The house is much larger than the pictures make it seem and the views are great!

The kitchen and living room is a perfect hang out spot and the patio was the main area where we hung out in the evening since there was a beautiful view. The casitas with the two little studios are amazing. I had my friends who were couples stay there and Jaír was he privacy they wanted. Overall I enjoy the home a lot. The one down side is there is about a 200 ft walk to the beach. Not easy to run up to the house to grab more beer or something so make sure you pack an ice chest when you go to the beach

The AC did not work in any area of the house except for the West Apartment. The listing states WIFI and Washer/Dryer it has neither. Several of my guests left cover in bug bites after first night home is infested with something. I would not recommend this property for the money. I have received no response from rental company regarding these issues. Don't plan on using BBQ either both are rusted out **** and don't work
