Great location, great pool! Really enjoyed seeing dolphins in the channel behind the place. Access to beach is very convenient within walking distance. Most everything provided for the stay. Only negative would be a bit outdated and needed a deep cleaning.

We had a nice stay at this home. We had a few questions for Chris and he was always available to take my call. Very responsive. Other then the home decor being somewhat outdated it met all of our needs and perfect for our family. Beautiful view from the bedroom and family room. Loved seeing the water everyday.

We have spent the most fantastic week at this property on Marcos Island. It really was the highlight of our 3 week holiday in the USA. The house was superb. The location on the waterfront with a wonderful swimming pool was idyllic. We saw dolphins and caught many different types of fish off our private jetty. The beaches are a 6 minute walk away and have perfect white sand and clear waters. We went into the Everglades on an airboat trip and took a boat tour of the islands. I cannot recommend this property enough for location and facilities. Thank you.

Property is in a beautiful area seen dolphins every morning , great fishing from the dock . We did kayak behind the house . Everyone enjoyed it . Only complain I would have as a a family who cooks a lot desperately needs pots and pans everything sticks badly . Other than that house / pool are amazing .

Wonderful place to stay in southwest Florida! The house is spacious with lots of amenities. The view of the canal is gorgeous. We had a great time relaxing, exploring town, visiting the beaches, and watching dolphins jumping in the canal!

We’ve been coming to Marco Island for 7 years. This was by far the best house we rented so far. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. You had a gorgeous view from every room. The view from the lanai was unbelievable, facing the vast canal. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and birds. So many ways to enjoy the outdoors with patio furniture, loungers, and a dining table set. We are beach lovers and this house was very close to the public beach access and walking to the beach was quick and enjoyable. We always said hello to the little owls nesting at the end of the street. Chris was a great host and was very easy to reach and returned your calls promptly.

The home is located in a beautiful area. The heated pool and deck was everything we needed for a wonderful visit. The beach is very close for those who like to spend time there. Chris is very responsive with any questions. I would recommend this home for anyone who just wants to get away and enjoy the outdoors with peace and quiet!

Great house for our family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Great layout. Enjoyed meals on the lanai. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent location and view.

Plenty of space outside to enjoy the florida weather. Fishing is a bonus having caught ten different varieties. Enjoy !

Good rental that is close to everything and has amazing views . Property was clean, beds were comfortable, but definitely needs some TLC. We were there for our son's wedding. Enjoyed our visit.

The house was not immaculate but in very good condition. It was very clean and had nearly everything we needed besides groceries. The best part about the place was the location. The view from the pool is spectacular and we were even lucky enough to see a dolphin swim right up to the seawall and catch fish just feet away from us. We also saw a manatee swim by right along the seawall one day. Soaking in the screened in pool while looking out over the bay is exactly what we were looking for. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac with an empty lot next door so it was especially quiet. At night you heard mostly wildlife when outside by the pool. Barely any traffic noise and only occasionally some music or conversation way in the distance floating across the bay. It was also very convenient for two adult couples. The master bedroom was on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and a shared bathroom were on the other side which afforded some privacy and some relief from our snoring friends (and I'm sure they would agree), :). A public beach is a pretty short walk away (although there isn't a bathroom at that beach so we drove to the one on the south end of the island most days). I would definitely recommend this place and intend to come back if it's available the next time we are in town.

The house was in a great location and the views were outstanding. The walk to the beach is .5 miles and has no traffic to worry about. The house could use some updating overall and could potentially be a 5 star property. I’d stay here again just for the location alone,

We have always loved Marco Island and decided to stay the week instead of just a day trip like we had in the past. This property was beautiful. It has something for everyone. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, and multiple walks to the beach as the property is so close! Chris was easy to get ahold of and answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent all our time out on the Lanai or in the pool. Which has a beautiful view of the canal. Saw dolphins, did some fishing and caught several varieties of fish. Would definitely come back.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. The location is spectacular - a short walk to the beach, a 5-6 minute drive to most restaurants, and a beautiful view from every room and the sizable pool. The owner is incredibly responsive - returned my call almost immediately. Just a great experience!

This property is about a 6 to 8 minute walk to a public access point to the beach. Plus the view from the pool area overlooking a small bay is wonderful and very relaxing. Chris was very accommodating and responsive. We had a great stay.
