Excellent place to stay in Civitavecchia. We stayed two nights before boarding our Cruise and couldn't have asked for anything else. Stefano and the rest of the staff were amazing, we felt welcomed all throughout our stay, and they made every possible effort to make our stay pleasurable. We would strongly recommend anyone to stay there and can't thank Stefano and his staff enough for his hard work, friendly atmosphere and willingness to help. Keep up the good work!

Breakfast was available next door and good but minimal.

Initial access is limited to a pre-determined time frame. While close to train station and ship docks, the taxi fares were just as high as if you were a further distance away. The front of building and balconies are under renovation: no real view anyway.

Excellent location, a nice square with beautiful restaurants 2 mins walk from hotel. Very good location for pre-cruise night as its within walking distance of cruise shuttle bus. Andrea in reception was extremely helpful and welcoming,

Cleanliness and space of rooms

Access arrangements. We found it complicated and stressful when arriving late at night.

Right in the middle of town and just across the street from the Boardwalk, but completely quiet at night. Room was spotless, owner was very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants within easy walk. Short drive to some great beaches.

Parking is a bit difficult. A little difficult to find at first

Great landlord. Beautiful room, clean, nicely decorated. Organic cosmetics in bathroom. Very comfotable shower. Marvelous bed. Close to centre, close to beach and beach night life. Best accomodation during our roadtrip in Italy. Will definitely return.

The room was very clean and had new furniture and a big bathroom. I appreciated the ecological products (soap, shower gel...) in the bathroom. The bed was good. There was no street noise - absolutely quiet in the night - but I could hear the receptionist talking in the morning; as I was awake at this time it was no problem for me. The breakfast in a bar next to the hotel was ok for the price. Although I had printed a map, I had problems to find the entrance what also had to do with the fact that I couldn’t see street signs of the surrounding alleys. While on phone with him, Stefano directed me to the house. Like other guests already wrote, the hotel is very close to the harbour, in the center (nice restaurants and shops around) and in walking distance to the train station. The wifi worked fast.

I am a smoker and not one of the kind who expects waiters to empty the ashtray every five minutes. But the ashtrays on the hotel terrace were too full.... The aircon starts automatically, when you put in the card. In my opinion and for ecological reasons the standard should be “aircon off” and the guests should be shown or told, how to turn it on. But my opinion might not be representative.
