My husband and I stayed here for a week. The check in process was so easy. The place was comfortable. It is small but worked out great for 2 adults. Great location and grocery store, convenience stores are just steps away. It is close enough to the beach to walk in 10 minutes or less but far away enough so that you don't hear any of the beach's nightlife.

My husband and I were looking to spend just a few fun days close to the beach in beautiful San Diego. This was the perfect place! Ocean Beach is an amazing part of San Diego and the cottage was the perfect location - walking distance from the beach, delicious restaurants, and fun bars/breweries. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. It was the perfect getaway and we can't wait til we can do it again!

What an adorable place! The outside doesn’t do it justice! Once you open the door it was a beach cottage escape! It was so clean and the decor is amazing! The retro toaster and microwave were so cool! Never stayed in ocean beach but will definitely recommend and will stay again! But for longer next time! Very walkable to everything! About a mile or so to Target and the ocean. I guess if there has to be one bad thing it would be that the volume on the Roku remote is very touchy and seems to turn the volume up extremely loud while struggling to turn it down. But who goes to the ocean to watch tv!

Everything was great once we got in.. We were never told which unit at the address was ours. We happened to run into the maintenance person and he helped. Other than that, great stay!

A sweet little cozy space with happy vibes!

The property was close to the beach and very cute! It was decorated nicely and also clean. However, I recommend bringing an extra fan, because it gets very warm around 3-5 pm. Also, parking is a challenge, because the street sweeper comes by on some days. Overall, I would stay there again, but I would bring extra fans!

A cute and cozy studio, had a great time! Heads up that the skylight is very bright in the morning, and there's not a way to cover it. There were also a lot of loud planes overhead in the evening, but quieted down after 10 p.m.

Perfect home base for a solo traveler or couple to enjoy Ocean Beach. Tons of restaurants and breweries within easy walking distance. Loved the vibe of this cute place! All logistics were a breeze.

Comfortable modest beach cottage.

Property is located central to everything in Ocean Beach. Didn't even use our rental car for the 2 days that we were there. Walk to shopping, dining, beach time Check in was easy. Lots of natural light coming in. There is a lot of airport noise, which didn't bother me, but people should know. This was way better than a hotel room and less costly!

This place is adorable, even cuter in person. It has pretty much everything you'd need to cook a meal yourself. Quiet and a great location, a breezy 15 minute scooter ride to Sunset Cliffs if you want to go catch the sunset!

This cottage was exactly as it looked online. Cozy, great location, clean, & quiet! Raquel even texted me a couple of times through the week just to see that I had everything I needed for my stay. I highly recommend this rental and when I return for another visit will book again.

Was such a great weekend getaway. Cottage was perfect and neighborhood was nice a quiet. Property management was great when needing questions answered and were very friendly…Will definitely be staying with them again

Didn’t spend much time there. Only slept but had everything you would need to make a quick meal.

We really enjoyed our time. It was perfect for my wife and I to get away for a few days.

Plus side: Property Mgr very communicative (via text). On. Bus route for weekday service. Negative side: The suite has a distinct sour pong in the air, quite noticeable on entry. Source unknown, was there for the entire week I stayed. Snake alarms had been removed. Subsequently discovered them in a cupboard, batteries out. Glass window below skylight is broken, small amount of water drips from time to time. Likely due to condensation. Fortunately hit the floor, not the bed.

Francesca was great to work with! The property was great and the close proximity to everything was fantastic. Would rent again!

The Studio Cottage was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. It's located 4 blocks from the beach. Explored many restaurants which are only 1-4 blocks to walk. It was nice to walk as finding parking in California is a challenge. Francesca is a fantastic and a wonderful hostess. She recommended places to eat and visit. When I text her she replied promptly. I will definitely return to one of her properties again. I had a wonderful time and experience.

Owner was great! Very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Would highly suggest this property.
