The property was perfect for 2 families (total of 10 people). It was spacious, well equipped, swimming pool (heated at a great temperature), and we enjoyed the dolphins and manatees in the canal.

The owner made sure we had everything from the initial contact to our arrival. We were met with a smile and warm handshake. The property was well maintained clean and cozy.

My husband and I and our 3 sons stayed a week at this amazing house! Eric the owner was super easy to work with and Nate, the property manager, was great. The house was spectacular and had everything we needed and more. From the location of being on the water and watching the dolphins in the morning, to the swimming pool, ping pong table and pool table....it was terrific. We highly recommend this vacation home. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I couldn’t have found a better house to rent for my family vacation. The location is great. The house is beautiful and the owner is so easy to work with. I will definitely be staying in this home again.

We have been renting houses in Florida for more than 10 years and this is the best one we have rented so far. The house has all the things that were needed for our stay (in other houses we have had to purchase pans and towels). The layout was perfect. I loved the master being on the main floor and it is large enough so I could retreat there when I needed a break from all the family fun. The pool area is a great size and there were more than enough chairs for my family to sit and enjoy game night. All of the stores and other things we needed were very close so we did not have to spend a lot of time getting to stores and could spend more time having fun. We are already planning our trip for next year and this house is at the top of our list for rental. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a restful place for a great family vacation.

We found the property to be very clean and in excellent shape. I have never rented a property that was this well equipped. It had everything we needed. We stayed at this house last spring break and had to rerun to enjoy it again this year. The house is perfect for a family with teens. The teens were able to fish off the dock, work out in the fully equipped gym in the basement while my husband and I relaxed by the pool. The kitchen has everything you need ( including spices and pots) to make your meals. We would shoot some pool while making dinner and watch movies at night as a family. This is a great house if you are looking for peace and relaxation. It’s not on the beach but only 1 hour to Siesta Key or 40 minutes to St Petersburg . We only do 2/3 max beach days for the week so we decided to try different beaches each time. Overall great experience for us. The landlord, Eric is very professional and easy to communicate with by email or text, responds fairly quickly. We were already talking about returning for a third time next year!

We had an incredible time and felt very at home in your place! We had more than enough space and accommodations for everyone to be entertained and comfortable. The out door entertaining space was a hit! We also enjoyed the workout space and playing pool! I recommend renting the paddle boards and kayaks to ride and use out back! We enjoyed them and got to see a few manatee while out on them! Will definitely rent again! Owner was very accommodating and helpful! Thanks for a great week!

Amazing property and amazing host. I had an unexpected death in the family and had to make plans for myself, my kids and grandkids; who where all arriving and departing on different days. I needed enough space to have a base to work from to plan the funeral and memorial, while my kids worked remotely; in a place that my grands could enjoy - while all this was going on. This is a beautiful, well-appointed home with lots of space to work and play. I could tell by the listing that this was the perfect space for my family, and the host was willing to work with me, to accommodate the dates I needed to be there. It was great to be able to do all the things I had to do, and know my family was "home" and able to work, relax and cook; without trying to operate out of four separate hotel rooms. This house is amazing and I expect to be back there on my next trip!!!

The property owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. He Went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The house was well equipped and very well maintained. We lived by the pool. The screened in back patio was awesome! He had very friendly neighbors who rented us kayaks and paddle boards. we went out every morning and paddled to the bay. We paddled with sting rays and dolphins. It was amazing! The house and property owner were top notch and mad our stay in Tampa very enjoyable!

If I could give this house a rating of 10 I would! My husband and I with 4 teens (ages 15-17) recently stayed in this house for spring break and we had an amazing time using the heated pool, we rented a kayak and paddle boards from next door. We did some catch and release fishing right off the dock every day. The house has everything you need, I mean everything even in the pantry so you can easily make meals in the grill or the Blackstone. The landlord, Eric is so professional and friendly, he greets you when you arrive and goes over everything which is really helpful. The house is huge, nicely decorated/modern, plenty to entertain the teens with lots of TVs, pool table, workout room, and extremely clean. We plan to return!!

Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. Incredibly clean and spacious. Great workout area and equipment in the basement. Very well stocked compared to many other places we have stayed. Separate AC zone for the master suite allowed us to keep temperature cooler for sleeping. Spent many hours in and around the pool. Great place to stay!

If you have a big group and want something a little out of the heavily populated areas but close enough to still spend so time there this is the house. In our week we visited many restaurants, went jet skiing, chased sunsets, Sun N Fun airshow, a Lightning game, Johns Pass, Clearwater beach, Topgolf but our best times were spent relaxing with friends and family right at the house.

We recently stayed at this lovely home in Apollo Beach. The home looks just as it does in the pictures. Eric greeted us at check in, showed us around, and answered all of our questions. We had three families staying in this home for the week. The kids enjoyed the pool and we cooked on then black stone every night. They took bike rides to the park near by. Great views and relaxing family atmosphere! Would highly recommend!

We had two couples for a week of golf. The house has a great layout and very convenient to golf, restaurants and shopping. Clean and very well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. We greatly enjoyed our time there.

House had everything we needed and more. Superb location and access to wide variety of food. Heated pool was so nice on the occasional chilly day in Jaunuary. Would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home provided my large family (spouse, 5 children ages 16-21, and me) with a glorious setting to enjoy the holiday together. My favorite parts of the home: great host (Eric) who met us at the house upon arrival and was always available for any needs; the awesome water view from the back deck; the enclosed + heated pool, and the great Master Bedroom. My 21 yo Army son loved the work out equipment in the lower level.. My 20 yo son couldn't stop playing basketball in the pool and enjoyed playing on the court just down the road (he also had fun biking with the bikes Eric makes available to renters). My daughters and I rented kayaks and paddle boards from a neighbor (great price!) and relished our time together enjoying the gorgeous waterways on Apollo Beach. All of the kids had fun playing pool on the main level pool table. The kitchen and 2 outdoor grills were great for cooking and eating in. I fell in love the the amazingly comfortable leather couch (I meant to ask Eric name brand- I want one!). We had family nights every night watching a movie on the the huge TV (with sound bars) on that cozy couch. The kitchen table was big enough for my family of 7 to eat together and play games/cards together each night. When my parents visited from nearby we were able to seat all 9 of us around the kitchen table to enjoy a meal together and celebrate birthdays. The only bad thing about the house was that I had to leave-- I was ready to move in permanently! Thanks to Eric for being a terrific host.

We had an amazing trip to Apollo Beach. There were six of us staying at the house ranging in age from 11-80yrs old. The house was perfect...super clean and everything we needed was readily available. The pool and outdoor area were the best we have ever had at a VRBO rental and the owner was extremely responsive the couple times I reached out with questions. This is a very special house and you feel pampered all day long. Amenities were great - the house was SO clean. I would give this rental a 10/10 all day long and cannot wait until we can come back and rent again. In fact, one of the people in our party actually already has plans to rent it again...it was honestly that great of a property!
