Amazing condo with the best location! Everything was great!!!

Yvette and Harry are the most wonderful hosts! They have created a very special haven on the Gulf. Their condo was beautifully updated and meticulously clean. The views are gorgeous. We can’t wait to return.

The condo is great and was decorated for Christmas. It is a perfect location and very well stocked with everything you would need. The owners are great and easy to work with, will definitely be back!!

We loved the condo! It was beautiful, just as the pictures showed. Absolutely the best place we have stayed on AMI! We loved the beach and walking to Bridge Street. Recommend the restaurant Bamboo Island, the seafood was outstanding!

This is our second stay in this unit. The place is the best place we have ever stayed on Anna Maria. The owners are just great!! Everything one needs is in the unit. Can't wait to stay again!! Perfect weather and perfect waves.

This condo is one of the best beach condos we have ever stayed in. The unit was beautifully decorated and and had every convenience you could possibly think of. The unit was clean and was stocked with everything you could think of. Harry and Yvette were fabulous hosts and were responsive to any requests that we had. We will be back next year and now consider this our beach vacation spot.

This beachfront condo was absolutely perfect in every way. The check in process was smooth. Everything you can possibly need is at your disposal. Yvette and Harry have thought up of everything one May need to make your stay comfortable. The location of the condo couldn’t be better. You’re within walking distance of so many little shops and restaurants. You have the trolley steps away. The view of the gulf is spectacular. We sat in the lanai everyday just to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The condo has been tastefully updated. The bathrooms and bedrooms are so spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. We even made pizza one night. The beach locker has chairs, canopies and toys for kids. The pool was definitely a big plus. Kids enjoyed the beach and then some pool time. Our stay was perfect and we are looking forward to returning.

Every time we stay we are in paradise!

The photos of this condo does not do it justice it is spacious. the details are impeccable Harry and Yvette were constantly communicating to make sure all I needed to start my stay. They start with care items detergent paper towels aluminum foil extra fans and nail files sunblock and more. The primary bed is so comfortable I want to buy mattress for my house. Super OCD cleaned I used the shark vacuum also buying for my house. Location is perfect walk to beach house restaurant bridge street pier just perfect! Free trolley stops are steps away. Amazing to see dolphins and manatees from balcony or back yard beach. I highly recommend. So much more plenty of towels beach chairs noodles etc so much more. BEST place ever.

Love staying at Harry & Yvette's units. Have stayed several times and they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary this year and they gave us a wonderful dessert basket. Can't wait til next year!

Great location. It was quiet but you are able to walk to the marina for parasailing and dolphin tours. Bridge street shops and restaurants are a 2 minute walk as well. We will be back!

This condo is perfect for a small family stay at the beach! Very updated and spacious area! It had everything we needed and more! The cabana in the cabinet with the beach supplies was perfect and easy to put up everyday! The beach chairs were in great condition and perfect for our family on the beach. There were coolers in the master closet that were perfect for us to take drinks to the beach. We used one to carry our phones, sunblock, and speaker to the beach, it was convenient and protected our electronics. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only downside to that is the restaurant across the street played live music almost every night and we could hear it while sitting on the lanai, not super loud, but enough. Nothing negative about the condo or Yvette and Harry at all! Communication was great and had all the information we needed in plenty of time for our trip. Nicely stocked…the best I’ve ever seen! Very spacious parking. Short walk to the beach.

My family and I had the best time at our stay in Bradenton Beach! The condos location can’t be beat! Harry and Yvette thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. They have all the supplies for a perfect beach day with a cabana, chairs, boogie boards, etc.. etc.. also walking distance to several great restaurants. We would absolutely love to come back and stay!! This has been on of our favorite vacations by far! Thanks again Harry and Yvette!!

We loved our stay here. Condo is so well appointed with everything you need for a vaca. The best part is it's right on the main road and the beach. The sunsets are gorgeous too!

We had an amazing week! The condo & the view are tremendous. This is our first VRBO experience and everything was fabulous! Yvette & Harry are wonderful & attentive hosts! They went above & beyond to be sure our vacation was perfect in every way! We feel so lucky and look forward to many more years of vacations at their Sunset Paradise!

