We spent a another memorable week at the Ritz Carlton Residences. Our unit had all the essentials for a great vacation. It was clean and very comfortable. The owner was attentive and very easy to communicate with. The views of the inter coastal both day and night were breathtaking and will not soon be forgotten. The staff at the Ritz are exceptional from the front desk to the pool staff and the front gate guards. Looking forward to our next great experience.

The condo was beautiful and the view was great. Staff at the Ritz was excellent especially with "my pleasure" after each thank you. My only issue was the lack of liquid soap to wash hands, especially for the kitchen, and a cleaner for the countertops.

The property is as appears in the pictures, every bedroom and the main living area have access to the wrap around patio with a tremendous view! October is considered the off season, so it's almost like having a private resort to yourselves, only 6 guests on the beach on an 88 degree day. The Ritz is located within walking distance of shops that have everything you may need during your stay.

The Ritz, Residence is truly a five-star experience. from the moment we entered the guard gate to the moment we left.. The staff at the pool and beach were so helpful. There is a restaurant on property which was delightful.. The condo had the most spectacular views of the intercoastal. The kitchen was well equipped, and the condo was immaculate.. The condo is modern , filled with beautiful light! This is a must stay ! We will be back !

Our family has stayed at the Ritz almost every August for the last 10 years and this condo ranks as one of the best we have rented. It’s beautifully decorated (I love the white look), very clean, quiet and well-appointed. It’s also one of the best locations in terms of view. In particular, the beds were very comfortable with lovely linens (which you don’t always find) and the lounge had very comfortable seating. It was a pleasure renting through David’s Rentals and he was very accommodating. We will try to rent this condo again next year, if it’s available for our stay. Thank you!

Great setting for the family to come together for our yearly vacation. Facilities and staff were outstanding. Coffee available to guests in the lobby in the morning and water and sunscreen available at the pool made for a hassle less vacation.

We definitely will be coming back.

The Ritz Carlton Singer Island is a spectacular property if you want relaxation. It is a 5-star quality property but the units are huge residences, not little hotel rooms.

The condo was very gorgeous, pristine and modern. It needs some splashes of color. The view from the balcony is amazing. However, the pictures on the vrbo description show lounge chairs which were not there at all. There was only a table with no chairs. The very large balcony was empty. This was disappointing as we always like to have coffee and breakfast on the balcony when on vacation in Florida. When I messaged the owner to inquire on vrbo I never received a response. My husband tried to use the whirlpool tub but it had little black funk in water probably as a result of water sitting in the jets from not being used often. The Ritz Carlton property and service were fantastic.

My 3 daughters and 2 year old granddaughter stayed at the Ritz Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach for six glorious days! Our Condo was spectacular…..so much more beautiful than the pictures! It was wonderfully spacious, immaculately clean, impeccably decorated and beautifully equipped! Our check-in was seamless as was the check out. The entire staff, from Security at the gate, Reception, the pool and beachfront attendants, were beyond friendly and welcoming. Although our view was not of the spectacular pools, surrounded by equally spectacular fountains and lush gardens or of the incredible private beach and Ocean, it was wonderful all the same. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the busy inter coastal boating activity on our side and the busy, but quiet, hum of the street below. We loved everything about our ‘ ‘home away from home’ and can’t wait to visit again!

Where to even start?! If you’re considering renting this place, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed. Our family (my husband, two kids, and in-laws) rented David’s magnificent Ritz condo on Singer Island and had the best experience. 1) Ease of booking and comms with our host: the booking process was very seamless and David couldn’t have been more responsive to my questions. As soon as we booked on VRBO, he contacted us with any questions we had. And he communicated with us regularly during our stay to make sure everything was going well. 2) The condo: it was breathtaking! Everything was modern, comfortable, and immaculate. It was surprisingly expansive as well, with a large and well stocked kitchen and an incredible balcony with panoramic views of the intercoastal waterway. The condo comfortably accommodated the six of us and exceeded our expectations. It also has a W/D. 3) The property and surrounding area: located directly on the beach in Singer Island, the Ritz Residences are what you would expect with the brand. The pools were immaculately kept, and the service team (cafe/bar, pool deck/towel service) were so friendly and incredibly attentive to all our needs. The beach itself is very well groomed and offered chairs/umbrellas for your comfort. Other great amenities included for free: a state-of-art gym, four gas grills, and a movie theatre. The surrounding area had lots of restaurants within walking distance. Book this place! Thank you, David!

We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton. The property is fantastic, and the staff is extremely friendly. This was a perfect location for a family vacation.

The location on the beach is perfect, and the ammenities, particularly the pool and beach service makes for a hotel like stay with the benefits of a kitchen and more living space. The apartment itself is clean, has a nice layout and great finishes. I would definitely return.

At check-in, we were taken to the wrong unit as the communication from the host listed the incorrect unit number. When the key would not open the door, we then determined that we were at the wrong door. After finally getting in the correct unit, it was very nice. The view was amazing. We soon discovered that there were only 3 total wash clothes for bathing for 3 bathrooms. After contacting the host again, they informed us they did not supply wash clothes and the front desk did not either. We then were forced to go but wash clothes for the unit. This situation was not listed or communicated in the rental for this unit. Overall it was a nice unit with a few issues with the host.

The unit is beautiful. The swimming pool decks and access to the ocean is excellent: serene, well-attended, and beautiful.

Our stay was phenomenal! We truly cannot wait to come back. We typically are in Maui for Thanksgiving but have always wanted to explore Florida so we switched it up this year… and our stay did not disappoint! The unit is immaculate, the staff is beyond friendly, the grounds are luxurious and the amenities are over the top! Private movie theater with access to all the streaming options, pool and beach attendants with lounge chairs and umbrellas on the sand, a beautiful gym, even a billiard room that you can reserve! The Ritz overlooks nothing! Everything about this stay has our whole family raving (even talking about buying here some day). We’re enormous fans for life!

A quick Labor Day getaway with my daughter and her friend. The unit was beautiful and perfect for us! Everything we needed was right there and the location was close to everything else. The staff at the Ritz was wonderful. It was the perfect getaway before starting school for the year. We will definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this luxurious condo. Our party had 4 adults, however there was a high chair/crib and pack and play that would surely accommodate a family with children if needed. I cannot say enough about the condo, beautiful interior with high end finishes. The kitchen is well appointed, has everything you need to prepare meals. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are 2 spacious full baths, a half bath as well as a large laundry room. The views from this 19th floor unit are spectacular with a large wrap around balcony with views for miles. The amenities the property has to offer are amazing with 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, very comfortable lounge chairs and seating areas to enjoy the outside. The beach is easily accessible from the lower pool. All chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers of ice water are included along with helpful pool and beach attendants to assist with whatever you may need. The fitness room is well equipped and open 24/7. I would highly recommend this host and hope to return again soon!!

Highly recommend! From start to finish everything was a breeze and pleasant. Property owners/managers were very responsive and nice to deal with, property staff were very friendly and attentive. Traveled with my young family and all had a wonderful time. Looking forward to going back!

Excellent place, spacious, comfortable, super clean and with all requirements that you can imagine. A very good attention at the resort. very kind people. Better than it appears on the pictures, and than we expected. Recommended for any family and totally sure that we will return soon.
