The property was clean, well stocked, and spacious for my family of five. The area was nice for jogging and the kids enjoyed the pool. Grocery near by and the owner was communicative/responsive. Will definitely be back!

First off Mary Lynn is super easy to deal with, check in was great and the place you can not ask for a best place.

At it was perfect. Clean, modern and well maintained. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The entrance was seamless and would love to stay there again.

We had an awesome time and experience at this house. Plenty of room for myself and my family great for little kids. Lots of room for them to crawl around and be kids. My children loved the pool! Easy location to get in and out to nearby stores definitely recommend and if available will be staying there again!

My mom is partly disabled and gets around in a walker and wheelchair - I needed to find a place that was easy for her and this was perfect. The house is well stocked with everything you need and in a very convenient location

This lovely cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is well-maintained and had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool, walking paths and playground - all close to the cottage. The owner was very responsive and provided all the information we needed. I would definitely rent here again.

Our 14 year old son played in Summer Nationals at PGA National. This condo is literally right around the corner. The beautiful community is gated, so we felt very safe. We took advantage of the pool one of our days and enjoyed ourselves. There were a couple of other families there with us, but the pool area was big enough that we didn't feel crowded. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfy that I am actually missing it back here at home! The kids slept well on the beds in the guestroom, as well. I cooked a few meals, and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils I required. The washer/dryer is a bit smaller than what we have at home, but we were able wash everything we needed. The owner is very thorough in giving information needed and was prompt and courteous in communicating with us. Our family would highly recommend a stay here!

We have stayed at this cottage for around 4 months. Communication with the owner is excellent and when raised concerns due to very minor malfunctioning items she has arranged for replacements and/or fixes very promptly. Great area for walks, golf and nearby wildlife observations points. Thank you!

I stayed at this beautiful cottage with my family. We loved the location and how tidy it was. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The hostess was very responsive and delightful to communicate with. I will definitely be back and will be staying here again in the future.

The property was perfect for our family of four and was centrally located for all of our planned activities of golf, beach, walks, eating and drinking. The cottage was exactly as shown in the photographs. Each bedroom was comfortable and the kids rooms, with queen beds, was large enough for our two daughters. We ate breakfast at the cottage each morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. All appliances in good working order and plenty of dishes so we didn't have to run dishwasher every day. Bathroom were also perfectly fine for us with great water pressure and enough space that we could get turned around after the beach for dinner. At the end of our stay, we felt like we were leaving home to head back north. .The owner was proactive in communication and all of our questions were answered without even needing to ask. She kept in contact by email during our stay making sure that all was well...which it was!