Goodness, I don't know where to start. My title of Ahhhmazzing is truly how I felt the moment we entered Yvette and Harry's condo. Literally I said Ahhhhhh.....so beautiful and relaxing. From the beautiful remodel of the condo to the exquisite view of the beach and the ocean, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. I was able to celebrate my birthday in paradise. Every morning and evening we were on the lanai taking in the peace and relaxation only the ocean sounds can provide. The location was perfect and we walked many places to eat and shop. We had everything we needed and more. I have never seen such a well stocked condo. If you can think of it, Yvette and Harry had it available. Yvette was always so quick to respond and was a true gem to work with. We were even able to meet her in person while we were there. I recommend the hosts and this condo 100%. I can't wait to return! Thank you so much, Yvette and Harry for your hospitality and beautiful condo.

I can’t say enough positives of our stay. We have been coming to Bradenton and Anna Maria Island for the past 8 years and this is by far the most beautiful and best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. We hope to come back very soon!

We were so blessed to spend 2 weeks in this gorgeous condo in paradise. We were so impressed with Yvette and Harrys attention to detail. Not only was the condo decorated beautifully, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. We appreciated all the extras that were left from the chocolates to the shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizer, beach bag and much more. The condo was the cleanest place we have ever rented and the beds were so comfortable. Every morning we would sit out on the lanai, drink our coffee and eat our breakfast while looking out at the breathtaking view I could have stayed there forever. This was our third time visiting AMI but by far the best place and location. Literally everything you need is within walking distance. Bridge Street has so many shops and restaurants including live music. Thank you Yvette and Harry for sharing you slice of heaven with us. We hope you will have us back again next year.

Very happy with our stay. Condo was completely updated, well maintained and most importantly, clean!!! Harry and Yvette have thought of everything you may need while staying there; flashlights for night walks on the beach, chargers for phones, starter sunscreen, plenty of beach towels, extra bedding, coffee…you name it. They even contacted us within the first 24 hours to make sure everything was up to par and if there was anything we needed. We really appreciated the thought they’ve put into everything to make their renter’s stay so special.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! It was modern, clean, and comfortable - all exceeding our expectations. When it comes to the amenities, Yvette & Harry thought of everything and did not skimp on anything. The location of the property and the views from it were icing on the cake. We look forward to a future opportunity to return!

We have stayed at a lot of condos for vacations and nothing compares to this condo. The condo has everything you need, you only need to bring your swimsuit. The location in prime, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Moose lodge. The condos amenities are top notch with large TV's in each room, appliances and the beds. Best of all Yvette and Harry are the best owners you will ever rent from. Jim

This property, without doubt, is the best equipped and best location on Anna Maria Island, we will be back!

I have stayed in several beach properties using VRBO and this property is by far one of the best managed rentals for beach goers. The location is prime. The owners are so helpful and attentive to their renters. They have thought of everything a traveler needs when visiting the beach. This was our third stay and, having stayed in other VRBO beachside units, other owners or management companies could learn alot from Yvette and Harry. If they have availability on dates you are looking at, book it and enjoy the best beach stay VRBO rentals offer.

Beautiful well updated in a coastal theme overlooking the Gulf the beaches and the swimming pool. It is obvious that the owner has put a lot of thought and effort in this property to insure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay. We had a wonderful stay!

Two weeks of pure nirvana at the beach. This vacation is a 20 out of 10. The accommodations are outstanding. The kitchen is better equipped than my home kitchen and the hosts are top notch: kind, so very considerate and they think of everything to make your stay the best possible experience. I say this and then I think uh oh others will want to stay there and my opportunities to go will be less, but they truly are the best hosts and provide the best experience and the best in accommodations. I could not ask or even think of a better vacation. And the view, well it is a million dollar view with dinner and sunset on the porch. I am already looking forward to when I can return.

Same as last year, everything was impeccable . All commodities you may need with a million dollar beach view. Will definitely be back.
