We returned to Al’s place in Sunny Isles and loved it as much as always! Our stay was perfect in every way. Al is a gracious host and has everything set up just right. The condo has the perfect layout with two bedrooms, stocked kitchen, and luxurious living room area. The main attraction is of course the balcony with stunning view over the beach and ocean. The location is a major draw as well, with very nice beaches but also nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And of course Miami, the Everglades, and Key West are great for day trips, which we enjoyed during this stay. We will be back again next year and would 100% return to Al’s place!

Al was always readily available if needed but thankfully we didn't have to bother him other than first and last days as everything was in place for us. This place was amazing! Did not even have to leave to enjoy the beach. Al was an amazing host and went above what he needed to do. I will definitely be returning again!!

My family just spent a week in this property and felt like being home. The locations is convenient when staying with kids because can take elevator down and be already by the pool, or beach and as kids ready for nap just go upstairs and rest. I am saying this from my experience - we stayed with the 1 year old infant who still takes 2 naps a day, and felt very comfortable there. The condo is very nice with beautiful views, well maintained and with everything you need. The location is great with walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, playground and in first line of the beach. Al is a great host, very responsive and good communicator. This property is amazing! The condo had plenty of space, was super clean and the host was amazing! Communication was excellent, condo had everything that we needed and the location was perfect. We will be reserving this condo again in the future!

Beautiful property, wonderful host! Our host was very easy to communicate with, always available to respond. Apartment is very clean, newly renovated and had everything we needed. Kids were very impressed with huge 95" TV in the lounge :) thank you for hosting us at your property!

Beautiful views and beautiful water to swim in. Al was the best host ever and there to answer any questions at any time. Condo had everything we needed, and close to restaurants and stores for shopping that you can easily walk to.

I am a 10 year long time visitor to Sunny Isles Beach, and have stayed at many of the properties and hotels in the area, but Al's condo was by far like no other, it was even better than the pictures, bright and very spacious. I have tried in the past to book this condo, but I was always too late, so I booked this very early this time. The condo was spotless, and the view from each room was breathtaking, panoramic, direct ocean front, but what I like the most is to sit on the balcony which jets out to the ocean so you do not have any obstructed views. Had my morning coffee every morning in my PJs because it is so private. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare complicated meals with ease. Extremely easy access to the beach and pool, just an elevator ride down and we were there. The beach is pristine, it is groomed daily by the city. There is also a beach bar that offers lunch and cocktails with surprisingly affordable pricing. Al as a host was extremely polite and responsive, within minutes our questions were answered. He also provided us with detailed information prior to our arrival. the trip was very relaxing and stress free. I loved this place so much, I am already booked for my next stay.

He suggested for us to "relax" somewhere else while the property is being cleaned. He was rude and disrespectful for our plans to watch a game, eat dinner and settle in. Property was not ready until 7 pm. Our plans for the night were ruined. We paid almost $1,000 per day and expected a great deal more. If you read fine print, we would be responsible for late checkout but he refused to compensate us for the ruined first night and called our request for compensation "blackmail". Streaming services were not setup, linens were worn out, second bath was more appropriate for motel. Property and services are not worth the price.

Location was great. This is on the 21st floor and is the best room of any on the floor. The room is spacious and centered with best front and side view of beach and ocean. This is by far the best feature. Access from both bedrooms to balcony. Nice pool and hot tub on beach level, and we could see they were regularly maintained. Easy walk right to the nicely sloped sandy beach. Very clean beaches. They do have coffee shop, outdoor bar, indoor eating area. Opened times for these were limited, and staffing did their best. Staff was very friendly. As for negatives: TV's did not have universal remotes. One for volume, one for soundbar, one for channels, and the big TV had very little HD. The room needs work. Very dated popcorn ceiling, a loud dehumidifier that you had to empty regularly, doors were hard to pull open and be careful for the toe stubber - the 2" lip on bottom of all three sliding doors. Wind would make an annoying high pitch whistling noise as it blew thru doors at night, which made it difficult to sleep on two nights. It is much windier on 21st floor. Door lock system needs extra care to lock because door does not seal tightly, master bath shower door opens into and hits shower head, mater bath sink stuck in closed position. Chairs on balcony area cracked and in poor condition. Chaise lounge has lost its spring. It is uncomfortable and be careful,you may fall thru. Overall this is a beautiful condo,but not worth the additional dollars due to condition of the room.

Quick access to sand and waves with a fantastic view of ocean sunrises. Four sisters living far apart from each other connected for three short days, to enjoy the warmth, with toes in the sand and nothing to do except talk and confide with each other and explore the area. Al was quick to respond to all my questions beforehand, and their questions during their stay. Al was easily reached 24/7 and even called me when the girls did not call as requested for their early 10 o'clock check in. They had some difficulties first with the car and second they understood call AFTER ten not call AT ten, obviously my goof as I understood Al but failed to communicate the fact to my girls. All enjoyed the property and would love to make "Sister weekend a yearly addition. Thank you Al.
