Great location. Great facilities. Everything could have wanted.

The home was very cozy and beautiful. The hot tub was nice and hot, also was not too chlorinated. The whole place is very relaxing. The third room, however, was probably meant to be an office or something else because there is a skylight right above the bed and is the only way to access the backyard. Just designate someone whole likes to wake up by 6am in that room or do not occupy the room at all. Also, when it was windy the whole room creeked since the room is up against a giant Redwood tree. Other than those main complaints, we had a really relaxing time at this beautiful home.

Great house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very clean and outstanding location.

My family and I loved this house. It was roomy, spacious and a great layout for everyone to enjoy. The location was perfect as we were close to the Main Street and a quick drive to Rio Nido. The house was very clean and had a lot of amenities. Would love to stay here again. The hot tub was a great perk for the kiddos to enjoy. Recommend for a family who's vacationing or large group!

Great location and space for a family vacation!

For the place/location itself, I give a 4-star. But for experience I had with the customer and cleaning service, I have to give a 1 star. We checked in on 12/24 and the first thing we noticed our duvet cover had couple big stain spots which are very obvious. So I contacted the customer service and they told me they would check with their Homecare team about this issue. Louis, a rep from the Homecare team told me that they didn’t have any spare cover to replace so they need to purchase a new one. But since it’s holiday so they won’t be able to get me a new one which I totally understood. So I waited until 12/26 which most retails open and expected he will deliver a new duvet cover to us as soon as he can purchase one (which was what he promised) since we are checking out on 12/27. Eventually, he failed to deliver nor even contacted me that he wasn’t able to get one. There was no follow up or what so ever. We were pissed that he made an empty promise that caused us to wait for him the whole day!! Secondly, there was a leak in the living room. For those who are thinking about booking this property, please think twice and be prepared to deal with situation like this!

Overall house was great and met our needs. Awning above stair to top floor may need work, strong winds made stairway shake.

We rented two homes in the area but opted to gather at this property for grilling and board games. We grilled veggies inside and found an abundance of pans (including 3 cast irons) and used the propane grill in the backyard for burgers. Wonderful!
