El localización es inmejorable.

El sofá cama es bastante incómodo. Aunque esté anunciado para 4 personas, lo mejor que es que vayan dos, puesto que es pequeño (tal cual se indica) y el sofá cama no es nada cómodo.

La posizione, la pulizia ...tutto molto comodo e accogliente.

The location of the flat was great and it was easy to locate. You have plenty of amenities downstairs. The flat was also cosy and you have all your basics inside. Hosts were really great, and checked on us constantly. Was also communicative and we got alot of good recommendations from them.

The cleanliness can be improved, or if you are not too particular, bring your own bedroom slippers.

A lot of humidity in the room and not proper windows.

Location is outstanding, plenty happening in La Spezia during summer. Close to the station , easy access to Cinque Terre.

The location was very comfortable and central. Very convenient for visiting Cinque Terre.

The neighborhood was a bit noisy. Parking was a bit difficult.

It was very easy, direct and clear instructions given prior to arrival. Thanks Leo or property management team to provide suffice information to ease on entering to the property.

In the quiet living room for all the guests to use, there was an electric kettle with a nice selection of tea and instant coffee. Also a water dispenser with UV light to kill any bacteria that might be in the water. Delicious tasting water. The reception was in a different building, in the same square. The building we stayed in was for sale. It took both of us to figure out exactly what was going on- and we are both college graduates.

Beautiful apartment with all you need for a nice stay

Being in a 1st floor without elevator can be tricky to carry the bags

the apartment is very conveniently located, 5 mins walk from the train station and few meters from Piazza Garibaldi, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You can reach all main attractions in La Spezia very easily (10 min walk to the castello San Giorgio, 15 min walk to the port/boat cruises). Supermarket is just downstairs from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped, the owner left for us coffee and tea. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to cook (we didn't, the restaurants were all so good...)

Great location, spacious apt, recycling made easy, washing machine, and had hangars (always appreciated)!
