Located in a condo complex right next to the hotel - just a short walk away. Willie was an amazing host - very responsive and helpful. Condo very nice and well maintained - we were very comfortable!

We had a wonderful family spring break trip to Puerto Rico. The condo was very spacious and well-equipped for our extended family of 6. The pools, the view, and the proximity to thehotel resort were PERFECT!

This is our favorite villa. It gets harder to leave and return home each year. Priscilla is so helpful with everything. We have already booked for next year!

It could not have been more wonderful! Place was more than big enough for the three couples and the location was “the bomb!” We were on the second floor right on the beach…it was clean and we had a wonderful check in experience…add to that that the villa is within the compound of the Wyndham Resort, which a great casino and good food…we felt so safe while staying there. We plan on staying there again the next time we go to Puerto Rico. Bonus that it was so close to the Yunque Rain Forest! We loved our stay there!

We loved our stay at the villa. It's exactly as pictured and described. The location couldn't be better. Just a short walk to the Wyndham Grand's tiki hut bars and dining. The ocean was a little too rough to swim but we enjoyed using the pools and hot tub daily. We will be back.

This Villa was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint that I have is about the towel rack on the balcony. It was mounted on the wall outside and could hold all of our wet towels/bathing suits when we returned from the pool/beach. We used this rack every day. Towards the end of our stay we were told that we are not allowed to hang towels off of the balcony (which would be very tacky) and we never did that. Turns out we weren’t allowed to hang towels on the rack which is tucked against the wall. I would suggest getting rid of the towel rack or making it know that we aren’t allowed to use it.

We were a group of 6 adults and this condo was the perfect size. The location can’t be beat! The view from the balcony was just like the pictures. The pool area was clean and quiet and the perfect place to relax. Having access to the resort was great for when you wanted a frozen concoction served to you and for a daily morning yoga session ( just to name a few). The condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked - we really have no complaints. We’ll be staying here again the next time we come to PR. Loved it!

The villa was the perfect place for our multi-generation family vacation. Location is perfect, right on the beach and beautiful pools and a hot tub. The villa itself worked perfectly and was well stocked with everything we needed. Pricilla is a fantastic hosted and super responsive to all our questions.

No TVs in bedrooms, air conditioning was barely tolerable, beds were terrible. Love the location but for the price, expected much more.

We had a lovely stay at Ocean Villas. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The views from the balcony and proximity to the infinity pool and beach were amazing. Thank you for making it easy to plan our stay and for making sure we had everything we needed when we checked in.

The villa had superb views of the beach and pools. It was well stocked with bath and beach towels + kitchen had pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. Dishwasher and washing machine made clean up easy. Willie, Priscilla and Phil responded quickly and throughly to all our questions. Building exterior needs a refresher. Building interior is dated but well maintained. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

This was the perfect property for our family for our daughter's wedding week/weekend. With family and friends staying at the Wyndham we loved the close proximity and the beach views and pool options with this villa were outstanding. The villa was very clean and well equipped with kitchen items, beach chairs and toys and the owners were very flexible with early entry and great communication. We would highly recommend to others! My family stayed at Willie’s place for my wedding. It was very close to the beach with beautiful views. Everything was very clean and as pictured. Check in and check out was simple. I absolutely recommend any large groups to stay here!

Before our trip, the owner (Willie) was great to work with and answered all our 'many' questions. The property manager (Prescilla) was awesome! She was very nice and contacted us before we even got to the Villa, giving us a heads up on traffic. She met us at the property, showed us around, gave us information about places to go and responded right away anytime we had a question. The smoke alarm had gone off a few times one night, and she was there the very next morning replacing it. Our group was 8 women from HS celebrating our 60th birthdays. We cannot stress enough how beautiful this place is. The Villa is actually bigger than the pictures portray. Plenty of room for 8-10 peeps. The view is breathtaking. The Wyndham is right next door for casino, beach bar, music, food, nightlife, etc. Perfect!! We went on several excursions including the RainForest, Old San Juan, Night Kayak and ATVs. But, we loved the property the best with the views, palm trees, beach, ocean, pools and hot tub. We did not want to leave. Prescilla suggested Carabali Bar and Grill for dinner. This was close to the Villa and did not disappoint. All the food was great and the place is so cool. Richies is up the hill from the Villa. We had a pretty good dinner there also and the views, WOW!! We all take a large trip once a year. Each year it is somewhere different. But, this is the first time we said we would like to come back to this exact spot again, and we will!!!! We had a great first trip to Puerto Rico! The condo was spacious and perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). Beautiful view. Easy access to parking, pool, beach. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach towels and gear. Laid back, quiet environment. It felt remote, but an easy drive to El Yunque, Luquillo, Ceiba, Old San Juan. Priscilla was a great host and very easy to communicate with during our stay. We have no complaints!

Had a great time! Looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time staying here with our family (aged 10-72). The pool and beach are beautiful, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. One issue is that there is only one remote for the garage, which you need both to get in and out, making logistics more complicated if you have multiple cars/plans in your group, but the manager was very responsive and got us a second remote for a visitor lot to help with that. We were visiting during a particularly windy time, so the beach wasn’t great for swimming, but the waves were fun to play in, and it is shallow for a long way, making it feel safe in spite of the strong currents we had. We went to Vieques on the ferry for the biobay and snorkeling, which was much easier than the internet had us believe, and Vieques was amazing.

This was our second time at Villa Escape and it is by far the nicest villa we have ever stayed in and we have been going to Rio Mar for 25 years. Priscilla was so helpful with anything we needed. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!!! Hard to leave.

Property was great! Had an issue with hot water, but they had a plumber in and fixed it pronto. Definitely stay there again!

Property is as described on website. The view is spectacular and the condo is very spacious and comfortable. It was clean and had sufficient amenities for us to cook our meals. The staff at the resort were fantastic and very accommodating. The property manager was there to check us in and show us the property. We would return here for another visit.

The condo and grounds were just as pictured and the place was so quiet and peaceful. There were very few other people around, so we had the pools and beach to ourselves most of each day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
