Responsiveness of Vacasa to items left in condo

Old dog poop left in the living room and it was a no pet rental. People didn't come clean it until two days. There was no parking for trailers and people in the condo area were rude. We were told to park in an area and snow was plowed there. Had to ask others that were not part of the condo place to get answers. It was NOT walking distance like it said.

location was great for our visit

hidden fees, ability to use TV in the living room and coffee maker. had a water issue with the main bathroom and were not able to use the bath tub

Lots of sleeping areas for 4 people. Kitchen and laundry were nice to have.

Details did not say it was second and third level; would have been nice to know.
