This hotel is flat out DANGEROUS!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. The office staff was staggeringly rude, angry and hostile!!!! Someone allegedly from the front office and dressed like a street bum was hostilely banging on my door late at night, yelling at me and screaming for me to open my door!!!! Literally screaming!!! I have never seen a staff as hostile, rude, angry and abusive!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Excellent motel in the heart of the town.

The beds were firm and comfortable. Soap and shampoo were provided. The bathroom was clean.

There was no breakfast. There was no coffee maker in the room, nor were there coffee cups or glasses that could be heated in the microwave. The only option for coffee was to go to the office, and the coffee there was disappointingly weak. The sheets & pillowcases were wrinkled. We chose to believe that they had just not been folded out of the dryer, altho' they looked like they'd been slept on. The carpet was separating at the seams. The whole facility was sad, old, and in need of some TLC.

I would love to decorate the rooms in a consistent style with the era.

The location is convenient to the various sites and restaurants in town. The room was spacious and clean. Loved the towel animal on the bed greeting us when we entered! The size of the pool is great, and the new cushions on the large number of chaise lounges is very nice.

The a/c unit is quite noisy. The mini fridge is pretty small and not very cold. The bird poop around the pool was very disturbing. It ends up in the pool which isn't very sanitary!

This is a review of Booking.com and what a terrible system this is. The motel staff didn't know how Booking.com worked so couldn't cancel my reservation and there is no customer service for Booking.com. In the middle of my vacation, where I didn't have much cell service, I was trapped between the staff at the motel who told me I could cancel for free through Booking.com and the auto generated emails from Booking.com telling me that they were waiting for the motel staff to respond to my request to cancel. I am so sorry I booked through Booking.com and will never use this service again. A 72+hour cancellation window for a dumpy roadside motel is ridiculous. I was trying to cancel because we had to modify our travel plans to avoid the 113 degree heat in Boulder City. I received the most useless help from the motel staff and zero help from Booking.com. To top it off, even though I made it clear I wanted to cancel my reservation, the motel staff called my cell phone repeatedly in the middle of the night to see when I was checking in. Booking.com has created a terrible interface that is customer and motel owner unfriendly and should be avoided at all costs. Really enjoyed paying for a room I tried to cancel for 3 days straight and didn't stay in.

No laundry facilities, ada baths had a tub/shower combo hard to get in and out of. Ice machine was clear across the property from ada rooms.

A really charming, super clean and quiet well maintained route sixty six classic motor inn, Short walk to great restaurants in downtown Boulder City.

This motel was fantastic! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's an older building, but everything important was clean and comfortable. It's not the Four Seasons, but absolutely worth it for the price;

The walls are thin. We had neighbors one night who spoke loudly and we heard it. But, not much you can do about that!

This is a motel from the 1960's that is a bit shabby but clean and comfortable. Bed good, firm. Shower clean and powerful, hot. TV good.Room quiet. Great location right in historic downtown. Staff helpful and friendly.

It was a great place to stay for the price. Room was spotless; front desk staff was very helpful, and it was a quiet location. One level made it easy to take the dog out.

No way to contact anyone that worked at the facility. I booked this stay from our OR to AZ road trip. I stating in the booking notes that we would be arriving late in the evening. The facility was nice enough to call me to let me know that the reception closes at 9 pm and they would leave the room door unlocked and the key inside. When we arrived at 10:30 pm the door was lock and no way to get into room. No way to contact anyone to help us. We walked acrossed the street and got one of the last two rooms. BTW - upon getting my refund the following morning, two different people were checking out and they mentioned they had no heat!

there was a pet room at a reasonable price. the desk ladies, both night and day, were extremely helpful.
