. The location could fit up to 5-6 in beds, then easily more with air mattresses if you're coming with a family.

Everything was wonderful and as advertised. The process was seem less.

A definite 5-star review for The Club at Mexico Beach! Everything was just as it seemed in the pictures and the description. The place was immaculate (both the condo and the property in general). The kitchen cupboards had everything needed for your stay. The view is beautiful and the deck is large and furnished with a variety of chairs and tables to enjoy the ocean sights and sounds. Beach access is steps away and the beach was very clean. Check-in/out with Susie was easy with no hassles. There are even carts and an elevator to get your things to the upper levels. If you are looking for a stress free beach vacation, this is the place to go!!

We spend a lot of time trying to find accessible places for our special needs son with cerebral palsy. We never thought the beach could be this accessible!! The condo has all wood floors and is very open for all 3 of our children to move and play. The master bedroom was a major plus - the twin bed was just perfect for our little guy and the room is massive! The tub was perfect too! I have never been so close to the beach before! The water is only steps away from the ramped boardwalk. The elevator is big and always worked - wasn’t slow. The pool and hot tub were also perfect for our family’s needs. We also loved the underground parking - didn’t have to be in the rain or heat while tying to get my son in/out of the car. We loved how accessible everything was!!!!! We WILL be coming back! We want 3K AND 3E next time, we will be bringing more family!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I came down for our honeymoon for a week. We had a wonderful time! The owner left a very nice card and delicious bottle of wine for us on the counter, which was a lovely gesture. The pool was wonderful, although the hot tub was scorching. Everything was very clean and up to date. We plan on making this an annual trip to celebrate our honeymoon! Thank you, Clements’ family, for your hospitality!

The view and condo were amazing! No better place to see the sunsets. Love Mexico beach and how quite it was. We will be back

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is very roomy and had everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay here again if available when we visit!

This was our first time staying at The Club at Mexico Beach and we absolutely loved it! The condo was just like the pictures and the view from the large balcony was gorgeous. This was our second trip to Mexico beach and we love it. The condo is so beautiful and clean! The decor is so beachy and inviting. Great beach view from the large balcony. Any where you are standing in the condo ( except bathroom and back bedroom, of course) you can look out and see the ocean. You can walk to local restaurants or convenient store. If you've never been to Mexico beach, check this lovely condo out. You won't be disappointed. The owners are so friendly and very quick to respond to your needs or questions.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Clements family condo that has three bedrooms and three baths. Three of us girls had a get-a-way week and rested, took advantage of the beach, ocean and pool!!!!!!!!! The unit was a little big for the three of us, but it was awesome having our own bathrooms. The unit slept several people, but we did not mind having it to just the three of us. I love the fact that outside our door was the sauna and pool. The pool was so clean, we saw it serviced every day, no wonder. Mexico Beach and surrounding areas had some great restaurants we visited. Shipwreck was our favorite and was on the beach rode close to the condo. If you need a large beautiful condo to have a girls outing, this is the place! I am looking forward to next year.

We had a fabulous stay in Mexico Beach. The unit was warm and inviting with relaxing beach vibes. The view from the balcony was breath taking. Comfy beds and great amenities. Pool was nice just a little cool this time of year. Only recommendation would be not slip pad under rugs in living/ dining area and a bath mat outside shower in master bath.

This condo definitely has one (if not the best) patio decks in the entire complex! The deck is very spacious with lots of seating and able to enjoy the sunset! The walk to the beach was very convenient with easy access directly across the street. The condo was very nice, well taken care of and met all our needs. The second bedroom is a bit small (for two teens to share) but the pull out sofa (with a comfortable mattress) was a great option! A few suggestions for improvement would be to put rubber mats under your rugs--very slippery. Provide a broom and dustpan for quick sand cleanups, and it would be helpful for more specific television/cable instructions and channel guides. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It's obvious you've put much thought and care into making it a nice place for people to come and relax and enjoy Mexico Beach!

I loved our stay at this condo! Beautiful view of the beach. We were here over Christmas so many restaurants closed for the holiday or season so you should plan on bringing food . Short drive to Port Saint Joe for more nightlife. Very quiet relaxing place. I highly recommend it!

This place was wonderful!! The pictures didn't do it justice!! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The elevator was very close to the room and had a great view of the gulf. Also the location was near several great places to eat. Would recommend it highly!!!

We were thrilled with the property and the location related to the beach - so much so that we really did not want to leave!! The views were fabulous and unit was incredibly clean and spacious and met our needs perfectly. We loved the seating on the deck as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and a good break from the beach when needed. The town is very small and this is exactly what we wanted; we virtually had the beach to ourselves and we were able to explore both Port St. Joe and Panama City Beach during our trip as well. Try Mr. G's taco truck (we went more than once!) and Shipwreck Raw Bar (out of town towards Port St. Joe) for both a great meal and divine key lime pie. Toucan's was also good. Regret that we did not make it to Killer Seafood. Mango Marley's kept us entertained with music and political discussion. The owner of this unit was so incredibly friendly and helpful and answered all questions very promptly. HIGHLY recommend this property!! Could not have been happier - thank you so much!!

Mexico Beach in Oct. is our NEW fall getaway plan! The weather and water were perfect! Our stay at The Club only made it better. Easy in and out off Hwy. 98 was quick with covered parking. Condo 3E provided plenty of room for my wife and I and our 2 teenage sons. The balcony was my favorite place to 'Hang Out' each evening. The view from unit 3E balcony allows for unobstructed view of the beach located across Hwy. 98. Each evening my wife and I would sit outside and enjoy the ocean sounds. It didn't take us long to notice the local police making scheduled checks around MB, driving up and down the highway. We quickly made a game of it and with almost pinpoint accuracy, could time his next pass. 'I know it's corny but we don't get out much......LOL!' We will definitely get back to MB soon and hopefully stay at The Club, Unit 3E.

This was our first time to visit Mexico Beach and we will be back. It was so nice and relaxing. The condo was BEAUTIFUL! The beachy decor throughout the condo was so nice and tastefully done. Clean and comfy, everything. The deck was large and had a great view of the ocean. We loved it.

This condo was exceptionally nice. Everything was spotless and it had all we needed for a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom had a wonderful view of the beach and on a clear night you could see the stars and hear the waves without ever getting out of the big, extra comfortable bed. We found several great places to eat. Be sure and get some fish tacos from Killer's Seafood and visit Mango Marley's for some Jamaica Me Crazy Chips and a Kahuna burger. Delicious!! Mexico Beach is a quiet little town where you can really enjoy the sun, surf & sand without all the crowds and traffic. Thanks Susie for making our stay so enjoyable.
